This place has the worst service of anyplace I think I've ever gone. And it never gets better either. I go back probably once a year to see if anything has changed and it never does. It's too bad because the food is really good. It doesnt matter if every table is full or if theres 3 people in the whole place, no matter what, you are going to get SLOW service. Often times waitresses just flat out ignore you and almost all of them that Ive ever had are cranky and unfriendly. How hard is it to just be attentive to your customers? No other restaurant seems to have a problem with it. And its not that they are understaffed either. I always see TONS of servers, just none of them are ever serving me! The worst was when we went there for happy hour and it started at 10pm and they told us they could not give us the happy hour beers until 10:20 because their clocks were set 20 minutes behind. I've been to happy hours in probably EVERY bar in this town. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Now my friends and I always joke that BWW has its own time zone. Ya know how at the airport they have all those clocks with time zones around the world? Well BWW St Cloud needs to put theirs up there too since they think they somehow dont run on the same time as the rest of the city. :( read more

So many tv's. You can always have a view someplace of what your watching. However, I think the staff is watching the game rather than the tables. Didn't get a refill until I flagged a different waiter down. Then it took a time out and a full commercial break for them to come back. The wings however are awsome. read more

Me and my friend walked into Buffalo Wild Wings, and right away was greeted with kindness at the front desk and got seated right away. Then a different waitress came to get drinks and asked if we needed more time to order food, which we replied "yes we do." After she brought us our waters, it then took her about 30 minutes to come back to get our order for food. In between those 30 minutes, she kept walking back and forth past our table, while also serving other tables (a group who came in 15mins after us got their food before she even took our order). She would also look over at us from time to time. Just as me and my friend were getting up to leave, she saw us and ran over to come take our food order. It was after 2 but our waitress was nice enough and still gave us the lunch deal since we were waiting. After she took our order our food came shortly after, which was delicious. I give the food a 4/5, service 2/5. Will be back probably for the delicious food but hopefully next time the service is better. read more

If you're looking for a quick bite then avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings despite the quick service you've had at every single other bww across the nation. Expect to sit at your table for over 10 minutes for a waiter to come greet you. Our food was not delivered to our table until we had been sitting there for over 45 minutes, however everyone else sitting around us who who got there after us and ordered after us was served before us, but the manager on duty who makes rounds to every table claimed it was a 30 minute ticket back up in the kitchen. Oh, okay, if you're okay with that then that's cool. Food comes and the wings are just slopped on one tray with all the sauces mixing and the carrots and celery just bathing in the sauce. Maybe normal people like their sauces to combine, but I also have an allergy where I can't eat the sauce on my husbands 5 wings so some went to waste. I didn't think to ask to keep them separate because I've never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings that didn't separate the flavors (or dump the sauce on top. That was a little weird). I asked the server if the sauces normally combine and she agreed that yes they do usually come out with all the sauces combining with each other. Food comes out and the server asks if we need anything else--yeah, just our ranch sauce and some plates, you know, so we can eat the wings. After hitting at least 3 other places that were PACKED with 30 minutes waits at noon on a Sunday, J and I found ourselves desperate and hungry at Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and J had a grilled chicken sandwhich. We both noted that his sandwich looked small, but he said it was tasty. My grilled salad was good. It was exactly what you would expect. No surprises here. Instead of dressing I ordered one of the wing sauces on the side. That is definitely the highlight of this place--the extensive list of great wing sauces from sweet to spicy. Oh--almost forgot to add that we were seated quicky and service was decent. read more

Good wings decent service super busy noisey and have to yell to talk to someone. Best to take it to go and enjoy the game at home they do have call in ordering but I waited 45 min until pickup time and still waited another 20 they did mess up a set of wings another time but did fix it. Still not to bad a little more than I'd pay for beer and wings normally but I can still justify spending the money for the quality of food and their ability to fix the problem. read more

I always enjoy eating at BWW's and this time was just as good as the rest. I usually have Caribbean Jerk or Spicy Garlic wings. I haven't ever tried their mac and cheese, but I felt like giving it a try this time. The service is always pretty good and there is always something on one of their many TV's to watch. We had an average experience. Went on a Saturday night so we expected to have a wait. The greeter told us 30 minutes so we waited and waited. We then noticed a group with the same amount as us come in out their name in and get called for a table within 5 minutes! So I asked the greeter why they were put in front of us she said because they called in and someone told them there was no wait so they had to put them in front! All in all we were upset. They should have better customer service and not try and sneak around. Food is good, they let us try sauces which was fun. read more

Unfortunately I had to rate one star to leave a review. This evening a friend and myself went to dinner. The server was "new" and used that as an excuse from the moment he came to the table. She ordered the shrimp poboy and I ordered buffalo chicken sandwich. When the food came out mine came out as a barbecue chicken wrap which is not what I ordered. The runner then took back my food to fix it and five mins later brought me out which I am assuming the fries that were with the wrap originally which were now far old and cold. Typically people order there meal as a meal and not separate items so I was irritated by that as well. Did not eat the fries. 15 mins later out comes my sandwich carried by a manager. I decided at that time to express my concerns with the manager. I had also brought to her attention that my friends sandwich was missing two items ( Cajun aloi and the slaw salad) which the manager clearly had no idea what was supposed to be on the sandwich. Not only did I not get to eat dinner with my friend the original waiter never showed up again until payment time that they still charged my friend for her half ass sandwich. I forgot to mention the most important thing! The waiter felt it ok to on account run his fingers through his hair on 8 occasions!!! Sure the manager comped our two sodas and my meal but my friend had to pay over 17$ for the worst service, food, and experience ever! To end my rant I stopped to use the bathroom on the way out and each stall in the women's restroom was trashed and pissed on!!!! Terrible experience would not return and would not recommend. Came down to kill a couple hours. Sat myself at the bar. Tender right on it place was full had my order taken and food out in less than 5 mins. Faster than I have ever had. Food (wrap) and wings were great! One of the better nights at the place. Oh and if your a hockey fan this is the place to be! 4 hockey games on and at the so called hockey bar a few miles away I had to ask to put a game on!! Will be back great bar service. read more

When it first opened it was amazing! Now a 3 year old can cook just as good. Terrible wait time seems like they are more interested in hiring good looking women instead of people who are actually good that their job. The wings are always cold/over cooked and crunchy, and you may as well buy just regular wings and put your own sauce on them. I place an order of 50 plus wings for a group of buddies for football and asked for around 10 things of ranch. I paid for all 10 and got one cup. This place has gone down hill and fast. Ordered online. Order went through just fine. Sent person in to pick up order, and was told the card didn't go through. No call, no email, nothing saying card didn't go through. Called in and asked, only to be told that the 3 digit code on the back of the card wasn't entered online. Not sure how to enter it when there is no place to enter it!! over the last six months service has tanked. also, even though a sports bar, the music is always loud gang banger music. i cane to get wings and watch sports with friends and be able to hear them - not here, club music. even if you ask to turn it down, they dont. do not refill drinks and didnt even bring silverware without three requests. read more
