First time going to this place on Oak Creek. It was a very nice place in the area of Oak Creek. I've been going to BWW with my family and friends in the one in Downtown Milwaukee. And I love their wings. Yesterday, the Father of my children, my daughter and I wanted to go a bit further to experience something new. It was my grandson's first time eating in a restaurant. We order one of the new chicken sandwiches. One with fries and the other with onion rings. My daughter ordered the guacamole bacon burger. Next time we go again, we be ordering your wings. If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. My family of 4 (adults) walked in just after 5pm. When we walked in, there was one family of 4 waiting to be seated and 3-4 people in line for take out/pick up. We sat there for over 15 minutes while 7 different associates walked by and said nothing. There was no eye contact, nobody to tell us that they would be with us shortly and no acknowledgement that we were standing at the podium. Two of our family members work in the service industry so we are more than understanding that rushes happen, companies are understaffed, and wait times are often longer than usual. I went to bdubs today, July 16th 2023. The wings were way smaller now than previous years, and came out cold. I was charged 3$ extra for blue cheese. The menu says the chocolate cake comes with ice cream but the server says it is an extra charge , after the food has already arrived. I want to start by saying since this whole "pandemic" customer service has been horrible. Customers are paying more for everything & getting less in return. When I go to a restaurant now & receive top notch service I definitely give a large cash tip. I planned a dinner gathering for my son who graduated in June. Saturday I was calling the restaurant all afternoon to notify them a group of 15 were coming at 4:00. No answer!! So we got there early 3:15 and waited 10mins at the door to speak w/the waitstaff. Finally a waitress came to greet us. I told them I had 15 guests coming at 4:00. Her eyes got big and she looked maybe frantic?? Then brought over another waitress only to tell us they could Not accommodate us. They only had 2 waitresses & 1 cook. Yes on a Saturday afternoon/evening w/football games playing. I can't imagine any restaurant can serve a whole restaurant properly on a Saturday w/only 1 cook & 2 waitresses. The waitresses explained it would take 45 minutes to an hour to receive food. So I proceeded to contact all my guests and tell them we will Not be eating and wings today! I called Charcoal Grill down the road to see if they were able to accommodate 15 thankfully they said Yes!! Yay thank goodness!! I'm happy to say the waiter at Charcoal Grill got a huge tip from me & my family!! I'm amazed at how some restaurants can even function w/out the proper employees? read more

The "wild" in Buffalo Wild Wings refers to how insane you have to be to think you will get a good experience at one of their restaurants. No matter which location you visit in the Milwaukee area, every. Single. One. Is terrible. A group of five of us stopped here before hitting up a movie at South Shore. Somehow it took 70 minutes for the entire meal to take place, much of that time spent looking for our server. Amusingly enough, our friend that lives near by filled the time telling us about all of the failures he's had with this particular location in the past. Less amusingly, he had no answer when I asked him why he still thought coming here was a good idea. Despite the poor service, the wings were very good. The wife and I ordered wings to go one night for the Blackhawks game. Expectations for B-dubs are usually low because of inconsistency of their food. This goes for all B-dubs not just Oak Creek. Expectations were met with this particular order. We ordered two large boneless wings and potato wedges so we'd have some leftovers for work. We're only about ten minutes away from this location but by the time I got home with the food it was all cold. In addition to the food being cold, our carrots and celery turned out to just be moldy carrots. Pretty sweet. The only positive from this experience was that they at least put a decent amount of sauce on the wings. Most other locations put a Tbsp of sauce and think that's enough. This last experience has cemented my opinion of B-dubs and I won't be giving them any more of my money. read more

Ok this was my go to wing place before I tried eating better. I like boneless wings usually. They didn't really seem to be hot enough this time around but sometimes the flavors are ok. Before if you asked you could pre try a sauce on a chip or something so maybe you can try before you commit to a sauce for wings . They are separating people and tables and waitstaff are wearing masks and have sanitizer. People where standing around by the entrance unfortunately because there isn't always a person to seat people maybe someone should be stationed there more often. Hostesses we're somewhat rude and largely absent from the front, (had to wait 5+ minutes before I even saw any signs of life). Be careful ordering off the website, because it will change the pick up time on you without informing you. When I asked the hostess when the food will be done by, (at the original pick up time), instead of a helpful answer they just said "we have until X time". When I said the original pick up time was now when I placed the order, not later, they dismissed me with a "it's not my problem." The actual food was greatly disappointing. The tater tots were mushy instead of crispy, almost as if they had sat out for an extended period of time after they were fried with barely any cheese on them, and their new "bird dawg" had the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen anywhere. It's smaller than a hot dog, with barely any breading, and extremely unsatisfying. (See below, THEN compare to what they show on the website.) It was drowned in sauce that was strangely spicy, despite the fact it was just beet cheese sauce and honey mustard. It's quite frankly a rip off. On Saturday went as a party of nine and sat down at 11:30 as it opened at 11 there were only a few tables. The server took our drink orders and then came back and we were ready to order. The food began to be served at 12:11 and finished at 12:20. It was at least a 30 minute wait which is fun when you have a hungry 4 year old with you. Additionally I counted two tables of two people get sat after us and received their food before us. Food was cooked well and tasted good, my wings were great. But BW3's continues to remind me why I order take-out rather than sit down in their restaurant. I came here with my kids about a week ago and Natalia, our server, was AWFUL! To start, it took her about 20 minutes just to get our drinks, another half hour to take our order, and almost an HOUR to get our food. Absolutely terrible. When they brought out our 20 boneless wings, it looked like a half order and we thought more would be coming out on another tray. Some of the "wings" were smaller than a quarter, and over half of them we couldn't stick our fork into they were so hard. Some had no meat. We told the waiter and he said that some other tables had said the same thing tonight, but I doubt it was just an off night. The waiter was nice and drinks were good, but we won't be back and I'd recommend anywhere else for wings.
