Yesterday dine in was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. Where do I start, first it began with the drink, I ordered an Arnold Palmer drink which is a lemonade + ice tea. The drink smelled like straight sewage water. As funny as this sounds I could not make this up. Working ten+ years in restaurant industry I can safely say that this odor and taste come from uncleanliness in the spout of the ice tea machine. I politely asked the waiter for a strawberry lemonade as I did not want to be that "guy". We ordered nachos with chicken and politely asked the waiter to hold our food because we wanted to enjoy the appetizer. Appetizer was spot on delicious. Ten mins go by. Twenty mins go by. Thirty mins go by. At this point everyone received their food but our table. Waiter reassured us that it was coming out that there was so many tickets. People seated after our appetizer got food before us. Food finally arrives, I take a good few bites and notice my wings were not fully cooked through. I am nauseous and politely tell the waiter I cant eat this. Its actually so disturbing to see how a establishment which used to be my childhood favorite tarnished by lackluster care. Food was decent as usual but my pops slipped on their ground and pulled something due to a leak from their air vents above, the waitress came up to us and said they knew about it and apologized, but didn't have a sign down or anything. The manager came up and basically asked if we were going to do anything about it, we said no, and he went on his way. They then went and put down the wet floor signs. Very lame, they knew about the leak but didn't do shit. Also just left us alone after they heard we wouldn't take further action, no discounts or anything. I ordered their wings today with the Thursday BOGO offer. 30 wings total, with 6 different sauces and 5 cups of ranch/blue cheese, plus some celery. While our food was ready on time for pick up and that went smoothly, I was disappointed to get home and realize the miniscule amount of dressing in the cups for dipping. They weren't even half full. Definitely not enough for even half the wings. The wings were generously sauced, and while some were more popcorn chicken sized, they did seem to try to balance that out. We attempted to order on line for pickup. Buffalo Wild Wings was having problems accepting payment by credit card. Upon arrival, payment was accepted on the second try with the same card. The real issue I have is the charge on the credit card receipt for a $.95 for a walk-in pickup fee. This is a small but petty charge for a $59.00 online order. The food was good. read more

The Shorewood restaurant is approximately 1 city block from my home. I did a DoorDash order. The driver for very polite and apologetic for the old being late. It wasn't the driver's fault. Not only was the order late it was missing a drink and Carmel topping for the cheesecake. I asked the driver about what was missing, he stated, "I'm really sorry for this happening, call the restaurant and you'll be credited. Food and service were absolutely perfect! Nice and friendly greeting upon arrival too! We went here for a HS graduation get together after the school ceremony. You can imagine the challenge the staff was under with the COVID social distancing requirements. I can tell you that they have it under control. They were able to accommodate our group of 14 people without any problem. Our server was very attentive. Kept everyone supplied with their food and beverages without a glitch. Checked on us often and with a cooperative attitude and great smile. The food was incredible. We had several appetizers before ordering lunch. Fried Pickles were interesting and one of the graduates favorites. The Everything Pretzel Knots were OK but not something I would order again. The Cheddar Cheese Curds were very good! For my entree I enjoyed the Boneless Wings. I had two different sauces, the mild which is traditional buffalo sauce and the Asian which is a litter hotter. Both were great. On Tuesday, October 2, 2022, I ordered 10 Traditional Wings and Fries online for pickup at 9:30 PM. I arrived early, and the location is essentially empty. There are probably just 10 visitors total in the structure. I arrived early, the host informed me, that my order would be ready at 9:30 PM. After 9:30 PM had passed, there were perhaps 3 more customers in the lobby waiting for their online orders, but the host had vanished, and staff members kept walking past us without giving us any updates or acknowledging our presence. I had to do something because I feel bored when people ignore me, so I opted to go around the counter and peek into the kitchen. I decided to go behind the counter and peek in the kitchen to see if I could grab anyone's attention since, unfortunately, when I am ignored, I get bored and have to do something. I just kept going as the employees turned to stare at me but didn't say anything. I removed the sauces and read the labels after opening the warmer to see what was inside. Still, nothing was done. I then contacted the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Shorewood, Illinois to see if they would pick up so I could let them know there were customers at the front who needed help. That also did not work because no employee answered the phone. I repeated this five times, and the workers simply ignored the phone when it rang. Before I even got an update on my purchase, it was after 09:50 PM. When the manager eventually emerged, she was furious with me for going into the back room behind the counter. I apologized to her but I get bored and no one was helping in the front. In my defense, there isn't a sign that says that it's for staff only. If Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't want me in the back area, they should put up a sign saying as such. The management claimed that they were understaffed, but I disagree because I observed staff members loitering and doing nothing except having fun. Good customer service was simply not important to these personnel. I finally got my order at 10:05 PM, the server had 2 orders in there hand. They looked at an order bag read off my name and gave me my order. They look at the other and called out that person and gave them the other order. The person who had the other order was gone and had forgotten to check it, but I checked my order before I left and discovered that, despite having read my name on the purchase receipt, she had given me the wrong order. How do you do that? There was no way I was going to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my order. After this, I was done and requested a refund. The manager arrived and completed the reimbursement. I received a receipt from the manager, but it wasn't for a reimbursement. After waiting a week, I learned that my refund had not been processed. To receive my refund, I had to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. Wow, despite the awful experiences I've had in the past with restaurants, this one tops them all. When did you guys stop trying? I went last night with my family for a nice dinner and it was the worst experience I ever had. The waiter was decent but an ice tea means there is ice in the tea. The tea was the only warm thing if the meal. I ordered 10 wings and got 10 free but I had to wait to eat because they brought everyone's meal at different times. My daughter in law 's came first, waited 10 minutes them my mine came. Came here to dine in and eat. Me and my friends wanted to come here and utilize their wing specials and enjoy dinner. We called ahead to make sure there was no wait which their wasn't. I went here on Sunday and there wasn't anyone waiting in the parking lot except me and another car. I placed my order (10 traditional wings and fries) and when I got it I went home just to find out my fries were stale and cold. I normally don't like harping on something as small as fries, because restaurants get busy sometimes and things fall through the cracks, but there was no one else waiting for food. It was a slow early Sunday afternoon, and was a slow day from the look of things. The food should have been fresh and there is really no excuse for it. I didn't bother calling to complain because to be frank didn't think it would make much of a difference. I live too far away to drive back and request fresh fries. You would think that during the current pandemic and the fact that many are without work, those who do have work would do it to the best of their ability considering that people are spending their hard earned money there. That unfortunately was not the case at this establishment. If they are perfectly comfortable with serving food of this quality during a pandemic on a slow day, I shudder to think of what they'll serve when things go back to normal. read more

Lot of crying reviewers on here. People need to realize several things. For every one of them(customers) theres ten orhers who will be there. So every where its busy, everyone is overly impatient, no one has any sense of empathy for anyone else. Just like on the road. Enter ur service people.
