There was no one at the cash register to greet me or take my pick up order when I entered at around 4:30 PM. After a few minutes of waiting, a person came out from behind the doors and asked if I was here for a pick up order. I said no, so he went somewhere by the bar to find somebody to take my order. A lady came out, took my order and said it would be ready in about 10 minutes, and it was. The order was hot and accurate. I thought they had the entryway decorated nicely with FIFA items. The televisions all had a different sports events on. read more

Stay away from this place. This was quite possibly the longest I have ever waited for a takeout order. No one is ever up front and you could end up waiting 20-30 min after promised time for your food. And then you might find out that your order got taken by someone else because it was sitting out in the open. There's not much to say other than don't go here. read more

First review I've ever left. The hostess sat us without saying a word. We were sat and waited for 20 minutes without a single person coming to us, let alone making eye contact. Saw the hostess sit 2 other groups, which both were tended to within the first few minutes of them arriving. Extremely irritated. Left the restaurant without anyone realizing. read more

First Review I've ever made, but First off we walked in and waited for a hostess/Host to seat us, we finally got one and was told that we HAD to sit at the bar when we asked for a booth because she was the only one that was working, There was 2 other tables that had people at it. Seems pretty lazy to me, But we agreed and went to sit at a table by the bar, waited 15 minutes before anyone even asked us about drinks We were over looked multiple times, We finally got our drink orders after 20 Minutes hit, We put in an appetizer to see how long food would take, took 25 minutes for an appetizer of fryer food... Unacceptable. We then ordered our entrees as the food came out, 2 orders of wings, a burger, and some chicken tenders, waited another 30 minutes for our food to come out and when it did we were all in disgust Did not look appetizing, Nor appealing at all, After the first bite the food was absolutely Terrible, No flavor at all, Was super bland, Also to mention hair in the food, Got the bill Right away and got the F$#& out of there!!! Before we left i had to use the Restrooms Opened the door and Boom Smell of Urine and Marajuana Right Unacceptable, Do Better! very surprised this place hasn't had FDA come in yet! First time going to this place on Oak Creek. It was a very nice place in the area of Oak Creek. I've been going to BWW with my family and friends in the one in Downtown Milwaukee. And I love their wings. Yesterday, the Father of my children, my daughter and I wanted to go a bit further to experience something new. It was my grandson's first time eating in a restaurant. We order one of the new chicken sandwiches. One with fries and the other with onion rings. My daughter ordered the guacamole bacon burger. Next time we go again, we be ordering your wings. Our server was so nice, so we gave her a good tip. And all workers are wearing masks. Thank you for your good customer service. read more

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. My family of 4 (adults) walked in just after 5pm. When we walked in, there was one family of 4 waiting to be seated and 3-4 people in line for take out/pick up. We sat there for over 15 minutes while 7 different associates walked by and said nothing. There was no eye contact, nobody to tell us that they would be with us shortly and no acknowledgement that we were standing at the podium. Two of our family members work in the service industry so we are more than understanding that rushes happen, companies are understaffed, and wait times are often longer than usual. With that being said, this service or lack there of, was completely unacceptable. Our family will not be back. read more

Slow service and then order is wrong. They care so much they hang up on you when you call to report the error. I wouldn't bother!

The "wild" in Buffalo Wild Wings refers to how insane you have to be to think you will get a good experience at one of their restaurants. No matter which location you visit in the Milwaukee area, every. Single. One. Is terrible. A group of five of us stopped here before hitting up a movie at South Shore. Somehow it took 70 minutes for the entire meal to take place, much of that time spent looking for our server. Amusingly enough, our friend that lives near by filled the time telling us about all of the failures he's had with this particular location in the past. Less amusingly, he had no answer when I asked him why he still thought coming here was a good idea. Despite the poor service, the wings were very good. That is likely why so many other reviewers complain here on Yelp, yet go back for more punishment! read more

The wife and I ordered wings to go one night for the Blackhawks game. Expectations for B-dubs are usually low because of inconsistency of their food. This goes for all B-dubs not just Oak Creek. Expectations were met with this particular order. We ordered two large boneless wings and potato wedges so we'd have some leftovers for work. We're only about ten minutes away from this location but by the time I got home with the food it was all cold. In addition to the food being cold, our carrots and celery turned out to just be moldy carrots. Pretty sweet. The only positive from this experience was that they at least put a decent amount of sauce on the wings. Most other locations put a Tbsp of sauce and think that's enough. This last experience has cemented my opinion of B-dubs and I won't be giving them any more of my money. read more

I went to bdubs today, July 16th 2023. The wings were way smaller now than previous years, and came out cold. I was charged 3$ extra for blue cheese. The menu says the chocolate cake comes with ice cream but the server says it is an extra charge , after the food has already arrived. The server didn't even have the audacity to decorate the Icecream like mentioned in the description. Never coming back again read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe corporate hasn't come in and shut this place down or forced the owner to get it together. Absolutely no pride in anything. Half portions of appetizers compared to any other BWW location. Boneless wings are just dried out hockey pucks. I never pulled so many feathers off of a half dozen bone in wings in my life. Friday night and no wait and half the tables open tells you something. Shameful. read more

