Carry out or dining in is hit-or-miss. Sometimes really great and other times below average. We been here a bunch of times at all hours of the day and different days of the week. Whether we're dining in or getting a carry out, there's not a lot of consistency. Sometimes you get extra sauce on your wings where there's not a piece of breaded chicken showing. I'd leave a zero review if I could. The bartender, Jaleigh, just tried to steal a tip from my bill. Refused to give me a printout out where I could add the tip or sign my name. I had to get a manager involved, who didn't seem to care at all. It was a horrible experience. She was a rude bartender, disappeared, sat down in a booth, didn't check in on customers, forgot to bring our waters. And then tried to steal a tip for herself by writing it in herself. I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times and the most recent was the last. Everything was sticky, the floors were dirty and had garbage lying around, and the silverware looked dirty. The man seating a couple was asked if he could wipe a booth down for them before sitting and to sweep the garbage under the table. Instead of that, he sat them elsewhere, did not clean it at all, and sat someone else there right after. Then he disappeared and multiple parties were left to wait for almost 20 minutes before being sat. It was not busy either so there were plenty of seating options. The wings came barely sauced. It was as if they had a shortage and were rationing it out. The food was nothing special and just not worth going out to eat for. Additionally, the vents in the building were dripping. Most likely due to the humidity outside with the cold air inside, but still it dripped on us and our food. I ordered carry out from this location over the weekend. The ordering process online was very easy and allowed me to choose a time for pick up which I like. When I entered the store to pick up I was greeted promptly and my food was ready. The store was clean and the staff friendly. The staff helping me went through my order to confirm all of my food was correct. They do a great job packaging the food so none of my wraps came unwrapped during transport. I had done takeout from this location before but never dined-in. The location is nice and big, and we arrived for lunch around 11:45am on a Tuesday and was able to get a booth rather than table, which was nice. The lunch menu specials are a good deal compared to the regular wing prices (excluding wing Tuesdays and boneless wing Thursdays, which are good deals also) - $9.99 gets you 8 boneless (or traditional) wings, fries, celery/ranch, and a soft drink. We actually didn't see it came with a soft drink, so we ordered water at first, and then asked the waitress for Diet Pepsi. My B-dubs standby flavor (and favorite) is the honey BBQ. I usually don't like super spicy flavors, but my friend and I also got the Chipotle Cherry Sting (limited time flavor) and mixed and matched. It was good but tasted like a spicier version of the honey BBQ, with some cherry flavor thrown in. I also like B-dubs' teriyaki flavor, but the last few times I ordered it, it was too salty; same for the Asian Zing flavor (too spicy). Waitstaff was good except for a minor hiccup with my debit card (I had a $20 debit/gift card I used, and apparently they have to leave enough for tip, so only $16 could be used + $4 for tip). I'd recommend this location overall. I will say it gets crowded around noon so try to get there earlier if possible. read more

Pretty disappointing experience in Buffalo wild wings last Saturday night. We chose the place as it was the only one without a wait time for 10 people (maybe we should have taken the hint....) There are many factors which resulted in the 2 star rating. 1. Menu is confusing and lacking important details like how many wings are in each size. Secondly Alcohol menu doesn't have prices. Though I know it's a common practice i still think it's a cheap move aiming to get customers to spend more. But additionally our server, when asked about a price of the drink responded "i dont know. I'll find out when I ring it on the register". Totally unacceptable and simply rude. 2. For what you get the place is just very expensive. 20$ for 15 boneless wings just seems crazy. There are SO many better options for this price. 3. Plates we were served were not clean and had sauce from.previous order... 4. Wings had very unevenly distributed amount of sauce. Some were just drowned in it while.some.were almost plain. Shouldnt a place with "wings" in the name have a solution for this? Came out to eat with a couple friends. Got a $3 tall beer. Can't beat that. Chips and salsa were great. Wings...great. Fries...great. Waited a few minutes to place our drink orders. Once we got the waitress's attention, she was on fire in the best way. She apologized for the delay, took our order immediately, then brought the beers stat. I asked my brother why is this particular one his #1 favorite? He grins shyly but unable to answer why. I explain to him as an yelper and reading the reviews on this place so far it don't look too good, he still doesn't have much to say. Our waitress Alisha was very nice, even brought out 2 different sauces to try ( what restaurant staff does that now?) Then we were visited by Ryan C manager who asked us how was the food and if we needed anything else. My wife went to the ladies room came back and reported the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. Great, classic place to get wings in the Troy-area suburbs, especially when they are cheaper on Tuesdays. I always order them wet, and they are usually very good to comply. They have slipped up our orders a few times when they were busy, but when we pointed it out they were usually great about remedying the situation. The bone-in traditional wings in Spicy Garlic & Hot is all I eat here so I can't comment on much else. Other than that there's some later night happy hour drinks, plenty of screens including projectors with the local sports games, and an overall attentive staff and service for a bar & grill. This may be a huge chain, but when chains do something and do it right, such as these guys do wings (or how Five Guys does burgers), well then, I still support them, chain or not. And I definitely enjoy any "B-Dubs" more than the neighboring independent owned "Joe Kool's" bar & grill. I'm a little disappointed that Tuesday wing deals are slowly getting worse. I remember back in the day they were like 25 cents each, years ago. Then it became 30 cents, 35...40...Then there was the buy x-denomination of wings, get same x-denomination free - which was cool as long as you planned your group size accordingly.
