Every single time that we make an order they screwed up. We order from here fairly regularly and almost every time I go and pick up or have it delivered. Either way they screw up the order. By the time I get home, I leave my food and head back to the store to pick up what they're remaking because they messed up flavors. My wife has an extreme allergy, and every time they seem to put in something different besides, what's on the order. None of the management seems to care whatsoever, even though I've said something every time. It's getting to be a little tiresome driving back 20 minutes just to get an order that should have been right in the beginning and I should review the order, but that's not really my job. read more

I hate leaving a poor review but I just have to. The Pros: The staff was great, super friendly, attentive and very helpful. Our food was delivered promptly and everything was correct. The atmosphere was great, lots of TV's to choose from and the music was loud enough to hear but not too loud. The Cons: The food was pretty bad. The hatch queso appetizer was good, but that's just chips and cheese. We got the traditional wings with a few different sauces. They were all brought out on one tray and the sauces were all mixed together to the point that we couldn't tell what was what. The wings themselves were probably the worst I've ever had at a bdubs, regardless of sauce. I feel like they're probably just frozen but not the good kind of frozen wings. Lot's of chunks, not a lot of meat, the skin was nasty and some had feathers on them still. If the food was a bit better it could be great. The staff were wonderful. The service at BWW is terrible, and has been for a while now. From the host to the servers. The fact that you can't get your wings with two sauces is ridiculous. It's just lazy in the kitchen. The wings are top tier. They always have a nice crisp and are not drenched in the sauce. I will say when you ask for carrots you get like 2... my one big complaint would be the service. We did not get a refill on any drinks, nor an offer. She finally checked in when I stood up to look for our waitress. So... here's my recommendation plan to have a substantial wait for drinks and your check but you will enjoy the wings. There were several staff members just standing around, so I was surprised by the wait. Today, I was able to redeem my free 6 Wings order for my birthday month in an online order. It was ready when I got there, and I just needed to give my name when a cashier approached a few seconds later. I've been inside once or twice for dine-in with my mom and brother. The atmosphere is a little loud for my personal preference, but not any more than average for a bar-like environment. The vibe seems kind of moody and impersonal, like cold casual, but it's not terrible. I personally think their prices are a bit spendy for the amount of food you get; an order of 6 Wings is $11.49 excluding tax. Other than that, it's a fine place. An absolute sensory nightmare. I understand that BWW is exactly what it's trying to be, it's just not for us. So if it's your favorite place then that's great, no offense meant here, but if you haven't been there before you might want to know more about it before you go. We had our fair warning when our 9 year old said, "I've seen commercials for this place and I don't think I want to go here". She actually didn't have a terrible time, but our 7 year old was completely overwhelmed. The bazillion TVs are on theme and she could avoid them if she really tried but the music was so unbearably loud that it send her into sensory overload. Having worked at restaurants that cater to a young crowd and turn up the tunes, I understand that it's part of the atmosphere, but this was seriously too much. Two of the friends we brought were a little hoarse when we left from trying to talk to each other and they were sitting side by side. I had to bring my youngest kid to the car to calm her down so she could finish her meal in peace. And the reason this a two star review instead of a one start review is because one whole star goes to our server for being able to hear our order and get it right over the music. That was her biggest accomplishment. She wasn't rude, but she seemed really disinterested in us. I try to always give my servers the benefit of the doubt, we all have good days and bad. I just thought the level of service was a little flatlined and that it was worth mentioning in the review. The food was not great and not worth the atmosphere. Fried pickles were okay, not mind blowing. The fries were cold (not just mine, but the five orders that came to the table), but I could imagine them being tasty if they were hot. My husband's chicken was overdone - a lot. To top it off the prices were sky high. The PBR was ice cold. That gets another entire star. If you're going to meet up with some friends that you would really enjoy not communicating with, this may be the place for you. If you're even a little bit sound sensitive, you might want to pass. If you're craving wings and you're close enough to visit this particular Buffalo Wild Wings, drive the extra few miles for Fire on the Mountain. Came here to watch the UFC fights and our server was Caitlynn and there was a host named Izzy. Even though the restaurant was insanely busy, I can't explain how much more those two cared more about CONSTANTLY going and talking to a full table of their hillbilly boyfriends than anything else. There were so many people in their booth that other guys came and were standing around it because there wasn't any more room to sit. Caitlynn would sit in the booth with them and Izzy would stand there with them instead of serving the mass amounts of customers they had. Feathers in our wings My friend and I had a gift card to go here, we ordered 10 wings to share, the wings came out fast but unfortunately one of them had quite a few feathers still on it... we were pretty sick to our stomach at that point and when we told the waitress she brought out a couple extra in the sauce we ordered. I'm here to counter some of the less-than-stellar reviews. My wife, daughter and I decided to pop in to watch two big Champion's League quarterfinals and to enjoy lunch. Jessie was holding down the bar side of the restaurant, and took great care of us. She brought menus, water, took our drink orders. Beers were brought right out, we placed lunch orders. Wings, street tacos, an All American burger. The place was filling up, but Jessie kept moving, ensuring everyone was being served. Our food was brought out by a young woman who initially greeted us at the front door, and we dug in. Everyone was pleased with their meals, I can vouch for the cheeseburger being perfectly cooked and delicious. Another round of drinks took us through the second half of our matches, the crowd starting to get into things, cheering each goal. Driest food I've ever seen in my life. Ordered 50 wings and 5 fries to go. It was basically inedible. The fries had clearly been sitting out for hours by their taste. Disgusting. Happy hour here is pretty nice. The BOGO traditional wings are great as well on Tuesdays. I really like the cheese curds but I am sad to see they don't offer mini corn dogs here. All in all, it's just alright. They are severely understaffed causing a lot of service issues. Horrible customer service seems to be what Buffalo Wild Wings specializes in. Each location I've visited has had this in common. Our beverages were served without straws, and while this wouldn't normally be a problem, my son's Shirley Temple wasn't stirred, and was just a pool of Grenadine at the bottom of a glass of lemon lime soda. We had to ask the waiter repeatedly for straws before he brought them (my son wanted to stir his drink with it). The food is a mixed bag. The wings are good, so long as you order them "extra crispy". The burgers are completely flavorless. The desserts are nothing special. I go here occasionally because I really like chicken wings, and they do a reasonable job at those. read more

I've been coming to this buffalo and I'm disappointed of the workers that make the business look bad. I walked in at 10:10 and wasn't greeted even after multiple workers at the counter seems to be doing absolutely nothing. 5 minutes later a worker that seem like she wasn't happy to be there told us right away that it's gonna be a 20-25 minutes wait. We left and came back just for them to tell us that they stop sitting people and that it's only gonna be to go orders . Why can't they say they aren't sitting people anymore rather than waste our time. Buffalo needs to change their time as well if they gonna stop letting people sit an hour before they closed.
