Another terrible experience. Terrible service like most restaurants now at least in Morristown . They bring out the wings and there are missing wings from the number we ordered. We sat through the whole meal trying to eat wings with no drinks, the wings were so small and way overcooked it was like eating jerky from the small amount of meat on the wings. The restaurant is clean with a sporty atmosphere with plenty of TVs. There's plenty of seating and a large parking lot outside for your convenience. The wings were good and hot but they're a little pricey, they have plenty of draft beers on tap, to cool off the heat of the hot wings. The waiter was slow for it not being too crowded. We stopped in for happy hour, went to the bar and ordered a 22 ounce beer $1.50 off for happy hour. Then I ordered the traditional award winning authentic Buffalo New York style wings the snack pack. They came with celery and carrots and my choice of either blue cheese or ranch dressing ,blue cheese was my choice. The bar was very large and clean we had a great bartender , there was a lot of large TVs with different stations so we got to see a little bit of every sport that was on. Worst experience in quite some time. We visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We were seated pretty quickly, but it took over 5 minutes for our server to come and take our drink orders. We ordered some wings as an appetizer, then burgers & fries for dinner. It took literally forever for the wings to come out, but they were pretty good (actually the only positive of our visit). Our server seemed to be mostly interested in socializing with coworkers, and didn't notice when we needed refills. Burgers really didn't taste like beef - so bland, maybe microwaved or something. Fries were cold. None of us finished our meal, but finally had to flag down our server to get the check. We won't be back. It might be a good place to have a drink at the bar while watching a game with friends. As far as food, lots better options in town. read more

When I first tried buffalo wild wings I had no idea if I had to seat myself or if I had to be seated. I later found out that i'm supposed to wait to be seated. I haven't had anymore problems with people not coming to seat me in a while. Other than that, I love the food and the service from the waiters. Reasonable prices. read more

The waitress gets their order and proceeds to walk by me and I have to flag her down to get my order. I then wait 15 minutes and she brings out their order and walks by me. I tried to get her attention 3 times and she totally ignored me.. This is an excellent location of this popular chain. First- it is super clean. The space is open and big, the booths and bar are comfortable. I've Ben in BWW's before that had tiny awkward tables and that sucked. They have a great selection of draft beers and seasonal brews. Happy hour and lunch specials are featured on the menu. Obviously, the main draw is wings and they ARE so good! My favorite sauces are hot BBQ and Thai red curry!! Also get the chips as your side and add a dry rub to them for free! I like the salt and vinegar or chipotle! You might think it sounds wacky, but their non-wing items are equally delicious. Their salads are bad-ass, the burgers are pretty good, and the flatbread appetizer is so wonderfully 1990s chain restaurant throwback that you kind of have to love it. We waited 25 mins for a table, which was to be expected as it was a Saturday night. But then after being seated we sat for another 20 mins with absolutely no service. Placed a delivery order online on the Buffalo Wild Wings website and after waiting over an hour and a half I finally got an update that my food was delivered. No delivery person showed up and no food. Called the restaurant to get an update and they told me the food was sitting in there behind the bar. They refused to give me a refund and the manager was very rude And unprofessional telling me I had to go through Grubhub for a refund when I never went through Grubhub at all. I've been here a few times now and have had good experiences overall. On my last visit, the server was exceptional! She gets five stars, like she read my mind. The wings are what I go for. I like all the varieties they have. The mango habanero is my favorite. They are always served piping hot. Quality is fine, never overcooked. Order early as they take awhile to come out of the kitchen. Oh yea, don't forget to ask for carrot sticks and dip when you order. Its best to order everything you need the first time because adding this and that later seems to flub them up. Masks are now mandatory in Hamblen County, however the waitress did not have one on. Aside from not having a mask on, the waitress wiped her nose with the palm of her hand.