I want to start by saying since this whole "pandemic" customer service has been horrible. Customers are paying more for everything & getting less in return. When I go to a restaurant now & receive top notch service I definitely give a large cash tip. I planned a dinner gathering for my son who graduated in June. Saturday I was calling the restaurant all afternoon to notify them a group of 15 were coming at 4:00. No answer!! So we got there early 3:15 and waited 10mins at the door to speak w/the waitstaff. Finally a waitress came to greet us. I told them I had 15 guests coming at 4:00. Her eyes got big and she looked maybe frantic?? Then brought over another waitress only to tell us they could Not accommodate us. They only had 2 waitresses & 1 cook. Yes on a Saturday afternoon/evening w/football games playing. I can't imagine any restaurant can serve a whole restaurant properly on a Saturday w/only 1 cook & 2 waitresses. The waitresses explained it would take 45 minutes to an hour to receive food. So I proceeded to contact all my guests and tell them we will Not be eating and wings today! I called Charcoal Grill down the road to see if they were able to accommodate 15 thankfully they said Yes!! Yay thank goodness!! I'm happy to say the waiter at Charcoal Grill got a huge tip from me & my family!! I'm amazed at how some restaurants can even function w/out the proper employees? read more

First Thursday night NFL game this place was complete mayhem. I ordered wings online and an hour and a half later my order was not only never made but the girl at the to-go counter said it likely wasn't going to be made. Ok this was my go to wing place before I tried eating better. I like boneless wings usually. They didn't really seem to be hot enough this time around but sometimes the flavors are ok. Before if you asked you could pre try a sauce on a chip or something so maybe you can try before you commit to a sauce for wings . They are separating people and tables and waitstaff are wearing masks and have sanitizer. People where standing around by the entrance unfortunately because there isn't always a person to seat people maybe someone should be stationed there more often. I had the worst experience ever and I will never be going back. We order the food 50 min in advance and still ended up waiting an hour or better. They only had 1 cashier, bartender, and two cooks, no wait staff and people had to seat themselves and no one came to take their orders so they would just leave after waiting for so long. The poor cashier she decided she couldn't take it anymore and left. They would not refund our money and by time we got our food home it was cold and gross. There was no heat in the entire building, the staff were wearing coats. When we left, there was still at least 15 people still waiting to pick up their orders. Hostesses we're somewhat rude and largely absent from the front, (had to wait 5+ minutes before I even saw any signs of life). Be careful ordering off the website, because it will change the pick up time on you without informing you. When I asked the hostess when the food will be done by, (at the original pick up time), instead of a helpful answer they just said "we have until X time". When I said the original pick up time was now when I placed the order, not later, they dismissed me with a "it's not my problem." The actual food was greatly disappointing. The tater tots were mushy instead of crispy, almost as if they had sat out for an extended period of time after they were fried with barely any cheese on them, and their new "bird dawg" had the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen anywhere. It's smaller than a hot dog, with barely any breading, and extremely unsatisfying. (See below, THEN compare to what they show on the website.) It was drowned in sauce that was strangely spicy, despite the fact it was just beet cheese sauce and honey mustard. It's quite frankly a rip off. Overall this is quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had at BWW. read more

On Saturday went as a party of nine and sat down at 11:30 as it opened at 11 there were only a few tables. The server took our drink orders and then came back and we were ready to order. The food began to be served at 12:11 and finished at 12:20. It was at least a 30 minute wait which is fun when you have a hungry 4 year old with you. Additionally I counted two tables of two people get sat after us and received their food before us. Food was cooked well and tasted good, my wings were great. But BW3's continues to remind me why I order take-out rather than sit down in their restaurant. If we are on that side of town without our kid and want some wings and a few beers at the bar we'll stop in. But to go there and sit down as a group large than two, well I don't see that happening, read more

I came here with my kids about a week ago and Natalia, our server, was AWFUL! To start, it took her about 20 minutes just to get our drinks, another half hour to take our order, and almost an HOUR to get our food. Mind you she was having a very inappropriate conversation with the table of teenagers next to us in front of my kids! This is exactly why teenagers should not be working in a restaurant. She needs to be either re trained or terminated. Will not be coming to this location ever again! read more

Absolutely terrible. When they brought out our 20 boneless wings, it looked like a half order and we thought more would be coming out on another tray. Some of the "wings" were smaller than a quarter, and over half of them we couldn't stick our fork into they were so hard. Some had no meat. We told the waiter and he said that some other tables had said the same thing tonight, but I doubt it was just an off night. The waiter was nice and drinks were good, but we won't be back and I'd recommend anywhere else for wings. We've gone to this location a few times in the past and never had this issue, not sure what changed. read more
