We visited on Saturday, with a party of two, for late afternoon lunch and it was a nice experience. We arrived and seated ourselves in a booth in the bar area. The dining areas are very large. The waiter stopped by and took drink orders. The Bud Lights were tall and ice cold. We went with 20 wings and onion rings. The wings were a bit overcooked, but that is standard for BWW. The Blazin' flavor has some serious heat, but the flavor is not so great. The service was ok, he stopped by often enough to take care of business. He did neglect to apply the military discount. The atmosphere was ruined on this occasion by a group of extremely loud patrons in the bar area. When your friends are a foot away, you do not need to scream at the top of your lungs. My teens love BWW ... during our recent visit, Billy took great care of us. It wasn't that busy for a Saturday night...we were seated right away and opted for outside (the only downside was the occasional smokers in the front of the building -- the smoke traveled around to the dining area). Son had wings with Asian zing and the grim reaper. Consensus was the latter was very hot and didn't have a great taste. Hubby liked the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I opted for the cauliflower wings with Asian zing. Loved them! I also had the boneless wings with Buffalo medium. However, the manager with the bob cut completely ruined our night. She constantly ridiculed our server in front of us which made it super awkward for us to listen to. I was seated immediately which was nice for a Friday night! It was about half full at this time. My waitress was a waitress in training but she did a great job. The bone in wings were not very saucy, so they were a little dry. The original buffalo sauce had the perfect amount of heat. The asian zing sauce has good flavor as well. The coleslaw was dry and the sauce on it looked not very appetizing but after it was all mixed up I actually ended up liking it! It is good if you do not mind a drier coleslaw. The fries were hot and crispy when they came out and reminded me of mcdonald's fries a little bit. The ultimate nachos were good! it's hard to see but there is a decent amount of melted cheese on it. My usual complaint with nachos is that they are too dry and don't have enough toppings, but these were not dry and an okay amount of toppings. The cheesecake was light and delicious. The whole meal came to over $60 after tip which was more than I expected for what I felt lke what not that much food of okay quality... but overall i did not have a bad experience. But $60 can go a long way at many other places for much better quality food. read more

I recently visited the store in Toms River, NJ. It was my first experience visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings. I was very disappointed. I purchased the combo order, regular wings and boneless wings. The regular wings were barely sauced and the meat was dry. The boneless wings were dry and hard. Not a good experience. The best part of the meal was the cole slaw. Although I had been to BWW locations in New York several times, I actually never made it to the one in Toms River until the other day. They have been open for just a couple of years. The bar area is actually a lot nicer than I was expecting. It is very clean and is partitioned from the rest of the restaurant. It feels cozy and fun. They have lot of bigger TV's with lots of sports on. Although they were drenched in sauce, I really enjoyed the wings. We got them as an app. The flavors were garlic parmesean and medium buffalo sauce. The burger was not good. You could tell that it was basically just a frozen patty thrown quickly onto the grill. I would not recommend it. Next time I will just stick with the wings! They have a lot of beers on tap. But most of them are what I call "pseudo craft beer." They really did not have many local New Jersey beers. But fortunately they did end up having one of my all time favorites, Forgotten Boardwalk from Cherry Hill, so I had two large glasses of that. We went on a happy hour night, so they were a dollar off, too. Overall, much better than I expected. Just stick with the wings, sit in the bar area, and try to get whatever the limited local craft beer is that night. read more

Not military friendly or out of state visitor friendly. They wouldn't accept my boyfriend and I's drivers license because it was out of state. They tried blaming "damage" to the card because it was slightly used, like any other drivers license. It didn't make sense to me because TSA accepts my ID when I travel. Stopped by after a VERY late shift at work with my husband and employee. Was happy that they are open super late-actually later than their Yelp listing describes. It was 2am on a Tuesday, not 1am. If you have read my review of BWW in Brick, you'll see that overall I am not too impressed by this place. It's almost like a nicer version of Hooters meets a just-ok wing joint. This place in Toms River is new, though, so I did try and give it more of the benefit of the doubt. We had a bubbly hostess for it being 12:30 in the morning. (You'll note from my other review that their service has never been a problem.) She put up with my husband and employee cracking jokes and being delirious at this strange hour, and that was appreciated. Following our hostess came along a 19-year-old waitress, whose name I feel bad I can't recall. She asked the standard "have you ever been here" type questions, showed us the menu, informed us that it was "Reverse Happy Hour"-which meant that it was basically "repeat" Happy Hour (fine with me!), and that basically everything was 1/2 price. I did like that she let us know what her favorite items on the menu were. That is always something I like to hear from a server. I wound up getting a grilled wrap, my employee ordered the nachos and my husband ordered wings. The drinks came out first-and I had ordered the Moscow Mule, which was not exactly my favorite thing, but I was not going to fuss since I was exhausted. Our server asked me what I had thought about it, along with a bunch of other questions, telling me she is too young to drink and just wanted to be able to inform her customers of how the drink tasted. I really, really, liked that she did that. There is nothing better than someone wanting to do their job to the best of their ability. This was something notable for sure. The food came out pretty quickly, and the only thing that was wrong was that my employee's chicken was missing from his nachos. He didn't fuss too much, but our server brought out a cup of chicken pretty much as fast as she could. (She really was doing a good job!) I wound up getting the chocolate cake, and our server heated it up because she said that all cake should be served warm. (Very sweet girl) The only problem was there was still a bit of paper left on my cake from where it was sectioned off from it's sister piece. That's not her fault, but maybe the expediter. Overall, the food was nothing out-of-this-world, although I ate the heck out of it because i was totally famished. Considering that the food was 1/2 off and so were the drinks, I would go back on a similar day for the prices. I don't know that I would feel comfortable paying over $10 for the wrap I ordered on any other day, but I like their Reverse Happy Hour-and I also realize they may have zero control over their prices. The establishment is new, and clearly still working out their kinks, but the service was on-point, and if they keep it up, they will be fine. It's super clean, seems like a really fun enviornment on any given night, and the fact that you aren't going to have sad, bored service this late on a weeknight says something about these servers and how they feel about where they work. When it came one of the 2 drinks only came had to wait another 10 minutes for the other drink. Took our appetizer and main order. Got the appetizer and not even 2 mins later our main order came. I love me some Bdubs! I was very excited to find out that a new one was opening right near my girlfriend's place. We finally got a chance to go and it was just as it should be. Listen, if you are the kind of curmudgeon who doesn't love sports, music and fun, stay home. This isn't your place. There are about 1000 televisions all tuned to sports, getting every local and nation game, there are loud people enjoying themselves, there are hot wings, beer and general merriment happening. With that said, chill out and enjoy. This one has a half wall separating the dining area and bar area, there is also a patio, which will be great in the summer. We sat in the bar area. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The beers were spot on and the food was good. They have been doing this flavor lab thing recently with a new wing sauce every so often. The last one was kind ehhhh, it was a cherry chipotle, kind of like Robitussin. The new flavor though was great, it's a Santa Fe pepper sauce, tastes great with a little kick. This is a solid location. If you like wings, beer, sports and fun, this is a place for you. However, I treat Bdubs like an IHOP. I get wings here, that's about it. Everything else, foodwise is just ok. Kind of like going to IHOP and getting a steak. Just stick with what they do best. read more

I was towed by the property manager not Buffalo Wild Wings. Policy is you can park for 24 hours if you park in the bar parking lot only. I was parked outside of the bar lot cause it was full but towed before 24 hours so I got a refund. Just make certain you park in their lot and it should be ok. It's a fun place to hang out. The food was good but the service was atrocious. We ordered a large plate of wings with 4 different flavors. The wings were all good except the spicy garlic which was basically buffalo sauce with some extra garlic. We waited several minutes for our waitress to check on us before flagging down another waitress to help out. That waitress was very nice and ordered a different flavor to replace the spicy garlic. 10 minutes later she saw we hadn't gotten our reorder, apologized, went to the back, and returned with our reorder. Since our waitress was nowhere in sight. We ate those and waited a good 15 more minutes before our waitress finally appeared with the check saying that it was crazy busy.
