If you're looking for a TV to watch, I don't think you'll find more in town than at Buffalo Wild Wings. Additionally, if you're looking for Wings, you won't find a place that has more flavors and sauces and dry rubs to choose from - everything from mild to screaming hot. I've never had bad wings here - either bone-in or boneless. However, it's not just a Wing restaurant. I've been here with friends and with my wife, and they've all found other things to enjoy as well - flatbread pizzas, awesome appetizers, and more. It tends to be a louder restaurant - much more of a sports-bar, hang-out with the gang feel than a sit-down family restaurant. If you go during one of their wing specials, you can get a lot of food for not a lot of money. read more

Nice place to stop on the way to Minneapolis. Wings were cooked perfect and the staff tonight was even better! Was one of the better times at Buffalo Wild Wings! The staff was sending good vibes. But only 4 stars because they need to update their speakers in the bar! Please! read more

Advertised Veterans Day free meal for Veterans. Their website said take out qualifies. Good thing I called prior to ordering because I would have wasted my time. They only offer dine in....Great way to extend your thanks to Veterans. I have never eaten there nor will I ever due to their unwillingness to serve our Veterans as advertised. Makes me sad to limit their gratitude. Had they served they would have thought twice about this restriction. read more

As a server this was disappointing. Our server had 5 people at my booth and 4 at another booth and seemed rushed. Maybe she's new but you shouldn't struggle to server 9 people. Food took 45 minutes sauces were wrong. No carbonation in my drink. Manager was a dick about us pulling up an extra chair. I would get it if it was busy but there was 4 booths taken and probably 20 tables open. read more

I was in this location last Wednesday with my family, there were 7 of us. We had 3 different orders of the nachos. My brother in law asked if they changed the nachos because once they came out, there were barely any toppings on them, & they order these frequently. The manager came out & told us that they're making them different & that's the way they are. He brought us out more toppings to put on, but for $13.99, I can get fast food nachos better than these, & a lot of them! We also had 3 different orders of wings, all dry, barely any sauce, that we had to ask for more sauce. So all of this after waiting 20 minutes for the waiter to come to our table after being seated. The waiter was at least nice, the manger not so much! We paid full price for our 1/2 a$$ food. Definitely won't be back. read more

Very dirty outside and inside the restaurant. Grease everywhere with slippery floors. Tables weren't wiped clean in the bar area. Finally choose a table to sit down at and were greeted but no order taken. Left after 10 minutes and went somewhere else. read more

My family and I got there at 5:15 pm and the host even though it wasn't busy did not greet us or offer to seat us after 15 min of waiting so we were forced to seat our selves. The waiter came to our table after we were already waiting for twenty minutes to take our order. He was rude and very unfriendly and even after taking our order and bringing our food after waiting 45 minutes the waiter/cook still got my order wrong. I had to speak to management to get my order fixed and yes I told the management how worthless and lazy his wait staff is. I will never return to this Buffalo wild wings ever again!!! read more

Portions were tiny compared to other Buffalo Wild Wings, service was slow, forgot our silverware and straws, bill was wrong, and bathrooms were disgusting. Not impressed read more

I have been to this B-dubs a few times and this is the worst experience I have had. They seem so unorganized and the restaurant isn't even full, there are about 7 full tables. We ordered a strawberry margarita and it tasted like dirty dish water, both mine and my boyfriends. Not sure if it was dirty dishes or something to do with the water. We also ordered 30 wings in 3 different flavors and they threw them all on one big plate without separating them or telling us which ones were which. After explaining to the server why we bo longer wanted our margaritas her persona changed and she no longer made eye co tact or even wanted to be at our table. ( It's not the servers fault, all she does is bring the food and drinks, or make them. read more

