This is always a safe place to get some good sauces wings and get all flats with no issues. Everything was perfect. My waiter I forgot his name but he was point on and just as sweet as ever. Omg what the heck ! Ordered wing s(duh) mix of traditional and boneless! The boneless were a pitful version of Macdonald's nuggets! Theirs would gave been an improvement! Weird been coming in about four different times now and doing the pick six promotion and substituting one of the sides and paying an up charge for the side salad. They have no healthy sides available on the promotion every other time they've done it but tonight they decided that they couldn't and were rude about not doing it. We asked if they could just ring it up as tots and then charge us extra for a sauce or something to be able to get to the price right and the general manager would not budge whatsoever when they've literally done it four times before tonight with no issue, we understand that there is a promotion for certain items, but if you're willing to pay the up charge, why not allow a healthier alternative? If I could give zero stars I would! I normally would never complain on wait time to get food especially in a busy restaurant on a Sunday, but our waiter was awful. Didn't listen, wasn't attentive, didn't give refills... our wait was 1 hour 15 mins from the time we sat down to getting food, (we had 2 adults 2 children) then in order to pay we waited another 45 mins because she wouldn't ever come back to our table. Now the food is another thing, I paid for 6 boneless wings, I got 5, they had gristle in them instead of meat and they were hardddd, and they were cold, fries were so hard they snapped in half, cheese curds were so cold they didn't pull apart they were squeaky, if that makes sense. Everytime we asked for something, we never got it. :( the bathrooms were nasty, and the tables were sticky. I used to always love coming here but the employees just don't act like they care any more. Will not be back, which is unfortunate because I love BWW. Went on a Monday night at 7pm. Not busy AT ALLLLL. At 8pm we still had not got our food, which mind you was just two orders of boneless wings with fries. A few groups of people arrived well after we did but somehow they all got their food before we did. We just cancelled the order and left even though our food was "almost ready" 15 mins before we left. Honestly I feel like it was the waitress we had cause the other waitress working was bringing food to all the tables that arrived AFTER us. Took a hop and skip over to Raising Canes and we got our food within minutes of walking in the door. read more

Ordered a carry out of 40 boneless wings and paid $42. What I got was the most pitiful excuse of boneless wings I've ever seen. They were so small most looked like scraps left in the bottom of the fryer. I got 8 boxes of 5 different flavors and only one of those boxes had anything that remotely resembled an edible piece of chicken. Two boxes were the wrong flavor and all were cold and so overcooked they were dry. Don't waste your time or money here. For almost $1 each, I expect WAY better than this. read more

Have ordered 9 times since moving to Tupelo back in July 18th 2019 using a food delivery app. They've only made 1 order correct. Either the wrong seasonings completely, 1 seasoning and not the other, no extra side seasoned that were ordered, and was short changed the number of wings I was supposed to get. We had an incredible experience here! We were here for a soccer tournament with a group of 40, yes 40. They seated us quickly, gave us 2 servers to expedite the service. The servers did a fantastic job keeping up & getting everything out promptly. And the craziest part, all of our bills were accurate! Everyone in our party agreed that this was a fantastic choice! This is sadly one of the rudest worst run chain locations in Mississippi. They shut down early so that they can leave as soon as the business hours end and have excuses like- we don't have any COOKS tonight, so we closed the dining room, but you can order take out. We can order take out, but can't eat in the dining room... because you have no cooks. Corporate needs to look into this location. It is poorly run and staffed with less than qualified non hospitable people. When in Tupelo, it might be best to skip on this dining experience. It deserves no stars. Unfortunately, the Covid excuse will probably them from their inadequacy. read more

Nice the place is open during the Covid virus. This was the evening of Aug 31,2020. HOWEVER!!! The lady that greets you has a serious attitude problem! She didn't say hello, only asked if take out or dine in. We did dine in. She turned around and walked away without saying anything. She expected us to follow her. We sat at the table and it was dirty. I went to her and told her. She again had an attitude and walked away. She showed up at the table with cleaner and rag. Cleaned the table and walked away. Perhaps she was having a bad day. But this is NOT the job for her. In addition, the menus are still on the wooden holders. No online ability like other places using your camera to bring it up. Also ordered a rum and diet soda. No idea what was delivered. Worse ever. Margarita was good as were the wings. Sorry to say we weren't given napkins or hand wipes for after. Plus no extra "plates" to eat share the meal. Had to ask for "plates" and napkins and hand wipes. Had to get our own salt and pepper. read more

They have shelves for third party delivery services but don't fill the shelves. They remain empty and don't start working on third party orders until the delivery driver arrives, not only is this inconvenient for the delivery person but also the customer has to wait longer for their order. I don't recommend this location. We also have came on our personal time and received terrible service from the male manager in regards to a promotion that is posted on BWW website. He claimed that it can only be used on to go orders, however, we have used the promotion multiple times dining in at the Columbus location with no issues whatsoever. DONT RECOMMEND. read more

The food and beer were great, best wings I've had in a long time. However they forgot the orange in my old fashioned mixed drink, and the service was very inhospitable. During the Covid-19 crisis they only allow 5 seats at the bar. They wouldn't let our party of 2 pull up an extra seat at the bar and we settled with a table. About 30 minutes later we watched them allow 9 people total at the bar, pulling up extra seats right in front of us. The third time they did this - pulling extra seats from our table - we discussed this with the manager and the waitress began acting very rude. We had fun overall and I would recommend their food but I feel like the service could have been much better. read more

I do not recommend doing takeout at the Tupelo BWW! I went in there to get a carry out that I had ordered 35 minutes before coming to pick it up. Came in and the girls behind the counter didn't say anything to me at all just stood there talking to each other. Finally I go up to ask about my order and it hadn't even been taken out of the receipt maker!!! So the manger comes out and says it will be ready in 8 minutes, 15 minutes go by I go back up there and ask about it again and they say the order was just now put into the system yallll let me just say i had some things to say. I say nope just scratch the ticket and they look at each other and say "god i'm so done with people today" right in front of my face so needless to say I won't be going back. Went about two weeks ago with family friends. They had 5 boys under the age of 13 so they were all about some Buffalo Wild Wings. It's what you would think in terms of a good sports bar, only thing lacking is some astro turf under your feet. Flat Screens everywhere and interactive trivia games on the wall. Only problem was the quality of my food, waitress was not very well trained and couldn't give me suggestions on what kind of wings I wanted. Went for the garlic wings which were midway up the heating chart. Not as much garlic and heat as salt, extremely salty. So much so that I could barely finish them. I think the children enjoyed it and the atmosphere was good, looks like I'll try to a little more research if I ever go to a BWW again. read more

Let me begin w/stating this is the typical chain you love, hate or just accept. The menu will be exactly the same at any of the franchises. Secondly, I far prefer to offer positive yelp reviews, but this won't be one of them. I ordered from the menu, the server took note of my healthy choice and related that she too watches her diet because of a health scare. When food came out, the manager pitched in by bringing me the wrong order. The exact item I'd said I would be extremely upset about if it was brought. I requested the manager speak to me, but he failed to do so. I can't recommend a place that explicitly endangers your health and fails to address said concern upon request.
