This is the closest Buffalo Wild Wings to me. I've been coming here for 10 years. Been here a lot. In the past it was better and it seems to have slipped wing wise. Service has always been pretty good. I love that they have Cherry Wheat on tap. The food though... They literally have the word "Wings" and their name so you'd think that would be their expertise. Their burgers, apps, and wraps are now actually better than the wings these days. However, the wings are spotty. I would say you have a 50/50 chance of them coming out good. Went there last night as an example and got 10 boneless Asian Zing/Spicy Garlic. Son got 10 boneless Plain. Both orders were cold and dry, and the wings tasted like they came out of the microwave. I could have saved some money and threw some Tyson grocery store chicken nuggets in the microwave and stayed home. At least they'd be hot. This isn't the first time this has happened. Exceptional Service provided by; server Hunter and Manager Alyssa. Walking in, it's not as nice as most BDubbs facilities I've gone to. The set up isn't that great and it's packed with kids that parents dropped off to go see a movie or play in the strip mall!? Being it The premier of Beetlejuice, I anticipated the rush and knew it would be crowded but it's the most convenient option with AMC right there. Had planned to be in and out but after engaging with our server; we ended up relaxing, ordering more and tipping heavy before heading to see our flick. Hunter is by far the best server I've ever had personally! He should be working downtown or something with his welcoming charm, easing personality & the ability to remember the menu, pricing, deals & discounts on command- all while looping it together making sure you're getting the best price! He even made the menu seem more appetizing so we spent a little extra time looking at it even though we already knew what we wanted (lol) Manager Alyssa stopped by the table just to check in that we were doing alright. Which I thought was great considering how slammed busy they were. Typically I don't see many managers doing rounds like that anymore so I loved it!! I will leave my rating for this particular visit only. I saw all the other bad ratings for this location and the others in the area so I was not excited to go here. I had a gift card that I had for a couple of years and was not excited to use it. Especially with the negative reviews. It was as a Saturday and after finishing up a few errands I decided to grab a bite to eat and use this gift card. So here was my first experience. I walked up to the bar and no one was behind the bar but a couple of customers were there. It was around 5 PM so it wasn't really busy at that time. I sat for a minute and then the bartender Danielle appeared. She immediately took my order and promptly served me. I then ordered some basic wings with sauce on the side and a side salad. The salad came out quickly and to my surprise all the ingredients were really fresh from the sliced tomatoes to the lettuce. Also got my dressing on the side as requested. The salad was really delicious. About halfway through my salad the wings arrived and they looked fresh and cooked golden brown. The sauces were on the side as requested. The wings were about what you expect. They were not huge, but they were deep fried as well as I have ever seen from a chain. Flavor was good and the sauce was more than enough where I didn't feel lacking at all. My bartender Danielle was pleasant, attentive, and responsive without being a pest or completely ignoring you. She also was keen for small talk. Difference maker for the overall experience. The atmosphere was pub like and cosy. there were close to 40 TV's. Albeit not really large TV's, but pretty decent size. Good enough to consider coming back for a sporting event. So for this visit they hit high marks on 3 big ones for me. Atmosphere, presentation of fresh food, and service. This is the best Buffalo Wild Wings I have visited. I had sworn off eating at this restaurant because of all the isues I had in the past. My sister told me to go in and try this location. I went in on Thursday where they give you buy one get one free boneless wings on snack and small size. When our wings came out, I was shocked to see they were all covered in sauce. They were super fresh, hot, and delicious. Other locations I frequented at had wings that were not covered in sauce. Our waitress was amazing. She brought plenty of ranch as requested and refilled my drink right away. She was super fast and attentive. We were very impressed with this location. We will definitely return to this location on another Thursday. I heard they had a deal on Tuesday for traditional wings, so I will look into that as well! read more

Do not use a gift card, they will make excuses as to why it can't be used. The manager that was there at the time needs to go through customer service training. She seemed very unhappy and refused to answer a question. Our bill came to 32.70 which included 6 free wings since it we had a birthday promo. I had two 40.00 gift cards but the waitress returned and said one gift card can be used per order. I was ok with this. They accepted one of the 20.00 gift cards and she returned with the bill for the balance. The bill was 21.80 that we still owed. Not the best at math, but if the total was 32 and you used a 20.00 gift card, wouldn't the remaining balance be around 12 and some change? If we paid with a 20.00 gift card and still owed 21.80 then our total bill would have originally been 41.80. Instead of complaining later, I asked politely for an explanation while we were there. The manager made several excuses and said the free wings are not really free as they were on the original receipt - now they are only half off, even though the promo was for 6 free birthday wings. How did our bill go from 32 to 41.80. She refused to explain, apologize, or even smile. She just said it's how it is and there's nothing you can do about it. That's the best way to lose business. We will never set foot inside your establishment. Mistakes happen