I visited yesterday evening and was reminded why I rarely come here. The service was fine, the server was just a little awkward with his timing and our dipping sauces/sides didn't come out with the meal. The food is SO OVER-PRICED. We had two orders of the medium-size boneless wing option. When our wings came out, we had to immediately ask for more sauce because they were tossed so poorly, basically chicken nuggets at this point. Additionally, we ordered a side of the buffalo chips with cheese (ew, why do I get these?? so greasy!) one pop and a water. Grand total for this meal, including 20% tip, $49. Seriously.... There are plenty of options to get wings in St. Cloud; I'm over Bdubs. Also, places that have zero happy hour during any point of Fri-Sat-Sun should feel shame (this is one of them). read more

Never fails to disappoint... after an awful experience there I received a free snack size coupon. Well tonight I decided to use it as well as purchase a few other items ... I dont under stand the reason for putting sauce on wings if there is barely any on them might as well put the sauce on the side so I can dip it... and the Cole slaw was absolutely awful. Like that should not be called Cole slaw.... read more

Staff was friendly enough but that's all. The restrooms were TERRIBLE. So very gross and dirty. I just hope the staff washes their hands somewhere else and not that cesspool. Service was slow but friendly enough. read more

Not the first time here and will be the last. Been here around 5 times and maybe once the wings were extra crunchy like ordered. My wife asked for her wings extra crispy like the sticker on them said they were but were slimy and could pull the skin off. The service was just terrible it took forever for the girl to come serve us when she couldn't of had more then two other tables as there was only 4 tables with people on this day at about 1:30pm. The girl had every excuse you could think of though ready to tell us. We don't care we want food and drinks in a timely matter. My wife asked for her snack size to go back to get crispy and well they gave New wings you could tell but the Time it took wasn't the best as me and my son finished ours before hers were out. This place has gave us slimy wings 4 out of the 5 times there and that's because 1 time was boneless. And yes there was extra crispy stickers on all orders. Never going back worst service you could find at a wild buffalo wings and trust me I eat at one atleast 4 times a month all over the country at that! Our Blazin reward points are higher then I've heard any waiter tell us they have seen. SORRY ST CLOUD MN BUT YOU NEED TO GET NEW SPEAKERS..... read more

I like wings. I like wings and alcohol. I like spicy wings and alcohol. The good: It can be grand, the sauces themselves can get fairly hot. The hottest one is decent enough and if I get a set of the boneless wings I will be fairly satisfied. The bad: I dislike being nickle'd and dime'd for every little parcel. Having to pay for bleu cheese is annoying. I've avoided this place several times because I hate the 'cheated' feeling I get - especially since the tubs of bleu cheese are wee in size. The service is also terribly slow, it seems that the wait staff is always in a 'training' mode. read more

If I could rate this a 0 star, I would. In fact, if I could go negative, I would give them a negative 10 star rating. I just moved here from out of state and have been to multiple Buffalo Wild Wings. After this last experience, I will never return, to any location. First, let's start with the floors. When my friend and I walked in, we felt what seemed like a layer of grease on the floor which felt grimy, and in need of a mop. I could literally just slide my feet as if I was on ice the floors were so disgusting. I mentioned something to a waitress who I walked by asking if people slipped often. Her response was "yes, all the time" and that was it, as if it wasn't an issue. It seems like a pretty big liability to have what seems like an 1/8th inch of crisco layered on the floor. Although it was offsetting, we concluded that probably the cleaning crew was busy, or they were understaffed and didn't have time to mop the beyond gross and clearly unwashed floors. We sat down at the table and the waitress was really nice. Literally, the only good experience from this dinner was the fact that the waitress was relatively friendly. Now for the worst part. We ate the food, which was extremely sub-par, even for BWW standards, but didn't give it much thought, since we went here knowing what to expect more or less. Flash forward 2 hours later, my friend and I were sick to our stomachs on a level that neither him or I had ever experienced. Honestly, words can't describe how sick we've been the last 12 hours. If you want to be out of commission for a day making frequent trips to the bathroom, this is the spot for you! Honestly, I am not one to review places often, but felt like this was necessary for how extremely gross the floors were how sick we are today. Maybe this review can help save someone from getting sick like we did. Never. Again. read more

