Had the bacon smashed hatch chili burger. Ut was DELICIOUS, one of te best burgers I've had in a long time.

The food was really good and the servers were super nice but I left my to go box there and I called them after and there was a nice girl who remade my order and was super nice on the phone I really appreciate it read more

Just went to watch some ufc and the dodger game. Sat at rhe bar and the bartender said there is no draft beer at all since last monday..today is Saturday. Every empty table had plates and cups on so we sat at the bar. read more

Another terrible experience. Terrible service like most restaurants now at least in Morristown . They bring out the wings and there are missing wings from the number we ordered. We sat through the whole meal trying to eat wings with no drinks, the wings were so small and way overcooked it was like eating jerky from the small amount of meat on the wings. Bill was 55.00 and all we got was stomach issues. read more

Stopped to eat and was told a 15 minute wait when the place was empty. The hostess stated they had 2 big parties so we would need to wait. This is poor customer service which explains why this restaurant had 2.5 stars. read more

Food was good! Santana, was our server. She was amazing and so nice! Make sure to ask for her when you go in! #SoftballGirlsRock

trashy service rude waiters didn't get sat for 10 minutes restaurant was empty and this is the second time garbage establishment

Service was so good I had to leave a review this place has some bad reviews that are completely false

Good place to get some wings and the burgers are very good the beer is ice cold Lots of sports to watch on tv. I think there are about 20 tv's to watch read more

Macy and the crew did such and awesome job! Food was great. Never once have I not seen them try everything in there power to fix a mistake, even if it's not there fault. Definitely would and so recommend! read more

We ordered the all you can eat wings for $20 and only got 10 wings because we had to wait almost an hour for them (just for them to be cold) the service was also terrible, we never had anything to drink and had to ask for things multiple times. It was absolutely ridiculous and we still had to pay for them. read more

Not pet friendly. Went in at 2:00. Manager would not let us on the patio with our dog. Stating there was a party coming in at 4:00. I said we would be finished way before 4:00 but they said no. The porch was completely empty at the time. Second time I've shown up with my dog and was turned away. read more

We're hungry for some wings so we stop by. They have boneless and traditional bone in style wings. You can get them made just about any way you want them with sweet mild sauce to Blazin hot sauce. The restaurant is clean with a sporty atmosphere with plenty of TVs. There's plenty of seating and a large parking lot outside for your convenience. The wings were good and hot but they're a little pricey, they have plenty of draft beers on tap, to cool off the heat of the hot wings. The waiter was slow for it not being too crowded. I'll be back again for happy hour where you get a dollar fifty off your drafts. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Sports Bars Near Me - Morristown, Tennessee

We stopped in for happy hour, went to the bar and ordered a 22 ounce beer $1.50 off for happy hour. Then I ordered the traditional award winning authentic Buffalo New York style wings the snack pack. They came with celery and carrots and my choice of either blue cheese or ranch dressing ,blue cheese was my choice. The bar was very large and clean we had a great bartender , there was a lot of large TVs with different stations so we got to see a little bit of every sport that was on. They have a large selection on their menu,i will go back and have a little bit of dinner next time. read more

My wife and I love BW's !!! This is a first time to this one and it is better for us because the music volume is not as high as others. Seating and service was instant and some of the best we have ever had. read more

Their wings suck! They are small and full of skin and fat and chewy. The only thing good is their sauces.

Yesterday was my son's 12th birthday. We placed a $75 order and paid in advance. When she showed up to pick up the order, my wife was ignored for 15 minutes before anyone asked about her business. When we got the order home, there were no fries, napkins or forks included with any of the dinners. She called the restaurant and was told the manager would call her back but he never did. I was going to leave two stars for the wings (which were good), but the service was terrible enough to lose one of them. read more

It's just a typical Buffalo Wild Wings. We normally pick this one over the one in Sevierville because that one is dirty! Normally they are out of something we try to order. The wait staff isn't the best, when we've had bad food, they don't care and don't do anything about it. read more

Worst experience in quite some time. We visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We were seated pretty quickly, but it took over 5 minutes for our server to come and take our drink orders. We ordered some wings as an appetizer, then burgers & fries for dinner. It took literally forever for the wings to come out, but they were pretty good (actually the only positive of our visit). Our server seemed to be mostly interested in socializing with coworkers, and didn't notice when we needed refills. Burgers really didn't taste like beef - so bland, maybe microwaved or something. Fries were cold. None of us finished our meal, but finally had to flag down our server to get the check. We won't be back. It might be a good place to have a drink at the bar while watching a game with friends. As far as food, lots better options in town. read more

Receptionist was rude the evening of January 22nd. No personality and when someone asked to pick up their food, all she said was its on the racks. My food took 15 minutes longer than estimated. Someone needs to teach her to smile and at least be pleasant. read more

When I first tried buffalo wild wings I had no idea if I had to seat myself or if I had to be seated. I later found out that i'm supposed to wait to be seated. I haven't had anymore problems with people not coming to seat me in a while. Other than that, I love the food and the service from the waiters. Reasonable prices. read more

It's a good once a month type of place. Do not think I could do every week more costly than I would like. Wait staff is friendly but seems a little over worked even with a few customers. Got a sampler plate which had plenty of appetizers but only 6 boneless wings a few more this could be shared with another. I will go back but not rushing or planning on it soon. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Special menu - Sports Bars Near Me - Morristown, Tennessee

Food not good; I got wings and they literally just squirted sauce all over them. The cheddar cheese bites tasted like grease, no cheese flavor at all. My husband had to send his food back to be remade. Terrible food. Very disappointing. read more

This is an excellent location of this popular chain. First- it is super clean. The space is open and big, the booths and bar are comfortable. I've Ben in BWW's before that had tiny awkward tables and that sucked. They have a great selection of draft beers and seasonal brews. Happy hour and lunch specials are featured on the menu. Obviously, the main draw is wings and they ARE so good! My favorite sauces are hot BBQ and Thai red curry!! Also get the chips as your side and add a dry rub to them for free! I like the salt and vinegar or chipotle! You might think it sounds wacky, but their non-wing items are equally delicious. Their salads are bad-ass, the burgers are pretty good, and the flatbread appetizer is so wonderfully 1990s chain restaurant throwback that you kind of have to love it. Service is really good at this location as well. Morristown has super-limited dining options so treat yo'self and get some wings and beer! Bon appetit! read more

The waiter was rude, when someone wasn't paying attention he waved in their face, and he refused to refill after being asked to do so.

I just left this place and was totally shocked by the service. It's 3:30, only 1 other customer and me. A party of 4 walks in 5 minutes after me. The waitress gets their order and proceeds to walk by me and I have to flag her down to get my order. I then wait 15 minutes and she brings out their order and walks by me. I tried to get her attention 3 times and she totally ignored me.. I've never been in a restaurant with such a bad server. 3 patrons and 3 workers and service is this bad..I can imagine if they are busy. I do not recommend this Buffalo Wings Restaurant. read more

Slow service and horrible food. They brought our sides 20 minutes before our actual food got there so they were already cold. They messed up every single one of our orders and the cheeseburger i got was not fit to eat. It was absolutely dry and disgusting. The waiter named Skylar pretty much laughed about it and walked away. He never came back until he brought our bill. Find somewhere else better to eat at before you go to this sorry place. read more

i don't recommend going in the morning ,because they are slow and ain't on there A game went for a bogo and not once did i get asked if i wanted the bogo deal or not not to mention the chicken was under cooked and there was barley any sauce on my chicken if u wanna go i recommend going in the afternoon read more

We waited 25 mins for a table, which was to be expected as it was a Saturday night. But then after being seated we sat for another 20 mins with absolutely no service. Several waitresses, a waiter, and a hostess all walked by without even asking us for our drink orders. I even made eye contact with other tables around us who were experiencing the same things. We finally got up and left and no one even noticed. I have never walked out of a restaurant before. Worst experience ever. read more

This place is freaking awesome, it has good chicken and you can watch sports and it's always a good time

Placed a delivery order online on the Buffalo Wild Wings website and after waiting over an hour and a half I finally got an update that my food was delivered. No delivery person showed up and no food. Called the restaurant to get an update and they told me the food was sitting in there behind the bar. They refused to give me a refund and the manager was very rude And unprofessional telling me I had to go through Grubhub for a refund when I never went through Grubhub at all. This restaurant will definitely not be getting my business again. read more

Over priced and slow service. Took about 10 to 15 minutes to get my beer after I ordered it. Also 10 wings for well over 10 bucks is stupid, won't go back. read more

3 star not bad but not great. If you plan on coming with a party of 20 or more take your ass right back out the door. Had to wait quite sometime for refills, mouth was dry as a desert. Fuck. Our food came out within an hour so that was good because i was kind of hungry, but our waiter number (82) was pretty solid. He knew the task at hand and he ended up being good, threw the dude audible after audible and he responded well. He might end up in the hall of fame (BWW) edition. Food was good kinda cold but i ate that shit and enjoyed it. Probably will be back within the next 6 months. read more

I've been here a few times now and have had good experiences overall. On my last visit, the server was exceptional! She gets five stars, like she read my mind. The wings are what I go for. I like all the varieties they have. The mango habanero is my favorite. They are always served piping hot. Quality is fine, never overcooked. Order early as they take awhile to come out of the kitchen. Oh yea, don't forget to ask for carrot sticks and dip when you order. Its best to order everything you need the first time because adding this and that later seems to flub them up. I'm not into sports so I have to tune out the multitude of flat screens blaring overhead. I guess it is OK for the sports fans, but I don't care to glance at a big screen to see men and women beating each other bloody. Yuck. Last but not not least, the prices seem a bit steep for the wings, but that seems to be the norm lately. Supply and demand, I suppose, or to pay for all the flat screen TVs.... read more

We got a table top in the bar area to watch the game. The atmosphere was nice, drinks and food were good. Service was fast. My only complaint was there was a side door to serve the patio and the staff were in and out so much I nearly froze. So if you get cold easy sit away from doors. Also a female waitress barely wet her hands leaving the bathroom! read more

Masks are now mandatory in Hamblen County, however the waitress did not have one on. Aside from not having a mask on, the waitress wiped her nose with the palm of her hand. That is completely disgusting and unhygienic whether there is a pandemic or not. I also waited at least 15 mins before a server had even accommodated us & brought out the beverages. A whole hour had passed and we had finally received our food. I understand at times the restaurant can be busy, however with the amount of people in the dining hall, I absolutely doubt it should have taken that long. While waiting for the server to take our check, the server was not very attentive so instead we asked another employee, Olivia, to take it for us and proclaimed that the server was busy in a very rude manner and turned around while still giving us glares. As a server, I am most certain that this is the worst service I have ever had. read more
