The amount of food you get for the price is kind of insane when it comes to the triple dipper and the 3 for me. I think my triple dipper was $18 ish? The original crispers were okay, the egg rolls were pretty good, but I really liked the honey-chipotle chicken crispers. My boyfriend got the brisket quesadillas and were pretty bad. It felt like they just threw on bbq sauce to mask all flavor and called it a day. I would say the main reason to go is for value but I would say the chips and salsa and honey-chipotle crispers are the best menu items I've had personally. The server was very nice. I usually enjoy Chili's, but my experience today was really disappointing. The hostesses were extremely unprofessional and seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. We stood at the front for several minutes without even being acknowledged, even though they clearly saw us. When they finally did speak to us, the attitude was completely unnecessary--short, dismissive, and uninterested in helping.Then proceeded to seat 8 plus groups before us after telling them they did not add me to the waitlist. It set a bad tone for the whole visit. A simple greeting or basic courtesy would've gone a long way. Chili's needs to seriously retrain their front-of-house staff, because first impressions matter, and this one was terrible. read more

Took my kids here for lunch and we had a nice meal. We were seated in the bar area so our service was a little slow because the bartender was handling the busy bar and all the tables around it. She was nice though and got our order correct and out as quickly as possible. They always give us a table big enough to accommodate the wheelchair and they never stick us in the corner. A big change from other establishments. Plus The restaurant is clean. This was my fajitas to go, on occasion I would have a burger. But the last two times the burger was either overcooked or undercooked. I really hate sending back to the kitchen anything I order. We haven't eaten at a chilis in years but we had a gift card so we decided to give it a try. I went in with low expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. We went at 6:30 on a Friday night and waited about 15 minutes for a table. Once we were sat the service was quick and efficient. The server puts the order in on the tablet and food runners deliver it. We ordered the fried pickles to start. They were hot and crunchy, very delicious! Then I got the margarita grilled chicken which was also very good. It came with rice and beans. The rice was a bit spicy, so just be aware if you are spice adverse. The beans were good and there were a lot of them! Husband got the chicken fajitas and enjoyed them also. When you are ready to checkout you can just pay from the tablet on your table. I've come to this Chili's SO many times. I often order carry out or curb side delivery, as well. The biggest problem I've ever had was that I drive 25-30 minutes ONE way to go here. Sometimes I like the drive and if I'm craving the Quesadilla Explosion salad, I just suck it up. Today was so disappointing though. Drove all the way here, in a monsoon, and got my meal. I get all the way home, back thru the monsoon, so find out that my salad has NO dressing. I even ordered extra and I didn't get ANY. Yet, it's crossed off on my receipt like they looked at it and it was all good to go. I always tip. I even apologized to the girl who brought out my food because it wasn't raining when I placed my order. If I had ranch dressing at home it wouldn't be such a big deal, but I hate bottled ranch and don't buy it. My salad will now have to sit in the fridge until I can get some ranch which likely means it will get tossed before I eat it. $12 down the drain. To top it off, the lettuce looks sad and wilted anyhow, so maybe it's a blessing?! You really let me down today, Chilis. This is a typical Chili's. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and the food is typical Chili's food. They do catch you right at the door to take your name or the number in your party. We came on the Saturday night before Christmas because we needed a new hot water heater at the nearby Home Depot because according to Murphy's laws, things always seem to break on holiday weekends!! Anyways, after finding the correct hot water heater and loading it into the truck we thought we would celebrate at Chili's. There was only a 10 minute wait at it was about 7 pm. I stopped here for lunch w/ my sister and Mom on a Saturday at 1, and the place was virtually dead, but that didn't stop our waitress from ignoring us. The beef & cheese dip was so salty we couldn't eat it, and the chips were oily. My sister ordered nachos thinking she was going to get a big plate of messy chips, and a tortilla cut into 8 pieces was was she got. I came here a few weeks ago because they had emailed me a pretty good coupon. I hadn't eaten here in over a year so with the free kids meal coupon combined with the $7 lunch