I placed an online order. The staff person asked my name at 6:10 shortly after entering as well as a couple others. She opened up the warmer to get a customer's order. I saw a large bag on the top shelf of the order. For the next 20 minutes she helped 7 other customers as their food came out of the back (passing by me 6 times at least). After all were gone she said, "remind me your name again." She walked over and grabbed the bag that been in the warmer since I walked in. I was so frustrated and unappreciated. She did not even apologize. read more

Food was good except the stuff tots I didn't like them it was date night with my mans service was good and timely the place was kinda packed but not to bad read more

First off, the food is good. I usually get wings and sometimes I switch it up and get a burger. I got the cheese curds and chips and queso with my wings tonight. Wings are good, curds are some of my favorite curds, and I loved the queso. Service is always good. The only thing I dislike about this place is the price. It is so so so expensive. $14 for 10 wings is highway robbery. Appetizers are outrageously expensive, sides are halfway reasonable. From now on I'm probably just gonna come here on Tuesdays or Thursdays when they have bogo's for the wings. read more

I ordered take out last night, 1-15-2026, I ordered the 5 pieces grilled tenders. When I opened the box it was barely three at best. I spoke with the manager on duty and he fixed the problem immediately. He was happy to help resolve this issue and his help was greatly appreciated. I received my meal hot and fresh. That's great customer service. read more

Sat here for an hour and still dont have our food. Place is empty. Although, waitress is really nice and understanding.

Just had one of the best chicken sandwiches which is the southern one but not only that I want to give a positive shout out to my waitress Sidney she was such a sweetheart and did good checking to see if I needed anything definitely will be back I hope to see more people like her out there that's what keeps a business going I'm still a little bummed they took the pepper jack steak wrap away tho it was my favorite there read more

Went here last night was excited to try some new wing sauces and we were hungry after driving 6 hours. The restaurant was full of workers. They outnumbered the customers so they were standing around talking or eating etc. Our waitress was very nice however, she was very slow. When our food finally arrived ( wings and fries ) the food was barely warm. The fries were tough and chewy. My wings were cold and the sauce looked like paste. They meat was tough and chewy. This tells me that our food was done and left too long waiting for our server to bring it to us. Very disappointing because they only had about 6 tables with customers and we counted 12 wait staff. We should have gone to Pizza Hut the wings would have been better. read more

The staff can't help it if they have no help, but it always takes forever to get food. The food is also super expensive (especially the wings which are very low quality.) I wish Pekin had some better restaurants! read more

We came here with a group of 40 softball players/families after only a 45 minute notice. They accommodated us and brought out our orders extremely efficiently. Any issues with our orders were rectified right away! read more

I went here today with a group of my friends about 18 people. At first, the waiter didn't seem like she wanted us there. That is very true because she was so horrible. They had to get more than four serves at our table to help us, because she refused to. We were there for two and half hours, damn near three. I will never be going back!!!!! read more

Strike two, there won't be a third. Simple take out order. The tenders came without sauce (requested honey BQ). Requested no onions on the brisket tacos - tacos were full of onions. The place was not very busy yet wait staff were careful to avoid helping. No eye contact, turn their backs to you when trying to their attention. This post-COVID world where customer service is extinct almost makes one wish for yesteryear. No worries. Cross another poorly run Peking restaurant off the list. read more

Today, my wife and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Pekin, Illinois. We both ordered that classic burger and fries. When the food arrived, we could immediately see grease dripping from the meat onto the bread. When you pushed down on the bun, the grease came out on all sides. My wife took two bites, and I ate maybe 3 bites. We both discussed how anyone could cook hamburgers this grease filled if not intentionally. The waitress was very nice and we tipped her accordingly. She brought us tak home boxes, and we put the remainder of the meal in. Before we even left the restaurant, my wife was sick at her stomach and needed to go to the restroom. The waitress asked if she was ok, and I stated that the food was horrible and she was sick from it. We didn't ask for a refund and didn't want one. But I tell you that I am 61, and in my lifetime, this was the worst hamburger I have ever tasted. I am not sure the reason we have had the same meal in Macomb, Illinois, and it was fine. We will never return to this establishment. read more

One star is honestly too high, honestly any review at all is difficult as there was nothing to review. We were seated immediately by a rude host who just threw our menus on the table without sparing a second glance. We then preceded to wait 20 min without a waiter even asking what we wanted to drink before we decided to leave. 20 min was however long enough to notice that each of the waiters took turns flirting and caring for the group of teenage boys who were seated behind us. The restaurant wasn't busy and if the waiters took just 10 min to do what they are paid to due maybe I wouldn't be so harsh. It was also very disheartening to watch as each waiter walked past our table to chat with the boys behind us, giving nice little side glares. I was also disgusted to find that the tables were sticky. I can't believe how poorly these waiters treat there customers. I will say that the Culver's near by has a very friendly staff and has pretty decent food and ice cream so I would suggest going there instead. read more

Really need to keep up with changing the fry grease like really bad other than that good service but seriously change the fry grease

It's a great place and super nice workers vert good food of course id keep coming back

We have tried Pekin BWW a few times. Initially it was ok, but the service and quality seems to be worse each time. The dining room is cool, attractive, entertaining and comfortable. Beyond that, save your $. read more

This place is alright. The drinks are better than the food. The wait staff is mostly teenagers that are busier with personal conversations than taking your order. read more

