The food and the service have gone down hill. We used to love to come here. The manager was very friendly and the food was great. The last few times have been terrible. The manager doesn't acknowledge or speak to us anymore and food isn't great. It's too bad. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rochester, New Hampshire

takes FOREVER and has 7 people waiting for orders at 5:30 on a saturday when they were clearly not busy

Food as usual is good and hot. Service today was awesome but not all the time. It depends on wish server is on duty. Love this place

Came with my boyfriend on a Saturday UFC night and service was abismal. Our waitress Elise was inattentive, we wanted to order more after having paid our first check but she avoided eye contact at all costs. We migrated to the bar and I was served a drink, but the bartender didn't get him a water until our food came. We order nachos with a side of queso, but the queso never came. FYI They also have a 3 drink rule now - guests can only have 3 drinks, two within the first hour, and the third has to be after you've been here for more than an hour. Shots of liquor will only be served first, meaning if you've ordered a drink, they won't give you liquor after. And you can only have one drink at a time. I tried the tenders for the first time though and those were nicely crispy. Their wings and food tend to be good, but the service is lacking. Alcohol rules are meh, I understand, it's just something to keep in mind if you come to watch an event. read more

3 times ordered takeout, 3 times got over cooked, over breaded chicken with almost no sauce

ANOTHER large order of wings for watching election returns. CRAP! This is what they do ... WINGS! And they were dry, overcooked, tasteless, possibly day old, reheated. I got their largest order, you'd think they would make them fresh. Nope. They went in the garbage. Never again. I've learned my lesson. read more

1st eating here. Not impressed. Hubby got the mushroom swiss burger (sans Swiss). They didn't ask how he wanted the burger cooked. When it arrived it was 2 burgers (960 calories and 1600mg sodium) dripping with grease. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich (620 calories and 1260 sodium) The batter was falling off the chicken and the chicken was all gristly. Both came with a side of fries (420 calories with 730 sodium) that were covered in heavy salt and pepper. We don't plan on coming back again. The service was exceptional, food not so good. read more

Place sucks, forgot my fries and all the sauces in our huge order. Would never go back

Loved the place in the past and had been a fairly regular visitor. Food was always good and service was awesomely. The service personnel still is but food and kitchen going downhill. For the last 4 visits in a row, the fries and the wings come out of the kitchen hand warm. Half way through the food everything is cold. I always give feedback to the personnel and they were all very apologetic every single time but reality is, the problem is not being fixed. Which let's me question the interest of management to provide the quality of food they charge you for. Understanding this is a food chain, but I am convinced the wings did get smaller and smaller over time. They are so small, there is no more juicy meat on it anymore as the little parts have been so fried through there is nothing left. Don't believe me,? Take the food and compare it to their pictures in the web site. You might be able to get 1/2 size wings compared to what is promoted. ,Now yesterday, we have been told the house policy allows to give out not more than two beer per person. Beside that fact that I don't like being told how many beer I can drink in my age, I was under the impression this is a sportsBAR. Watching a football game or hokey game that go on for hours ... you get the drift where I am going? I feel really bad for the service personnel that not being able to make their living from additional tip of bigger bills. Sorry to say but this was my last visit from my friends and myself at this place and wish the team well to hopefully be able to turn this location back into a customer focused place, even so I have my serious doubts there is any interest to do so. read more

False advertising with current promos. Says 6 free wings with a purchase over $10 and pick up order. Well.... They charged it against my card. I Brought it to servers attention, and a refund is supposed to take place with 2-3 business days ( like seriously?? Make it right) ! How is customers supposed to trust that without getting any type of paper work? Food was also very disappointing, chicken tenders were not chicken tenders ..... more like popcorn chicken rocks. Was very disappointing and over priced..... wasn't pleasant experience . Felt bad that was my kids first experience on his 8th Bday. Ambiance seemed ok, but no where to sit for pick up orders / guests waiting to be seated. Customer service needs work keeping thoughts to themselves / being presentable in public eye. read more