fajitas I figured it was a good reason to try it out again. I placed my order online because I wasn't really presentable to be dining in public. Plus it's just easier sometimes when you're outnumbered by little humans. The carry out order was made to order and packaged perfectly. Nothing spilled or made a mess and all condiments were present. The modifications were executed accordingly. The lunch chicken fajitas was a good size portion, and as long as you ask for extra tortillas you will have enough. Otherwise they only give you 2 and you'll have to fork the rest of your meal. The ranch for my side salad is a good quality ranch and I was happy for that (yes I may be a ranch snob). The produce for my salad was fresh and cold, happy for that too. The fajita veggies were good and plentiful, but that's probably because I checked the "extra" box when I placed my online order. Otherwise it probably would have been a pretty weak serving. The chicken now, eh. It was bland and anemic. No flavor whatsoever and had the fake chicken texture. Bag strips?? Maybe, I can't say for certain. Sour cream, shredded cheese and pico were on standby. For a $7 lunch entree it's a pretty good deal. I'll give it another try one day. It might present itself better in the restaurant as opposed to a carry out item. My kids got the chicken strip meal that includes a side and drink. I also added an additional side of fries for only $1, so that they both had enough. They are still small enough were I can get away with them splitting a kids meal, provided I add an extra side of some sort. Note that they offer 2 types of chicken strips, one a fish type batter and one a crispy/crunchy batter. We got the crispy ones that day and they were really good, crispy and crunchy, as promised. 4 decent size tenders came with the kids meal. The fries were cooked perfectly, hot and crunchy too. Be advised that they sprinkle them with a salt/pepper blend which might be a little assertive for little ones. Chocolate milk was the drink choice for the littles and it was as stated. The carry out process sucked and was painful. For some reason it took forever. The man who rung me out kept running back and forth. One bag, then another bag, then scanned my email coupon, then left again for manager, printed my receipt then left again to find a pen, handed me receipt then left again, came back gave me my food, then left again---shit I was dizzy!! Then forgot my kids chocolate milk so left ONE MORE time!!! Was I on candid camera!?!? I got in my truck and was happy to finally be outa there! I got a ton of food that day dirt cheap, $8.48 out the door. And now they are constantly sending me email coupons. It worth signing up for their rewards program that get free food. The fried items were good and the fajita is worth a try again. They need to up their game in the carry out department though. My Aunt and I stopped at this Chili's after kayaking at Stoney. We got seated quickly and got our drink ordered as soon as we sat down. Super fast service. I ordered the burger bites with fries and my Aunt ordered grilled chicken sandwich with fries. We started off with queso and chips for an appetizer. While waiting for our food we played several rounds of trivia on the table side game console. Cost $.99. Super fun for a family to play. Keeps everyone off their phones and able to talk and communicate with each other. Other games are available. The queso was top notch. I'm not into spicy food and I was afraid the queso would be spicy. It was just cheese dip with ground beef. Excellent. Not too spicy at all. Could be a disappointment for a person who loves spicy foods. Our entrees came quickly after our appetizer. No disappointments. I was shocked at how many 'bites' there were. Basically a 9oz burger with four separate slider buns. Very filling. Comes with onion strings and fries. My aunt and I needed napkins, silverware and refills and we couldn't get any help. Basically we didn't have a waitress/waiter and someone new always bright us out food and drinks. Finally after 10 minutes we were able to get help and also got our bill and I asked for a box. Remember that game console I mentioned? You can also pay your bill, order dessert and drinks with it. Took us another 20 minutes to hunt someone down for a box. The bartender did a good job in helping the customers and getting me my carry out quickly. We ordered the Cajun Pasta, Texas Cheese fries, and the chicken strips with onion rings and mashed potatoes. After spending the night in Romeo we stopped at Chilis. We were hoping for a quick meal, definitely didn't happen. We waited for about 10 minutes for our waiter. When he finally introduced himself, he wasn't paying attention and answered a question we didn't ask. Strange. He took our order which was pretty straight forward, chips and salsa, classic bacon burger (split in half) and a mahgerrta flat bread. Chips and salsa took at 20 minutes if not longer to come out.
