On most occasions, they tell me they are out of certain beer...also something on my order is alway wrong. " ask for fries, get cheese curds etc" . Oh and they don't seem to understand how to redeem wild wings rewards. " if you do redeem and ask for a sauce, chances are they are out of it too. read more

We always have good service from Sean and Jen and Alecia and Courtney. Jeff is always attentive. The boneless wings are always good as are the new tenders. Desserts are on point. Service is usually fast even when busy. read more

This was the worse BWW I have ever been inside of. First of all we are in the middle of a pandemic. A majority of the staff had their mandated mask on but not even covering their nose or mouth!!!! The inside was disgusting !!!!! I could see into the kitchen.. no one had on a mask or gloves!!!!!!!! Kids were yelling and screaming and the whole staff thought it was cute. When I go out to dinner I want to enjoy and not have to worry about my safety or my sanity. My waitress did not have her mask on properly and it took about 15 mins for her to get our drink order. It was a huge messs!!!!!!! I read the reviews and I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. Terrible experience !!!!!!!! