Came with my boyfriend on a Saturday UFC night and service was abismal. Our waitress Elise was inattentive, we wanted to order more after having paid our first check but she avoided eye contact at all costs. We migrated to the bar and I was served a drink, but the bartender didn't get him a water until our food came. We order nachos with a side of queso, but the queso never came. FYI They also have a 3 drink rule now - guests can only have 3 drinks, two within the first hour, and the third has to be after you've been here for more than an hour. Shots of liquor will only be served first, meaning if you've ordered a drink, they won't give you liquor after. And you can only have one drink at a time. I tried the tenders for the first time though and those were nicely crispy. Their wings and food tend to be good, but the service is lacking. Alcohol rules are meh, I understand, it's just something to keep in mind if you come to watch an event. read more

1st eating here. Not impressed. Hubby got the mushroom swiss burger (sans Swiss). They didn't ask how he wanted the burger cooked. When it arrived it was 2 burgers (960 calories and 1600mg sodium) dripping with grease. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich (620 calories and 1260 sodium) The batter was falling off the chicken and the chicken was all gristly. Loved the place in the past and had been a fairly regular visitor. Food was always good and service was awesomely. The service personnel still is but food and kitchen going downhill. For the last 4 visits in a row, the fries and the wings come out of the kitchen hand warm. Half way through the food everything is cold. I always give feedback to the personnel and they were all very apologetic every single time but reality is, the problem is not being fixed. Which let's me question the interest of management to provide the quality of food they charge you for. Understanding this is a food chain, but I am convinced the wings did get smaller and smaller over time. They are so small, there is no more juicy meat on it anymore as the little parts have been so fried through there is nothing left. Don't believe me,? Take the food and compare it to their pictures in the web site. You might be able to get 1/2 size wings compared to what is promoted. ,Now yesterday, we have been told the house policy allows to give out not more than two beer per person. Beside that fact that I don't like being told how many beer I can drink in my age, I was under the impression this is a sportsBAR. I will preface this review by saying that I completely understand that delivery drivers are busy right now, and I also understand that it was a DoorDash driver who delivered and not an employee of Buffalo Wild Wings, but while DoorDash apologized and assured me they would take action, Buffalo Wild Wings basically laughed, so I will not be back after this experience. At shortly after 11 this morning, I placed an online order for delivery. It was supposed to be at my house at 12:13. At 12:40, I tracked the order and found it was marked delivered, even though there was no food at my house. I called the restaurant, and while I was on the phone with the employee there, the DoorDasher walked in... to pick up my order, which had been marked delivered half an hour ago. The food, needless to say, was stone cold when we finally received it shortly before 1 PM. I was offered no kind of apology or restitution for this from the restaurant. They simply said "Oh your DoorDasher just walked into pick it up, have a nice day!" and hung up. Yelp reviews I'm usually much to lazy to write yelp reviews. I have to have a really great, or really really not great experience to take to the keyboard. This was the latter. Went to BWWs around 6pm today for the Tuesday buy 1 get 1 traditional wings deal. When we arrived, the girls at the hostess station seemed confused and not happy to see us... Kind of seemed like we were inconveniencing them by coming in. One girl sat us and we proceeded to wait for a server. And wait. And wait. We watched other people get seated and start ordering drinks and what not but no one ever spoke to us...after 20 minutes or so we decided to leave and call in a pick up order since it seemed pretty clear we had been forgotten. We headed outside and proceeded to call BWWs. They only do up to a small for the buy one get one wings. I'm not sure if that's only for pick up or not, since we never received service inside. It says there maybe be pick up restrictions on the website, so i cant be too grumpy about it, but definitely kind of a let down. My fiancé called in the order, it seemed like the person on the phone had a hard time. Had to repeat the phone number we were calling from 3 separate times over the course of the phone call (I don't mean they couldn't hear and asked us to repeat the number, i mean 3 totally separate times over the course of the call they asked for our number), didn't ask what we wanted as far as celery/carrots and ranch/blue cheese(We specified what we wanted at the end of the call anyway), generally kind of struggled. We ran some errands in the plaza and came back for our food. They asked what name it was under, but they didn't take our name when we placed the order. Had to get a manager to come out and figure out our order. We headed out to the car to eat in the parking lot, open up the boxes, and sure enough there's no celery, and no blue cheese/ranch, even though we had specified that we wanted those things and they are a standard staple with the wings... So for a third time i went in and expressed that i had just picked up an order and it was missing blue cheese/ranch and 2 sides of celery to the 2 girls at the desk. They seemed confused again and asked for the name the order was under. I explained that our order wasn't under a name because they didn't take one when we called. And finally they just gave me the condiments and celery. I do have to say, i found out one of the girls was in training and i get it takes time to pick stuff up at a new job. I am not intending to place blame on her, and i hope who ever reads this gets that. People make mistakes, and the girl in training was apologetic and smiled which is more then I can say for the other hostess...Its just, its took me 3 separate trips to get 2 orders of wings.... definitely not the type of service i expect at such a major restaurant chain like BWWs. read more

I go here every once in a while because it's open late, there's plenty of beer on tap, and there are TV's all around. I don't live as close anymore so I haven't been in quite some time. I honestly think that the wings and boneless chicken are not worth the money so I usually order something else. You can eat for cheap and get in and out pretty quickly. I'd probably return, though if it's where my friends or family wanted to go, but it isn't the first place I think of when making a decision of where to eat. read more

So, the main reason I gave them a great review before was because they had tablets for the kids to use free. Huge selling point for me. However, that review was nearly 5 years ago and they are still using those same tablets which means they have maybe 2 or 3 left, the battery dies every 15 minutes, and they are in terrible shape. They really should either replace them or just get rid of them. The food has gone down a bit as well. Went to my local BWW after work, found they changed their menu store. Hate it. It's just super unconventional. It's a cool concept, like a clip board for the aesthetic of it being a sports bar, but the print is super tiny and it's hard to maneuver. They also have new serving dishes, metal trays, those, I'm very into. Super nice looking. Got apps of mini corn dogs and cheese fries. The mini corn dogs rocked. Will definitely get those again. Everything came out hot. Service here is always moderate to slow but you come more for the atmosphere and or because you're dragged.
