If you're looking for a TV to watch, I don't think you'll find more in town than at Buffalo Wild Wings. Additionally, if you're looking for Wings, you won't find a place that has more flavors and sauces and dry rubs to choose from - everything from mild to screaming hot. I've never had bad wings here - either bone-in or boneless. However, it's not just a Wing restaurant. I've been here with friends and with my wife, and they've all found other things to enjoy as well - flatbread pizzas, awesome appetizers, and more. It tends to be a louder restaurant - much more of a sports-bar, hang-out with the gang feel than a sit-down family restaurant. If you go during one of their wing specials, you can get a lot of food for not a lot of money. read more

I have been to this B-dubs a few times and this is the worst experience I have had. They seem so unorganized and the restaurant isn't even full, there are about 7 full tables. We ordered a strawberry margarita and it tasted like dirty dish water, both mine and my boyfriends. Not sure if it was dirty dishes or something to do with the water. We also ordered 30 wings in 3 different flavors and they threw them all on one big plate without separating them or telling us which ones were which. After explaining to the server why we bo longer wanted our margaritas her persona changed and she no longer made eye co tact or even wanted to be at our table. I was in this location last Wednesday with my family, there were 7 of us. We had 3 different orders of the nachos. My brother in law asked if they changed the nachos because once they came out, there were barely any toppings on them, & they order these frequently. The manager came out & told us that they're making them different & that's the way they are. He brought us out more toppings to put on, but for $13.99, I can get fast food nachos better than these, & a lot of them! We also had 3 different orders of wings, all dry, barely any sauce, that we had to ask for more sauce. So all of this after waiting 20 minutes for the waiter to come to our table after being seated. My family and I got there at 5:15 pm and the host even though it wasn't busy did not greet us or offer to seat us after 15 min of waiting so we were forced to seat our selves. I visited yesterday evening and was reminded why I rarely come here. The service was fine, the server was just a little awkward with his timing and our dipping sauces/sides didn't come out with the meal. The food is SO OVER-PRICED. We had two orders of the medium-size boneless wing option. When our wings came out, we had to immediately ask for more sauce because they were tossed so poorly, basically chicken nuggets at this point. Additionally, we ordered a side of the buffalo chips with cheese (ew, why do I get these?? so greasy!) one pop and a water. Grand total for this meal, including 20% tip, $49. Seriously.... Not the first time here and will be the last. Been here around 5 times and maybe once the wings were extra crunchy like ordered. My wife asked for her wings extra crispy like the sticker on them said they were but were slimy and could pull the skin off. The service was just terrible it took forever for the girl to come serve us when she couldn't of had more then two other tables as there was only 4 tables with people on this day at about 1:30pm. The girl had every excuse you could think of though ready to tell us. We don't care we want food and drinks in a timely matter. If I could rate this a 0 star, I would. In fact, if I could go negative, I would give them a negative 10 star rating. I just moved here from out of state and have been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings. After this last experience, I will never return, to any location. First, let's start with the floors. When my friend and I walked in, we felt what seemed like a layer of grease on the floor which felt grimy, and in need of a mop. I could literally just slide my feet as if I was on ice the floors were so disgusting. I mentioned something to a waitress who I walked by asking if people slipped often. Her response was "yes, all the time" and that was it, as if it wasn't an issue. It seems like a pretty big liability to have what seems like an 1/8th inch of crisco layered on the floor. Although it was offsetting, we concluded that probably the cleaning crew was busy, or they were understaffed and didn't have time to mop the beyond gross and clearly unwashed floors. We sat down at the table and the waitress was really nice. Literally, the only good experience from this dinner was the fact that the waitress was relatively friendly. Now for the worst part. We ate the food, which was extremely sub-par, even for BWW standards, but didn't give it much thought, since we went here knowing what to expect more or less. Flash forward 2 hours later, my friend and I were sick to our stomachs on a level that neither him or I had ever experienced. Honestly, words can't describe how sick we've been the last 12 hours. If you want to be out of commission for a day making frequent trips to the bathroom, this is the spot for you! I like wings. I like wings and alcohol. I like spicy wings and alcohol. The good: It can be grand, the sauces themselves can get fairly hot. The hottest one is decent enough and if I get a set of the boneless wings I will be fairly satisfied. The bad: I dislike being nickle'd and dime'd for every little parcel. Having to pay for bleu cheese is annoying. I've avoided this place several times because I hate the 'cheated' feeling I get - especially since the tubs of bleu cheese are wee in size. This BWW doesn't deserve a 1. If you want to learn about bad customer service, starting with the top, this is the place to go! We called ahead with a party of 60, after 8PM on a week night and when we arrived the GM turned us away with open tables, telling us that at least 40 of us had to be there or we had to leave. His message was clear they did not want the business. He did not offer to call another store knowing we were driving a State Conference BB winner back to the cities. St Cloud is a hub for many school and sports tournaments and it is obvious the business is not important to this store. We called ahead and were welcomed to Monticello BWW, they rocked!!! Management and the entire team were waiting for us, tables set and were very welcoming, clapped for team, announced their championship win to the entire restaurant and went out of their way to earn our business. I truly feel sorry for the staff at St Cloud BWW, not only did they lose an opportunity for great tips but future business. A good lesson in business leadership and customer service would go a long way for this store! I've always had decent service here. The only compaint I have with BWW's is that they all have that corporate feel. You get the feeling that everything down to the napkins is weighed and measured against the bottom line. For example, I hate having to ask for extra salsa for my chips every time. They give you this tiny cup of salsa, enough for probably three chips. Now I get two tiny cups, ohh boy! It could be worse though, their is no additional charge. That said, they have friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere for all sporting events on many projection screens and HD flat panels. They buy all the UFC ppv and have NFL Sunday ticket and NCAA basketball tourney. It's impossible to watch every football/basketball game during the season but it's fun to try! I can't tell you how many times I've stopped in here by myself and started up a conversation with someone. read more