and I asked for an explanation and she was pissed. We paid the extra money and gave a nice tip to the waitress. We have been coming to this location for several years. Even before they moved from one end of the plaza to the other. It's one of our favorite locations because it is right in between both of our houses. We often meet in the Walmart parking lot when we are going somewhere so that we are between both of our houses. Well, today was no different. We are in the middle of the lockdown. Hoping it will be lifted in about two weeks. But in the meantime, it's been tough to see each other. So today we decided to grocery shop together and get lunch. Now, I had planned on perhaps getting lunch and having a picnic somewhere. But that fell through the cracks as it was stupid cold out that day. He hates to shiver. So I knew better than to even ask. Regardless, we ordered and ate in the parking lot. The important part was spending some time together. We ordered from the app, which was quick and easy. The food was ready pretty quick. We tend to get the same thing for lunch every time we come. Typically I get the mild boneless and he get the jumping jalapeno bonelss. He says it's the perfect amount of sweet and spicy. I have a delicate palate and can't handle spicy. We get the meals, but don't eat the fries. The fries are delicious but the entire meal is too many calories. We try to come on Tuesdays as there is a buy one get one deal with the boneless wings. I must say that going inside to pick up the wings felt super weird. It's completely empty. Chairs are up. It made me sad. I feel like normal life will never be back. :( read more

The worst location. Every time I come in workers are sitting over in a corner, talking, ignoring customers coming in waiting on orders. I came tonight for my online order. They were missing my wings and my large fries less than half a box and I bought a large. I called to tell them after I got home. They say come and get fries and my wings. I Come to pick it up my chicken wings box feels cold. I asked her are these fresh or the ones they forgot. She's like yes they are fresh. I get home they're actually not mild buffalo wings even though there's sauce on it. But when you eat it it's actually the sweet chili wings and you can see the sweet chili on it along with pepper flakes. The girl is a liar. I'm a diabetic and what if I ate them all not paying attention? Do i need to sue these people? They were rushing to get out of there because it was nearing close. I called and talk to someone who says she's the manager named Christina who was rude. She cut me off during my conversation explaining what happened to tell me that well we cannot make wings tonight because we're about to close. She was just trying to end it so she can go home even though at this point there was about 15-20 minutes left. She Offered just a refund. Just rude but accusing me of yelling only Looking for a reason to just hang up the phone. I said you must not be the restaurant manager because of the way you're behaving and being unprofessional you must be a shift manager or acting manager. She needs to be fired. Very snail paced service when the restaurant was quite empty and both times our orders were wrong and we never received refills Third time is a charm right? This time the location was much busier but still there was tables available. After all, March Madness was happening and this was our third pick for dinner because two other restaurants were jammed packed. I've been to BDubs (as it's commonly called) many times over the years. I'm not a sports guy, nor am I into beer. That leaves wings. And the wings here, well... Have you ever gotten a date with someone that everyone desires? Then, during the date you suddenly realize that you don't understand why you were into them at all. This is BDubs. The sauces for the wings are good enough, if not completely uninspired. Nothing pops out and says, "This is what separates us from the rest." This place is completely and totally overhyped, and not worth the trouble. Great, classic place to get wings in the Macomb County suburbs, especially when they are cheaper on Tuesdays. I always order them wet, and they are usually very good to comply. They have slipped up our orders a few times when they were busy, but when we pointed it out they were usually great about remedying the situation. The bone-in traditional wings in Spicy Garlic & Hot is all I eat here so I can't comment on much else. Other than that there's some later night happy hour drinks, plenty of screens including projectors with the local sports games, and an overall attentive staff and service for a bar & grill. This may be a huge chain, but when chains do something and do it right, such as these guys do wings (or how Five Guys does burgers), well then, I still support them, chain or not. I'm a little disappointed that Tuesday wing deals are slowly getting worse. I remember back in the day they were like 25 cents each, years ago. Then it became 30 cents, 35...40...Then there was the buy x-denomination of wings, get same x-denomination free - which was cool as long as you planned your group size accordingly. Compared to other B-dubs, its the usual. It's nicely remodeled, definitely a sports atmosphere, and then you have the wings.... The wings aren't bad, I've had them seasoned and sauced really well, or really sloppy or not much at all. it's not consistent but it could be worse! First impressions: it's a fairly new bdubs so it looks clean and modern. We were greeted by the manager Gary who was very friendly, equipped with a smile. Table service: we were serviced immediately by a very friendly server named Matt . He recommended a few beer choices which helped and took our order without issue. Mind you, when the servers aren't at a table, they are cleaning which looks impressive. Food: the food came out hot and delicious and the beer went down smooth. As we were eating that same friendly manager Gary "table touched" our table to make sure that everything was good. You honestly can't beat an experience like that!