Very disrespectful service. They screwed up multiple orders and when the waitress was notified politely about it she asked my daughter if she would rather do her job for her. Unfortunately the last three times I have been to BWW I was very disappointed. read more

I went here for dinner . Dining room was filthy . The hostess sat us at a dirty table with food on the floor and sticky seats . We ordered our drinks and 20 minutes later still did not get them so we walked out . read more

Showed up at 9:30 pm, the place was basically empty and still had to wait for 10 minutes for a table. Restaurant was filthy, 7 tables were dirty and never cleaned the entire time we were there. Apparently shooting the shit and talking on their phones was more important. If I owned this establishment in Pekin, Il. I would fire everyone and start over! For the prices this franchise charges the service should be great and the place should be spotless. read more

This is my favorite BWW location. The service is great. Tonight while we were there, the manager even came to check up on us. He was very polite and professional. My toddler spilled a soda and ranch all over and the waitress was compassionate and kind about it rather than being annoyed like most would be. I strongly recommend this location of BWW. read more

OK, first thing, this restaurant was probably a bad fit for me. I am +60 years old and when I am out I enjoy talking with whomever I am with but the background noise level inside made conversation difficult. Plus, I'm not a "sports bar" type person. I really find that 49 sixty inch screens, two 110 inchers over the bar and one (i am told) over the urinal is a tad distracting. The constant sports themed video bombardment is just not my style. Before we left home I tried to check the menu on-line and was pretty frustrated in that effort. I found the menu on the corporate website to be lacking, Navigating through most of the menu was not feasible due to it's design. The site has no description of any of the meal options, and finally there is no mention of pricing ( apparently prices are set by the franchisee). The restaurant itself is well lit, and is clean. Then again, this location has only been open for a month or so, so it should be. The restaurant was at about 65% capacity when we arrived and seating was prompt. The wait staff went about their duties quickly and efficiently. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and she checked on enough to feel like we were not forgotten. Now about the food. I ordered a small serving (ten) of the sweet BBQ wings, fries and a Pepsi. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich, onion rings and an iced tea. Total cost before tip $27.18. So why the low rating? It's still about the food. My wings were piping hot but, well, they were tough. Maybe they were from free range chickens who loved to fly or they hit the gym a lot. I don't know or care. All I know is that I've had better. Did I mention the french fries were exceedingly salty? Listen, I like salt. One of my friends once said my popcorn burnt his mouth it was so salty. So when I say something is salty you'd better believe, IT'S SALTY! My wife's meal was disappointing too. Her sandwich was not as generous as the price would imply and the pulled pork filling was somewhat past warm (but nowhere near hot), also not hot was the onion rings she ordered. They were lukewarm (at best) when the meal was served. Obviously the kitchen timed the meal poorly and hers sat there for quite a while before being picked-up. I'm afraid we won't be back. read more

Ordered the Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Chicken flatbread. Way too hot - too much buffalo sauce. The manager (Zach) went out out of his way to ensure I enjoyed my good. He replaced it with the parmesan chicken flatbread. Fantastic customer service. read more

Extremely slow on the wings, waited half hour for 5 wings. Disappointing, food wasn't particular good, in fact the one in east Peoria is way better. Over priced wings. read more

Nice overall experience, We were seated right away on a Friday night at 530. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. I haven't ever eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I built my own chicken sandwich. I really liked that it wasn't this huge piece of chicken that I couldn't begin to finish. Food was fresh. Our whole party enjoyed their dinner. There was a small mix up with our order but it was quickly fixed. To be expected from a place that had only been open five days. I was surprised to see that a couple of the TVs had bad screens. Not what I would expect from a place known for their numerous TVs and being brand new. I also thought it was silly that I had six big screens in my direct line of sight that had only 3 channels between them. I would expect more variety. With so many TVs I don't think I should still be looking over my shoulder to see the other options. read more

The service here was unbelievably horrible I had to wait an hour for are food thanks to Kriska. She was horrible to us and she gave us a horrible attitude. She also refused to help us when we wanted some lemons unbelievable. And the chicken wing that they brought out an hour later after we ordered they weren't even cooked all the way read more

Great wings and great service. We love coming here for Sunday lunch/football. They have some of the nicest staff. A great addition to Pekin!

We have tried this location a few times. The wings always taste like they are fried in old grease that isn't hot enough. Our last visit our waitress was more concerned with texting than with our service. We won't be back. read more

I ordered take out and got the buffalo chicken ranch wrap and assumed as the description says, medium sauce is standard. To my demise, my pals and I received mango habanero. MANGO HABANERO! Worst service imaginable! Waited patiently with a party of 11 to be seated for 25 minutes. 15 minutes into the wait a party of 14 comes in and gets seated after 10 minutes. When we confronted the staff they tell us sorry, mistakes happen, don't know what to tell ya! You can wait another 15-20 to be seated! They've got a lot of business from me and my family since opening, but I will not be returning, I'll take my business to East Peoria from now on! read more

Food was cold and the service was terrible. We waited over an hour for a table after being told it would be 30 minutes. They "comped" us appetizers as we were being seated. An hour and a half later our food finally arrives cold, some not even cooked all the way thru. My son did not even get his order. Spoke with the manager and he said we got free appetizers that should cover our inconvenience. Wow. If you are in Pekin for ball tourneys or for anything really save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. We went on a Saturday at peak time when they should be prepared. They were not prepared and the fact that they did not care to be prepared says it all. read more
