If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings Store #3308 in Myrtle Beach, and while our experience started out okay, it quickly went downhill. We visit this location frequently--typically at least once a month--because it is close to our home. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing enough that we are reconsidering whether we will return. After being seated, we waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. We understood the restaurant may have been busy, so we were patient and did not complain. Our server, Aleshia, eventually arrived, took our drink order, and returned later to take our food order. From there, the service continued to decline. Our food took at least 40 minutes to arrive, and during our meal, my husband needed a refill on his drink. Our server was nowhere to be found, and after waiting for quite some time, he got up and refilled it himself. While we understand that customers should not be making their own drinks, he was simply trying to avoid interrupting anyone and did not intend to cause an issue. When Aleshia finally came back to our table, the first thing she said was that her manager had "gotten on her" because my husband refilled his own drink. She then told us that he should have asked her for a refill. During this conversation, she stated, "I'm not trying to bust your balls," in front of our 9-year-old daughter. We found this language completely inappropriate, especially in a family restaurant. My husband asked Aleshia to send the manager over so they could discuss the situation directly. The manager never came to our table. Later, when my husband went to speak with the manager himself, the manager stated that he had no idea what he was talking about and that he had never spoken to our server about the issue. At that point, either the server was not being truthful, or there was a serious breakdown in communication. Either way, it reflected poorly on the restaurant. When our server eventually returned, my husband explained what the manager had said. At that point, Aleshia changed her story and claimed that other employees had mentioned the situation to her instead. She then rolled her eyes at my husband and walked away. After that, she repeatedly checked on nearby tables while walking right past ours without acknowledging us. The level of service we received was unacceptable. We are generally easygoing customers, and we understand that restaurants get busy. However, poor communication, inappropriate language, inconsistent explanations, and dismissive behavior are not acceptable. We always tip our servers--and usually tip very well--but in this case, we did not leave a tip because the service simply did not warrant one. It is unfortunate because we have been loyal customers of this location for years. We hope management addresses these issues so other guests do not have a similar experience. read more

Went here for the 1st time on Wednesday November 12th 2025 with my parents. We needed a bite to eat for dinner, and also had a gift card. So we came here! There is plenty of parking, and is easy to find. Walked in, and was greeted by a smiling host, who sat us at a booth. This may bother some- but the booths that we sat at seemed awfully close together to the other customers. We were fine, it just felt a little different at first. Now the menu- they have a lot of like fast food options like chicken sandwiches, burgers, wings, and more! I actually had no idea what I wanted, but looked over the menu. What is unique about this restaurant is that one can get a fried chicken sandwich, sauced in a select sauce of your choosing. Oh, and after we got our waters, we ordered some nachos! Crunchy, great toppings, and enjoyable! We all enjoyed that! Anyways, after the nachos came out, we ordered, and I ordered the Sauced Chicken Sandwich with Sweet BBQ sauce, with regular fries. I figured that Buffalo Wild Wings are known for their sauces, so decided to try the sauce on a chicken sandwich. My dad got the chicken crispers with honey BBQ, and my mom got the Street Tacos. Before long, the food was ready. I enjoyed my sweet BBQ chicken sandwich. Loved the sweet BBQ sauce!Fries we also good and not salty! My dad also did like his- and he tried another location where he didn't like his food, but liked his food here! My mom didn't really like her street tacos, but that's okay! i think for her it was too spicy. Waitress also did a good job checking on us and refilling our waters. this just actually made me so angry, you're telling me I spent $12, plus an extra dollar for salad instead of fries, to get three little dog shit looking chicken tenders. I understand if this is a salad topping, but the fact that this was a $12 meal dedicated for grilled tenders, as somebody who's trying to eat healthier, this is actually upsetting. To Buffalo wild wings, I understand that you're gonna have smaller tenders and bigger tenders, but if you're gonna put smaller tenders as a meal, let the customer know, and add an additional one or two tenders to balance out the weight of the chicken itself. I would give a zero if I could. It is quite obvious that the management at Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't read reviews. I have read other reviews as it relates to this establishment as it relates to the cooks sending out wings that were not edible because the well done wings are drastically overcooked to the extent that they are not edible. My golfing group went in and we all ordered at least sixty wings and none of us were satisfied with our orders. As for myself I specifically ask the cashier to make sure that my wings should not be overcooked even though I wanted them well done. I was specific. There's a reason why more people would rather cook at home because restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings seem to care less about satisfying their customers. We enjoyed the environment to watch football, drink beer and eat chicken. The food was good and the beer selection is good. We love to sit at the bar because it usually gets us better service for food and drink. Most bartenders keep an eye on our drinks and promptly get us more as we finish a glass. This happened again, but in this location it seems they've been taught to limit beer servings to three beers. We've been to several BWW's and that has never happened before.
