I placed an online order. The staff person asked my name at 6:10 shortly after entering as well as a couple others. She opened up the warmer to get a customer's order. I saw a large bag on the top shelf of the order. For the next 20 minutes she helped 7 other customers as their food came out of the back (passing by me 6 times at least). After all were gone she said, "remind me your name again." She walked over and grabbed the bag that been in the warmer since I walked in. I was so frustrated and unappreciated. First off, the food is good. I usually get wings and sometimes I switch it up and get a burger. I got the cheese curds and chips and queso with my wings tonight. Wings are good, curds are some of my favorite curds, and I loved the queso. Service is always good. The only thing I dislike about this place is the price. It is so so so expensive. $14 for 10 wings is highway robbery. Appetizers are outrageously expensive, sides are halfway reasonable. Went here last night was excited to try some new wing sauces and we were hungry after driving 6 hours. The restaurant was full of workers. They outnumbered the customers so they were standing around talking or eating etc. Our waitress was very nice however, she was very slow. When our food finally arrived ( wings and fries ) the food was barely warm. The fries were tough and chewy. My wings were cold and the sauce looked like paste. They meat was tough and chewy. This tells me that our food was done and left too long waiting for our server to bring it to us. Very disappointing because they only had about 6 tables with customers and we counted 12 wait staff. Today, my wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Pekin, Illinois. We both ordered that classic burger and fries. When the food arrived, we could immediately see grease dripping from the meat onto the bread. When you pushed down on the bun, the grease came out on all sides. My wife took two bites, and I ate maybe 3 bites. We both discussed how anyone could cook hamburgers this grease filled if not intentionally. The waitress was very nice and we tipped her accordingly. She brought us tak home boxes, and we put the remainder of the meal in. Before we even left the restaurant, my wife was sick at her stomach and needed to go to the restroom. The waitress asked if she was ok, and I stated that the food was horrible and she was sick from it. We didn't ask for a refund and didn't want one. But I tell you that I am 61, and in my lifetime, this was the worst hamburger I have ever tasted. I am not sure the reason we have had the same meal in Macomb, Illinois, and it was fine. The place was not very busy yet wait staff were careful to avoid helping. No eye contact, turn their backs to you when trying to their attention. One star is honestly too high, honestly any review at all is difficult as there was nothing to review. We were seated immediately by a rude host who just threw our menus on the table without sparing a second glance. We then preceded to wait 20 min without a waiter even asking what we wanted to drink before we decided to leave. 20 min was however long enough to notice that each of the waiters took turns flirting and caring for the group of teenage boys who were seated behind us. The restaurant wasn't busy and if the waiters took just 10 min to do what they are paid to due maybe I wouldn't be so harsh. It was also very disheartening to watch as each waiter walked past our table to chat with the boys behind us, giving nice little side glares. I was also disgusted to find that the tables were sticky. I can't believe how poorly these waiters treat there customers. I will say that the Culver's near by has a very friendly staff and has pretty decent food and ice cream so I would suggest going there instead. read more

Apparently shooting the shit and talking on their phones was more important. If I owned this establishment in Pekin, Il. I would fire everyone and start over! This is my favorite BWW location. The service is great. Tonight while we were there, the manager even came to check up on us. He was very polite and professional. My toddler spilled a soda and ranch all over and the waitress was compassionate and kind about it rather than being annoyed like most would be. I strongly recommend this location of BWW. read more

OK, first thing, this restaurant was probably a bad fit for me. I am +60 years old and when I am out I enjoy talking with whomever I am with but the background noise level inside made conversation difficult. Plus, I'm not a "sports bar" type person. I really find that 49 sixty inch screens, two 110 inchers over the bar and one (i am told) over the urinal is a tad distracting. The constant sports themed video bombardment is just not my style. Before we left home I tried to check the menu on-line and was pretty frustrated in that effort. I found the menu on the corporate website to be lacking, Navigating through most of the menu was not feasible due to it's design. The site has no description of any of the meal options, and finally there is no mention of pricing ( apparently prices are set by the franchisee). The restaurant itself is well lit, and is clean. Then again, this location has only been open for a month or so, so it should be. The restaurant was at about 65% capacity when we arrived and seating was prompt. The wait staff went about their duties quickly and efficiently. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and she checked on enough to feel like we were not forgotten. Now about the food. I ordered a small serving (ten) of the sweet BBQ wings, fries and a Pepsi. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich, onion rings and an iced tea. Total cost before tip $27.18. So why the low rating? It's still about the food. My wings were piping hot but, well, they were tough. Maybe they were from free range chickens who loved to fly or they hit the gym a lot. I don't know or care. All I know is that I've had better. Did I mention the french fries were exceedingly salty? Listen, I like salt. One of my friends once said my popcorn burnt his mouth it was so salty. So when I say something is salty you'd better believe, IT'S SALTY! My wife's meal was disappointing too. Her sandwich was not as generous as the price would imply and the pulled pork filling was somewhat past warm (but nowhere near hot), also not hot was the onion rings she ordered. They were lukewarm (at best) when the meal was served. Obviously the kitchen timed the meal poorly and hers sat there for quite a while before being picked-up. I'm afraid we won't be back. read more

Worst service imaginable! Waited patiently with a party of 11 to be seated for 25 minutes. 15 minutes into the wait a party of 14 comes in and gets seated after 10 minutes. Nice overall experience, We were seated right away on a Friday night at 530. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. I haven't ever eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I built my own chicken sandwich. I really liked that it wasn't this huge piece of chicken that I couldn't begin to finish. Food was fresh. Our whole party enjoyed their dinner. There was a small mix up with our order but it was quickly fixed. To be expected from a place that had only been open five days. I was surprised to see that a couple of the TVs had bad screens. Not what I would expect from a place known for their numerous TVs and being brand new. I also thought it was silly that I had six big screens in my direct line of sight that had only 3 channels between them. I would expect more variety. With so many TVs I don't think I should still be looking over my shoulder to see the other options. read more

Food was cold and the service was terrible. We waited over an hour for a table after being told it would be 30 minutes. They "comped" us appetizers as we were being seated. An hour and a half later our food finally arrives cold, some not even cooked all the way thru. My son did not even get his order. Spoke with the manager and he said we got free appetizers that should cover our inconvenience. Wow. If you are in Pekin for ball tourneys or for anything really save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. We went on a Saturday at peak time when they should be prepared.
