When rating a chain, I think you already know the quality of the food you should be getting. I consider service, accuracy, length of time it takes as well as cleanliness with a little more gravity. I've come here at least 5 times so far and am taken care of quickly with great service each time. My order has always been correct when grabbing take out and they guys don't nickel and dime me when it comes to asking for an extra ranch. I genuinely can't think of any constructive improvements that would make my experience any better than it is when I give this place my business. Food was fine, this is not a review about the meal. It is said you come to yelp for the bad not the good. Open setting, no host. This is review about Maddison, our waitress. I arrived early secured to two bar top tables for a party of 11. She said what are you going to take two tables I said yes. A bar top table sits six per. It was two tickets she took the first ticket via word and the second was typed out it was a large order, she had to copy it from a phone screen to her notepad. After she took the orders she asked is there anything else I can get you. I requested the music to be turned down. She replied it's corporate, I cannot do anything about it. I requested a manager. Manger turned down the music then came to the table I thanked him for turning down the music he spouted something about the lights and ambiance. Music was lowered I was happy. Maddison came back intermittently when she did it was with rudeness and eye rolling. My family and I have been going to this location for about five years and this is the worst service we have had. My husband and I sat down around 6:45pm (free seating). The restaurant was very slow except people sitting at the bar enjoying the game. Multiple waitresses/ waiters saw us sitting in the middle of the empty restaurant and did not greet us for 10-15 minutes despite the restaurant being empty. The waiter that did finally greet us (a man with glasses long hair and a beard), my husband said "Hi, can I get xyz" the waiter responded with "I'm great thanks for asking" in a condescending voice. We left before the water and beer we ordered came out because the attitude of the waiter and overall atmosphere was disgusting. Sorry we didn't want to exchange friendship bracelets after being ignored. My husband is covered in tattoos, and I am a minority. Bartender took our beer order & left bar and disappeared for about 25 minutes leaving the bar unattended with about 8 other customers sitting there like us?? Crazy part was there was 2-3 managers near front of kitchen talking to each other 25 minutes, laughing having great time together while all customers at bat & restaurant were not be served.. Shortly thereafter bartender shows back up, probably in the restroom, but she asked was there anything else? We paid check for 2 beers & walked out.. Don't waste your time at this location. Went into this location thinking it would be the best one , but we were proved wrong. As soon as we walked in there was a sign reading "please seat yourself" , so we did. After seeing two server look our way and walk off and what looked like a manager staring at us the whole time we finally decided to ask for help after abt 30 minutes. The server said the side we sat on was closed so I asked why no one came to tell us to move and why we were just being ignored , the server ignored the question and just walked away. Our waiter went outside a lot. Other employees were just standing around. One employee was sitting at a table putting on makeup. At about 7:25 we finally asked an employee to go find our waiter so that we could check on our food (two kids hotdogs, two salads, a wrap, and a steak wrap). He finally checked on our food and said they were waiting on the steak dish. Unacceptable. At 7:45 we plopped a $20 bill down and left. Kendall, you need to find a good manager.