I will preface this review by saying that I completely understand that delivery drivers are busy right now, and I also understand that it was a DoorDash driver who delivered and not an employee of Buffalo Wild Wings, but while DoorDash apologized and assured me they would take action, Buffalo Wild Wings basically laughed, so I will not be back after this experience. At shortly after 11 this morning, I placed an online order for delivery. It was supposed to be at my house at 12:13. At 12:40, I tracked the order and found it was marked delivered, even though there was no food at my house. I called the restaurant, and while I was on the phone with the employee there, the DoorDasher walked in... to pick up my order, which had been marked delivered half an hour ago. The food, needless to say, was stone cold when we finally received it shortly before 1 PM. I was offered no kind of apology or restitution for this from the restaurant. They simply said "Oh your DoorDasher just walked into pick it up, have a nice day!" and hung up. It is absolutely unacceptable that they did not offer any kind of apology or explanation, and I will never be back. read more

Yelp reviews I'm usually much to lazy to write yelp reviews. I have to have a really great, or really really not great experience to take to the keyboard. This was the latter. Went to BWWs around 6pm today for the Tuesday buy 1 get 1 traditional wings deal. When we arrived, the girls at the hostess station seemed confused and not happy to see us... Kind of seemed like we were inconveniencing them by coming in. One girl sat us and we proceeded to wait for a server. And wait. And wait. We watched other people get seated and start ordering drinks and what not but no one ever spoke to us...after 20 minutes or so we decided to leave and call in a pick up order since it seemed pretty clear we had been forgotten. We headed outside and proceeded to call BWWs. They only do up to a small for the buy one get one wings. I'm not sure if that's only for pick up or not, since we never received service inside. It says there maybe be pick up restrictions on the website, so i cant be too grumpy about it, but definitely kind of a let down. My fiancé called in the order, it seemed like the person on the phone had a hard time. Had to repeat the phone number we were calling from 3 separate times over the course of the phone call (I don't mean they couldn't hear and asked us to repeat the number, i mean 3 totally separate times over the course of the call they asked for our number), didn't ask what we wanted as far as celery/carrots and ranch/blue cheese(We specified what we wanted at the end of the call anyway), generally kind of struggled. We ran some errands in the plaza and came back for our food. They asked what name it was under, but they didn't take our name when we placed the order. Had to get a manager to come out and figure out our order. We headed out to the car to eat in the parking lot, open up the boxes, and sure enough there's no celery, and no blue cheese/ranch, even though we had specified that we wanted those things and they are a standard staple with the wings... So for a third time i went in and expressed that i had just picked up an order and it was missing blue cheese/ranch and 2 sides of celery to the 2 girls at the desk. They seemed confused again and asked for the name the order was under. I explained that our order wasn't under a name because they didn't take one when we called. And finally they just gave me the condiments and celery. I do have to say, i found out one of the girls was in training and i get it takes time to pick stuff up at a new job. I am not intending to place blame on her, and i hope who ever reads this gets that. People make mistakes, and the girl in training was apologetic and smiled which is more then I can say for the other hostess...Its just, its took me 3 separate trips to get 2 orders of wings.... definitely not the type of service i expect at such a major restaurant chain like BWWs. read more

I go here every once in a while because it's open late, there's plenty of beer on tap, and there are TV's all around. I don't live as close anymore so I haven't been in quite some time. I honestly think that the wings and boneless chicken are not worth the money so I usually order something else. You can eat for cheap and get in and out pretty quickly. I'd probably return, though if it's where my friends or family wanted to go, but it isn't the first place I think of when making a decision of where to eat. read more

So, the main reason I gave them a great review before was because they had tablets for the kids to use free. Huge selling point for me. However, that review was nearly 5 years ago and they are still using those same tablets which means they have maybe 2 or 3 left, the battery dies every 15 minutes, and they are in terrible shape. They really should either replace them or just get rid of them. The food has gone down a bit as well. I usually stick with wings anyway but the majority of the other menu items I have tried were disappointing. Service is still decent, but the food and atmosphere has gone down quite a bit. read more

Went to my local BWW after work, found they changed their menu store. Hate it. It's just super unconventional. It's a cool concept, like a clip board for the aesthetic of it being a sports bar, but the print is super tiny and it's hard to maneuver. They also have new serving dishes, metal trays, those, I'm very into. Super nice looking. Got apps of mini corn dogs and cheese fries. The mini corn dogs rocked. Will definitely get those again. Everything came out hot. Service here is always moderate to slow but you come more for the atmosphere and or because you're dragged. It's never the worst experience and the servers always make it better because they're very kind and accommodating. i don't have anything to complain about! I never seem to have issues with them. I'm pretty indifferent.- Scratch that. Edited. I got my wings and they were salt and vinegar extra crispy. They were not thrown in the rub at all and they wouldn't even stick to it. It was a pile of rub under PLAIN WINGS. dude what. I don't know. like ok...? read more

