They only gave us 19 out of 30 wings and the wrong burger. The only option was to drive all the way back and get the correct items.

The bartender was great. She took my order and all was good... then the person bringing the food to brought the wrong order to me. I looked at the platter and said nope not my order. She then went in back, came back to ask the bartender what was what and then went back to the kitchen only to have put the correct sandwich on the platter but with the same o-rings on the platter. Now the o-rings are cold plus she had tried to serve them to another customer. Ok. Stop. Throw that entire platter out because not only is it cold but you have tried to serve it to not only me but to another customer. Said rings delivered to me were cold. The small handful of fries added to the uneven carb majority. (I had to balance it with two additional wings from another person at the table) (Taste) They were definitely sweet and sticky, but a little tougher to bite through than I anticipated. Making a decision to go to this place is a decision to just throw money away. The 15/15 bundle typically feeds more than one person. We wanted onion rings instead of fries because they're always stone cold when we get home. There were 7 onion rings. Combined with the mozzarella sticks the cost was $57.48. My hubby ordered 2 more onion rings. Our grand total for these items came to $81 and change. The icing was there was no sauce for the mozzie sticks. My hubby paid the price b/c it's Mother's Day. Don't bother calling the manager, he fills customers with false promises of discounts for your next order. $24.00 for 14 onion rings. This place is ripping off customers. BEWARE!!! read more

Absolutely abysmal service due to no urgency and lack of cleanliness. Tables left dirty with food on the floor. Serving staff does bare minimum with no interpersonal skills. I am appalled at the amount of time it takes to get drinks poured. I timed it out to 20 mins. I'm sitting here an hour after ordering with my children crying because they are hungry. I am beyond disappointed with the overall experience I'm having. In all my years of eating out, this has to be the worst experience of dining out. There is zero communication regarding the delay in food being served...I highly advise anyone considering to eat here to go to WingStop instead because at least you can get your food in a timely manner. I ordered my food to go for 7:10pm, I didn't get it until 7:45pm. I ordered some wings, tenders, onion rings and carrots. The tenders didn't come with their sauce and the carrots weren't even there. The manager told me that they were short staffed and that he couldn't do anything about the time (I don't know stuff was missing till I go home). They used to be a great place to go but not anymore. The third time I was seated and did not see a waiter for 20 minutes. It was another 30 minutes before we just chose to leave because we hadn't seen our waiter or received our food. I get home, open the bag, and am missing ranch even though the Receipt has ranch four different times on it. We come to Salem to visit our son for lunch and he wanted to have wings. we made the mistake of choosing Buffalo Wild Wings off of Center St. NE. to order take out from. My wife went to pick up our order that was not quite ready when she arrive. The guy at the counter would not give my wife a drink carrier and or plates. We did not get the fries that was supposed to come with one our orders, the drinks were mostly water and the wings had to have been sitting around for a while because the meat was almost completely cold and super dry. The guy at the counter was completely shitty to my wife because she asked him for the drinks that comes with the kids meals. people need fired at this store starting with the weekend manage. read more