This BWW doesn't deserve a 1. If you want to learn about bad customer service, starting with the top, this is the place to go! We called ahead with a party of 60, after 8PM on a week night and when we arrived the GM turned us away with open tables, telling us that at least 40 of us had to be there or we had to leave. His message was clear they did not want the business. He did not offer to call another store knowing we were driving a State Conference BB winner back to the cities. St Cloud is a hub for many school and sports tournaments and it is obvious the business is not important to this store. We called ahead and were welcomed to Monticello BWW, they rocked!!! Management and the entire team were waiting for us, tables set and were very welcoming, clapped for team, announced their championship win to the entire restaurant and went out of their way to earn our business. I truly feel sorry for the staff at St Cloud BWW, not only did they lose an opportunity for great tips but future business. A good lesson in business leadership and customer service would go a long way for this store! Corporate better do something about this store unless business is so good they can keep turning it away! read more

The worst service I have ever gotten in a restaurant. We were told a 20 minute wait, took 45 minutes and everyone behind us got seated prior. We ordered right away, but took nearly an hour to get our food. Waiter never came and checked on us. Lastly, restaurant didn't display the NFL on barely any of their TVs on a Thursday night. read more

I've always had decent service here. The only compaint I have with BWW's is that they all have that corporate feel. You get the feeling that everything down to the napkins is weighed and measured against the bottom line. For example, I hate having to ask for extra salsa for my chips every time. They give you this tiny cup of salsa, enough for probably three chips. Now I get two tiny cups, ohh boy! It could be worse though, their is no additional charge. That said, they have friendly bartenders and a great atmosphere for all sporting events on many projection screens and HD flat panels. They buy all the UFC ppv and have NFL Sunday ticket and NCAA basketball tourney. It's impossible to watch every football/basketball game during the season but it's fun to try! I can't tell you how many times I've stopped in here by myself and started up a conversation with someone. read more

If you order take out, you may as well not have them pack the bags to hand to you because your going to have to take it all back out to make sure you got it all. I am not talking about one time this happened. I am talking so many in a row, that any mlb hitter would be happy with this many hits in a row. The very last time I ever ordered from this BWW, was during a hockey game. Ordered food for four people. Checked the bag like I do every single time. They got it all in this time. I was shocked. I got home at the start of the game. I opened my c jerk wings, problem. Stickers on the box said c jerk, but the wings were naked. And on top of that they looked disgusting. I tried to eat one and it was way overcooked. I could not even call, I was too pissed. I drove all the way back there only to be offered replacement wings that I would have to wait for. I spoke my piece and left. Went on a rant on social media and haven't been back since. Honestly, Lilly's wings and things is more expensive, but drops a nuke on BWW food and service. read more

Well, I came in to Buffalo Wild Wings with hope and aspirations of being seated within the first 5 minutes. Boy was I wrong. It literally took 15 minutes and counting to get seated. I mean yeah it is busy, but that's no excuse. I will keep you posted on my current situation later. 6/30/17, 7:12 pm We are currently seated at the table. Just got our drinks ordered. Wow that was very displeasing. First my order was questioned and then there was no silverware(sigh). Overall food was great, service was perfect. Overall I give this 5 stars, keep up the good work read more

Trash service, wings weren't cold, but they were far from warm. Waiter was slow, moppy and charged me for a medium when I ordered a small.

Service was terrible and chicken was very dry. The waitress that we had was terrible she had really bad manners

The wing sauces are a good variety but here is my problem with BWW. The service is absolutely aweful. I never go here unless I am meeting friends which usually means two or three times a year. The consistently poor service clearly shows it is a training issue and a case of poor culture in this place. We went in on a weekday evening to just have a couple beers and a some wings. Probably took waitress around 10 minutes to acknowledge us and another 10 minutes to get our first drink and take our order. There were four of us having 22 oz beers. We had all finished our beers and were waiting for her to return and get us a second one. She was not very busy but we ended up going to the bar for the second round after she failed to come back. We thought she would get the message and ask us if we wanted another round when our glasses were getting towards the bottom like a normal waitress. Instead we had to stack all our empties at the end of the table with all our trash from dinner in a tall pile to get her attention. This is nearly an exact duplicate of my last time at BWW. Too bad because this place could be so much better. I can't think of another restaurant in St Cloud that even has service half as bad as BWW. read more

I love BWW, I have gone to many across the country. This one is the ONLY one I have gone to where you get wings in groups of 5 rather than six, but for the same price as elsewhere (the menu says, "at least five wings", what a crock, just be honest, i'm getting 5 - I will never, ever get 6 wings). Also, this one charges you for ranch or bleu cheese. Not all BWWs charge for this. I am surprised they don't charge you for napkins too. also, come on man, this is a sports bar, not a night club. why does the music have to be SOOOO LOUD!?!?! even when you ask if they could turn it down a little so you don't have to shout, they say they will, but don't. at least put the sound of the game on the big screen on instead of the VERY LOUD MUSIC SO NOBODY CAN HEAR, and if you are going to refuse to turn on the sound for the game, then at least set the tvs to close captioning so I can read what is going on. on the good side -the wait staff is pretty good. I have gone three times, total of 18 orders of wings have been ordered - never, ever, did anyone get more than 5 wings, but the staff was nice, friendly, good natured. that said, although this has always been my first choice in other cities, I'm done with this place. much better places to go where you don't feel swindled, it isn't DANCE CLUB LOUD MUSIC, and you can actually watch and listen to a game. read more

Slow service, waitress didn't write down anything, had to come back to retake our order, food came out one item at a time, didn't get part of the meal, took 10 minutes to get our check. We go to this Buffalo Wild Wings about once a month. The last time we were there. We received the Worst Customer service I have ever had in my life. The waitress rolled her eyes. I normally sit in the dining area of this restaurant and it is usually very good. However due to being in a rush and a 15 minute wait time to be seated in the main room, my boyfriend and I decided to eat in the bar area, which was still busy. The waitress acted like she didn't want our table, then the food took an hour. When the food came, she never came back to ask how it was, and I wish she would have because it tasted and smelled foul, as weird as it sounds, it tasted and smelled like cigarettes. On top of the horrible food, she never came to refill our drinks, and didn't even walk by our table so we could flag her down and ask her to do her job. I don't know if we will come to this BWW again, be we for sure will not be going to the bar area. Disappointed. read more

We got there before the dinner rush, placed our order of a salad and wings. The dinner rush came in, ordered, and got their food and we still sat there without ours. A big chain like this probably doesn't care about 2 displeased customers but we got up and left after 45 minutes of waiting. We walked out remembering why we don't visit BWW anymore. read more

This place has the worst service of anyplace I think I've ever gone. And it never gets better either. I go back probably once a year to see if anything has changed and it never does. It's too bad because the food is really good. It doesnt matter if every table is full or if theres 3 people in the whole place, no matter what, you are going to get SLOW service. Often times waitresses just flat out ignore you and almost all of them that Ive ever had are cranky and unfriendly. How hard is it to just be attentive to your customers? No other restaurant seems to have a problem with it. And its not that they are understaffed either. I always see TONS of servers, just none of them are ever serving me! The worst was when we went there for happy hour and it started at 10pm and they told us they could not give us the happy hour beers until 10:20 because their clocks were set 20 minutes behind. I've been to happy hours in probably EVERY bar in this town. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous in my life. Now my friends and I always joke that BWW has its own time zone. Ya know how at the airport they have all those clocks with time zones around the world? Well BWW St Cloud needs to put theirs up there too since they think they somehow dont run on the same time as the rest of the city. :( read more

So many tv's. You can always have a view someplace of what your watching. However, I think the staff is watching the game rather than the tables. Didn't get a refill until I flagged a different waiter down. Then it took a time out and a full commercial break for them to come back. The wings however are awsome. read more
