We had Shelby as our waitress. I highly recommend her. Ask for her. She was excellent. Friendly. Quick. And the food was delicious. Highly recommend this location! read more

I experienced the worst customer service last night. The hostess was sweet and our server was mediocre at best. She wasn't the most attentive. We placed our drink order and food order and another team member bought our food out. She did at least come and say was our food ok; never checked on us for drinks. One person in our group had extremely hot wings and was never asked for a refill on his drink. When I finally got her attention, I asked if my drink was refillable which she said it was not and offered another drink still not checking to see if anyone else needed a drink. We had to seek her again for a refill for my daughter to which point she stood and whispered to a male server making us concerned if she may have done something to the drinks. There seemed to be a lot of dancing, and conversations among servers and not a lot of follow up on paying customers. The last straw was when I asked for a to go box for which she bought one and there were two more guest at my table with obvious leftovers. My daughter then took it upon herself to get up and ask anyone for a box. At that point, the waitress said oh I could have done that. Hmm, we couldn't tell as she couldn't care less about serving us. I don't know what the issue was but it was definitely a ruined evening for us being treated so poorly after driving an hour to visit your restaurant. The hostess whom I mentioned earlier was so nice; said have a great evening as we departed. I thanked her for her hospitality and told her she was the only hospitable one there. She apologized profusely. I know, I will never step foot back in that location and will make sure I tell others to avoid it too. read more

I was greeted by the sweetest host last night on 09/18/26. She was the only person in the restaurant with true hospitality. My waitress absolutely sucked. I am unsure if she just forgot about us or assumed we wouldn't tip her. She tended to all the tables around us and brought us drinks. She never brought our food to us, someone else had to. Our waitress stood in the back talking to the manager for about 10 minutes as we had no drinks. The waitress never revealed the drinks we had were not refillable, I assume we would've continued dinner with nothing if we hadn't hunted her down again. The waitress passed our table numerous times and even made eye contact with us while we had no drinks. I asked for a sweet tea, which she went to go get but couldn't come back without stopping to whisper to a coworker. This made me nervous about my drink. I was in disbelief! I think what really did it for me was the fact that my mother asked for a to go box and lids for her sauces and me and my boyfriend needed it too and she came back with one to go box and two lids. I went to the kitchen where staff seemed to be huddled and dancing and asked for to go boxes and lids. They were nice enough to ask how many and give multiple. After all of this happened and it's time to pay... here comes our suddenly attentive staff waitress who looks at my boxes and says "I could've gotten that for you" but the question is why didn't you? You went and got one for a member of our party but not us. I will not recommend this location to anyone I know. I do not even live here but if this is what the experience is like dining in this area, I'll be sure to spread the word. read more

Food is good but every time I order pick up I don't get all the wings I paid for like yesterday I got 10 boneless and 10 bone in and only had 6 bonel and 7 bone in and that is consistent so I won't be goin back anytime soon read more

Great place to get food poisoning at at a salad there and now I am on day 3 of diarrhea.

Food itself is great but the service is so inconsistent, Order ahead of time at 9pm on a Sunday and somehow the food is still 15 minutes late and wrong. Got the right food and it was great but for how slow it was it shouldn't be that hard to do right the first time, very simple order too. Also they are blasting the football commentary so loud you can hear it clearly outside. If their service improved they'd be way better but for now food and service is inconsistent and can't be reliable enough to recommend. read more

I come here a lot and I have to say, even with all the change inside the restaurant, the food is still consistently good every time. I did ask our server for a lemon with my water & when it came, there was no lemon. I also asked for a kids menu that never came so I went to get one myself. However, the overall experience here was good. Now that they took down that big, dark booth divider in the middle of the restaurant, it feels more airy in there. Our food all tasted great! read more

Come here quite often and thought I would have a good experience but unfortunately i didn't. They have a sign at the front that says "please seat your self". Which i did and do every time and i always ask for a menu but for some reason the server that i had (Sidney) got very upset and had an attitude when i asked for one and said. "Well you sat yourself". And that is very uncalled for and unacceptable. read more

Customer Service: after waiting to be seated by hostess we were next in line to be seated only to have the manager decide to seat a group (his friends) who were 5 groups behind us. We not be going there again read more

Dropped in for a Sunday Meal. The food was your basic bar food. Burgers and wings. The food came out relatively quick. Nice and hot. I like the fact that they have a "Hot and Ready" policy, so when a dish is ready, they bring it straight out instead of waiting on the entire tables order to come up. Other than that, our Server Jenna was nice and accommodating. read more

Well it's a sad day when this place isn't even crowded and there is a 30 min wait. The food portions have dwindled, but still tasty, and the whole place seems uninterested. Only two servers working, while others called out sick. Ambiance was dead except for a couple of active TV screens. read more

Seeing all the great commercials that came out. I was thinking this place was going to be all that. Man I was wrong, the food was cold and smelled of. We had to wait for a very long time for a table on a Wednesday night. The build as a whole leaves a lot to be questioned. I have been to another one in CA and it was so clean and looked like it was where they filmed the commercials themselves. The TVs were glitching and they had the same game on all of the TVs. I will not be going back to this place for any reason read more

This is definitely one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings locations in the area. My family of three visits this location semi-regularly and we're almost always happy with our experience. Service is often above average and the staff typically goes above and beyond to take care of us. We often order the sampler platter as an entrée to share. The sampler platter comes with 6 wings (with one choice of sauce), 4 mozzarella sticks, chicken nachos, and onion rings. It's plenty of food for two to share. The food is hit-or-miss, but typically is better than other locations. There have been a couple of times where we've been shorted a wing or two or that the nachos were missing something, but they've always been quick to fix the problem when we bring it to their attention. We've found that when visiting on a week night (Mon-Thursday), we usually get the food much slower. Buffalo Wild Wings brings the food out when it's ready, regardless of whether the whole order is finished. So if you've got meals for multiple people, sometimes one person will get their food and be finished or almost finished by the time the last person gets theirs. We've noticed this happens far less frequently on a Friday or Saturday night, so we usually go at those times instead as we all like to eat at the same time. The restaurant is always loud and active, but that's to be expected at a sports bar with 20 televisions playing at once. We've never had a "bad" experience at this location and would definitely recommend giving it a try. read more

Not sure why the rating is so bad but I have been coming here for years and don't think I ever had a problem. Came here Saturday for lunch and sat at the bar. My bar tender was Shelby. I've had her a bunch of times while she was a waitress but never as a bartender. She did great! Great attitude and great customer service. One of my favorite employees here. I ordered a drink and some original wings. The place was packed but the wings still came out pretty fast. I got the Parmesan Garlic. It was pretty creamy and had the right about of spices. It's def one of my favorite flavors! I recommend this place for good beer, good food and great atmosphere! It also has Tons of TVs for sports fans! read more

This is the worst BWW in the Columbia among the 3 options. One is better off going to the Devine location. The TV's are so fuzzy and the sound system sounds analog. The service is great, but I'm there to catch the game. read more

Ordered large order to go and it was ready (accurate) in a timely fashion! Great, friendly service.

I really don't understand how people can complain about cheap craft beer and chicken wings... the service is stellar, the A/V set up is impressive and fun, the food was prepared excellently. Even the celery was fresh and crunchy. read more

The WORST... ordered food on line. Supposed to be ready at 630.... Still waiting at 7pm it's not that busy. I assume food will be cold and order wrong. This place should be shut down. It's horrible. Six people waiting for food and no one working counter read more

I ordered a to go order of wings and fries. When I got there they stated they were making my food fresh. The fries was so hard words couldn't describe it. They were so hard my daughter and I thought we would break a tooth. The wings were beyond hard and flavorless. Disgusting is the best word I can use to describe the food. I am so disappointed about the food and the money wasted. read more

Quick service. Food was delivered hot off the grill. I lived the Trivia games while you wait. Basketball games were viewed on all screens but why was the NBA game on the smallest tv? Thank you for a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings Lexington. read more

Good burgers and wings with dozens of TV's. Great place to watch any sporting event. Has lots of indoor seating with covered outdoor bar and add'l seating. Gave it 3 stars for slow service. Food was quick but wait staff not so much. They also nudge you to order and pay using QR code. But are happy to provide traditional service if requested. Decent pricing on beer and weekday lunch specials. Will go back for sure. read more

Maybe having food would be good. Went to this location and they had no burgers and no sauces. I know you would go here for wings but burgers are the other half of the menu. They even advertised new burgers, and they looked good on paper but in person I would not know because they had none. Maybe call before you go, to make sure they have food. The server was great, very attentive. The ambience was of a regular sports bar. read more

Had an amazing experience here today and will always come here for game days and specifically request the serving expertise of Estefani. Came to watch the game and eat some wings with a brew. Had amazing service and the wings were on point. Crunchy on the outside and soft and hot in the middle. Highly recommend. read more

Too bad there is no zero star rating because that's what this store deserves. Total lack of customer service, food dispatch slow as molasses but the icing on the cake is the manager Reginald. Reginald has no customer service skills, lacks good manners, no empathy, he even wears his name tag upside down as a clear message of his ineptitude. Place is dirty, smells rancid, tables are not being bused. Place is disgusting. read more

I enjoyed eating here. The manager came over to make sure everything tasted nice and to make sure my party was okay. The food came out hot and fresh and my partner and I was greeted by a warm welcome by our server. Definitely recommend! Just remember it's NOT fine dining . It's bar food and it's a bar atmosphere. read more

So disappointed! Came here last Sunday with our 13 week old puppy to watch the games on the patio and she slept in my lap the entire afternoon. We had multiple wait staff come by to see the pup. Was even offered a dog bowl with water. Also two other dogs were on the patio as well. Today we get to the restaurant and the manager tells us that it's always been company policy that no dogs are allowed on the premises. What?? Looks like we will be taking our business elsewhere. What a difference a week makes... read more

We don't eat out often. We were excited to order and get boneless wings for the super bowl. We went there yesterday to pick up today, even tipped the young lady in hopes we would get our order the way we wanted it. Hubby picked up our $200 order and opens everything up to see that we received regular wings. I hate bone in wings and so do our two teenagers. Hubby called, they offered a $10 credit. They should have replaced our order. Now we have a Super Bowl party and food we didn't want. read more

We had a mixed experience here today. The everything pretzel knots were great. Servers were busy but worked as a team helping each other. BBQ sandwich was a little dry, but a little side sauce fixed that. The only thing we saw as an issue, which lowered the rating for us was regarding providing cleanliness. We were seated near the wait station. Twice drink glasses fell on the floor and picked up and used for customers l. One was a plastic glass and the other was 3 of the disposable ones. The disposable one were stacked in each other and came apart when they hit the floor. A server picked them up and stacked them back together and used for customers. If they are this careless in front of customers what happens behind the scenes? read more

First suggestion, fire the manager. Someone needs to take the job that actually cares about the customers. We walked in, it smelled like dirty gym socks. Ushered to the bar area, again. Pick a table, high top, of course, very uncomfortable. A menu was left on our table that stuck to the table. Upon further inspection, the tables were filthy. We left. read more

We walked in and noticed that the place was very clean and set up well. The tables were spaced out and it wasn't too overcrowded. Our waitress was Autumn, she said she had just started working there. We LOVED her. She kept our drinks filled made conversation with us and laughed with us when we were joking around. Best waitress we've had in a long time at any restaurant in Lexington. Food came out hot and even though they have a hot and ready system (bring out food as soon as its ready) we didnt have to wait long for all our food between them bringing out half of our stuff. The only complaint we had was the quality of their fries. Most were too crispy and no potato inside. We just picked through and ate the good ones. read more

service is horrible i have been waiting here for 30 min and not even ordered my drinks

My son turned 21 yesterday, and I took him to the Buffalo wild wings to have his first drink, and they refused to serve him, saying they do not serve a person who is 21 on there birthday.. it was very disappointing and put a damper on the night but it's OK because Hooters made up for it as well as BJ's and the Outback. So needless to say I will never return to this restaurant Thanks!!!. 21 is one of the biggest days of a persons life and if the states says they are legally able to drink, then what is the issue ? very disappointed. read more

Chelsea was a great server. The cooks need to get their crap together. Not sending the correct food to the right table. My hubby and I decided to stop by because we wanted to watch a game during the world cup. Even though none of the 100s of T.Vs were tuned into the game we wanted to watch, they immediately changed the channel on about half the T.Vs around us once we asked to watch the game. Service was great - the waitress we had was attentive and our glasses never reached empty. We decided to get the shareable basket which included four items off the menu. We got fried pickles, onion rings, wings, and nachos. All of it was great for game day food. Overall, I would definitely come back especially if I am in need of a place to watch a game. read more

Arrived at 730, took 10 minutes to be greeted. Then, we sat ourselves by the bar. Bar wasn't full, tables weren't full. Waited another 10 minutes. Ordered 2 waters and a sampler.