The wing sauces are a good variety but here is my problem with BWW. The service is absolutely aweful. I never go here unless I am meeting friends which usually means two or three times a year. The consistently poor service clearly shows it is a training issue and a case of poor culture in this place. We went in on a weekday evening to just have a couple beers and a some wings. Probably took waitress around 10 minutes to acknowledge us and another 10 minutes to get our first drink and take our order. There were four of us having 22 oz beers. We had all finished our beers and were waiting for her to return and get us a second one. She was not very busy but we ended up going to the bar for the second round after she failed to come back. We thought she would get the message and ask us if we wanted another round when our glasses were getting towards the bottom like a normal waitress. Instead we had to stack all our empties at the end of the table with all our trash from dinner in a tall pile to get her attention. This is nearly an exact duplicate of my last time at BWW. I love BWW, I have gone to many across the country. This one is the ONLY one I have gone to where you get wings in groups of 5 rather than six, but for the same price as elsewhere (the menu says, "at least five wings", what a crock, just be honest, i'm getting 5 - I will never, ever get 6 wings). Also, this one charges you for ranch or bleu cheese. Not all BWWs charge for this. I am surprised they don't charge you for napkins too. also, come on man, this is a sports bar, not a night club. why does the music have to be SOOOO LOUD!?!?! even when you ask if they could turn it down a little so you don't have to shout, they say they will, but don't. at least put the sound of the game on the big screen on instead of the VERY LOUD MUSIC SO NOBODY CAN HEAR, and if you are going to refuse to turn on the sound for the game, then at least set the tvs to close captioning so I can read what is going on. on the good side -the wait staff is pretty good. I have gone three times, total of 18 orders of wings have been ordered - never, ever, did anyone get more than 5 wings, but the staff was nice, friendly, good natured. that said, although this has always been my first choice in other cities, I'm done with this place. much better places to go where you don't feel swindled, it isn't DANCE CLUB LOUD MUSIC, and you can actually watch and listen to a game. read more

I normally sit in the dining area of this restaurant and it is usually very good. However due to being in a rush and a 15 minute wait time to be seated in the main room, my boyfriend and I decided to eat in the bar area, which was still busy. The waitress acted like she didn't want our table, then the food took an hour. When the food came, she never came back to ask how it was, and I wish she would have because it tasted and smelled foul, as weird as it sounds, it tasted and smelled like cigarettes. On top of the horrible food, she never came to refill our drinks, and didn't even walk by our table so we could flag her down and ask her to do her job. My 1st disappointing visit in the 10 years we have gone there. Our food came out cold & wrong & refills were hard to get. There was a Little League team there & all the servers were catering & taking care of them. Ordered appetizers & after 30 minutes inquired & server said "oh I thought you wanted them with the meal." The boneless chicken came out cold & rubbery along with cheese curds, French fries & onion rings. The pretzel was hard on the outside & doughy inside. Me and my group of friends were going to BWW tonight and we were a group of 12. We called an hour ahead just to let them know cause we knew it would be busy. We then got there and let them know again about our large group and they said it would be a wait, which is fine. But then after waiting for an hour (58 mins to be exact) for our table, not once but twice our tables were given to other groups that came in well after us. To top it off, the host who was helping one of my friends said after the fact "Haha. Oh you'll be waiting for a while" Waiting for an extended period of time was fine, but being neglected and then rudely laughed at? That was pathetic.
