Making a decision to go to this place is a decision to just throw money away. The 15/15 bundle typically feeds more than one person. We wanted onion rings instead of fries because they're always stone cold when we get home. There were 7 onion rings. Combined with the mozzarella sticks the cost was $57.48. My hubby ordered 2 more onion rings. Our grand total for these items came to $81 and change. The icing was there was no sauce for the mozzie sticks. My hubby paid the price b/c it's Mother's Day. Absolutely abysmal service due to no urgency and lack of cleanliness. Tables left dirty with food on the floor. Serving staff does bare minimum with no interpersonal skills. I am appalled at the amount of time it takes to get drinks poured. I timed it out to 20 mins. I'm sitting here an hour after ordering with my children crying because they are hungry. I am beyond disappointed with the overall experience I'm having. In all my years of eating out, this has to be the worst experience of dining out. There is zero communication regarding the delay in food being served...I highly advise anyone considering to eat here to go to WingStop instead because at least you can get your food in a timely manner. We come to Salem to visit our son for lunch and he wanted to have wings. we made the mistake of choosing Buffalo Wild Wings off of Center St. NE. to order take out from. My wife went to pick up our order that was not quite ready when she arrive. The guy at the counter would not give my wife a drink carrier and or plates. We did not get the fries that was supposed to come with one our orders, the drinks were mostly water and the wings had to have been sitting around for a while because the meat was almost completely cold and super dry.
