They provided plenty of wipes, napkins and utensils in the delivery bag. I travel frequently to the area so I do a lot of ordering out. I have eaten this salad before, and it's a large filling meal. The greens are fresh and crisp, and there is always a generous portion of well-seasoned chicken. I order with the lite balsamic vinaigrette which makes for a flavorful low carb/high protein meal. I have tried different flavors of their chicken wings, but I keep going back to these parmesan garlic wings. Took a star off as they were a little on the drier side this time, but still very yummy. You wouldn't think BWW would be great with salads, but this is a good one that I will continue to order over and over. read more

Picked up carry out a busy Friday night and honestly, I'm shocked at how bad all of our food was. We got 4 orders of wings and a large tater tots. The wings were dried out and had an almost chemical taste to them like they were soaked in some weird solution. The tater tots were far from fresh, weirdly dark colored, and you could tell without a doubt they needed to change the oil in their fryer. We used to order from here fairly often but won't be anymore. We have better, local wings available. They only get 2 stars because my order was technically correct, just gross. read more

And to charge .60 for an extra tiny ounce cup of salsa that should have been included is just pure greed. A 16oz jar of Pace salsa sells for 2.54 or 15.9 cents/oz. That's a 277% markup! You may say, but it's an appetizer, well then, either don't charge entree prices for an appetizer or provide an entree sized portion. This shrinkflation is out of control. The service is always great at BWW. I go there at least once a month because my boss is a big fan. They recently remodeled and it looks good for a chain sports bar. There are a lot of TVs with several stations. My biggest complaint with the atmosphere is that it is pretty loud a lot of the time. The food is pretty consistent. Average at best. I travel a lot of the country, and the reason I often go to chains is for the consistency. Not the case here. I asked for wings "dirty" with medium and honey bbq sauces. The bartender asked what "dirty" meant. I explained that it was two sauces combined and spun together. He replied that he had never heard that term before. So I pointed to the "dirty dubs tots" on the menu, and informed him that every other location I'd been to understands the term. He then stated that they generally just serve sauce on the side, and wasn't I sure I just wanted that, as he wasn't sure the kitchen could or would do that. I had also asked for light sauce. Again, never been an issue prior to tonight. He came back to say that they couldn't guarantee the light sauce, and that should I order "dirty" there in the future, they take it as chipotle and some hideous mix of a sauce. Frankly, I won't visit this location again. Even though they're a franchise location, there are corporate standards to which they must meet. This location fails. On every front. Did I mention that the bartender said he might be too busy to wait half a beer to take my order? Because he did. One of the worst BWW experiences I've had in 25 years. Next time I want wings, I'll go to Wing Stop and drink beer at home. This isn't worth your time. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here. read more

I went here after a long day of moving. Getting a drink and cold water was a blessing. It was Sunday afternoon and the restaurant seemed pretty packed but we were seated right away. I was a little miffed that we were seated in the corner next to where the wait staff fills drinks and puts the dirty plates of cleared tables. Despite that Kaitlin was a great waitress! She was quick to get our order and was nice throughout the meal. She was apologetic when she replaced my water cause something was in it. BWW is a chain so the food is basically the same everywhere. I got buffalo seasoning and we all shared cheese curds. Both were great! I also got a black cherry mojito which I wouldn't recommend because it tasted like cherry and sprite. Kelly was waiting on the entire bar today and my first thought was OMG this will be a cluster, I was amazed how she provided excellent service to us and the rest of the customers in an orderly fashion. The wings are good, but the to go packaging is terrible. With COVID being an issue for the past year, we've been eating to go a majority of the time now. On weekends it's very crowded and now children are allowed in the area that used to be considered the bar (they're allowed there any time, there are just more of them on weekends.) We went back to BW3's a couple weeks back. Our goal was to sit and have some food while we watched the Clemson, Oklahoma game. Fortunately, the food and service were better than the game. We had an appetizer Sampler for our meal, which included Wings, (always one of my favorites), Soft pretzels with Queso and Pita chips with spinach artichoke dip. Everything arrived hot and in a timely manner. The food itself had good taste making it worth revisiting my review of before. It makes me happy to comeback to an old favorite after a bad experience and find a good experience when we returned, and oh, by the way, the roasted garlic mushrooms were yummy dipped in the Queso sauce. Very friendly staff! When they thought my to-go order wasn't coming up quick enough they kept checking on it until it was ready. Bryant was the name of the gentleman that took my order. I didn't get the names of the other lady that was so friendly and efficient that made sure I was taken care of and that my order was coming out in a timely manner. But over all the staff seemed great! I'm from Indy and we have such terrible service at the closest BWW near me I don't even go anymore! So kudos to your Terre Haute location!