So yes seated quickly and order taken quickly. You would think that would set the tone. Not. Waited what seemed for ever for a draft beer and rum punch. It was long enough that I spoke to manager who didn't apologize but said our server had a large group. 9 ppl to the right of us and saw other server take care of all her tables which was more than that. The fact that I knew who manager was who was just standing there is amazing in itself. A good or great manager you wouldn't know because they roll up their sleeves and pitch in and work. Not super busy there btw. Finally got his draft beer and my drink. Had to wait I'm not sure how much longer to ask for and get straw. Finally did and I knew drink didn't look quite right but def knew it wasn't once I tasted it. Told server and she blamed it on bar tender. Finally got food without being offered vegetables which is standard and ppl from out back served the food not server. We asked for appetizer plate to be served first which it wasn't. It actually came after other order. No can I get you another drink. Horrible food. Finally can I get you another drink. His draft he said yes. My rum punch I was like how can I get another when the first wasn't right. Server said in system as hurricane so that's what bar tender did. I didn't want that and no didn't want another of what I didn't want the first time, Asked server about vegetables which she said her fault she didn't offer and it would normally be 60 cents which she wouldn't charge us now but still never brought. Spoke to manager again who was like I checked time stamp from order. I was like from when we ordered or when order went in. He said he reviewed video and it wasn't 20 min for first drink. I said I said 15 or 20 min and asked if he checked video from first to last drink because it would show what I'm talking about. He then spoke about surprise for my husband because I had said it was his b day and that's why I brought him there. They brought him an idk how old piece of cake in lieu of any good food or service. I'll admit I was so frustrated after that long with service I did approach manager and advised him I would never ever ever approach the situation as he did from beginning to end and I've worked in many roles with customer service. I realized real quickly he was waiting fir me to Jess up and turn it on me and ask me to leave so I went and sat down and paid $66.00 plus fir wurst food, drink, service, etc than I've ever encountered. Funny think is I told the manager I tried it last year on his birthday and I thought that was the wurst and he proved me wrong. At least last year manager didn't handle it that way and turned it around. DO NOT GO THERE for a good or decent time. I know this seems like a hook and ironically it was way worse and many more details than this. And read more

Made the mistake of stopping in for lunch. Sat at the bar. It wasn't busy. Sat and sat for 30 minutes for friggin' wings. They finally arrive and they're rubbery. The past three places I have gotten wings at, they are rubbery! Is that how people like their wings?? I like mine crispy, but I guess that's just me. COOK THE WINGS PEOPLE! Beer selection is pretty good, lots of big TV's everywhere, do it would be a pretty good place to catch the game, just don't order the wings at this wings place. Overheard the guy next to me attempt to order his cheeseburger medium well, the bartender told him they only make them one way, medium rare... WTF? That's a new one on me. read more

Would give 0 stars if possible. Messed up my friend and I's dinner, fries were cold, drink was wrong, gave us attitude right from the start. Didn't smile or anything, kept dropping stuff off without checking with us or saying a word. We asked to see the manager and he didn't care either, basically blamed the kitchen and wasn't sincere at all. We asked him what the servers name was cause she didn't tell us and he also gave attitude and as the server was walking over he said "Elise, she's right here". He asked us if we wanted a new sever (again with an attitude) as Elise was already bringing our check over. Just very disappointed in the service from Elise AND the manager. Absolutely no right for them to blame the kitchen and not offer to do anything about it. read more

Finally, a decent sports bar in Rochester. It just opened on 9/30/12. You know the menu because it's a large chain with a decent web site. The owners have it right so far. I've only had wings, beer and the chicken Caesar salad. They were properly prepared, fresh and tasty. I rate it 5 stars as a sports bar. It is not meant to be fine dining. There is a wall of beer taps with many regional micro-brews and a good selection of bottles as well. Buzztime trivia network is a plus as well. Walls of new TV's with every possible game complete the experience. If you are tired of sticking to the floor in Rochester bars, give this one a shot. read more
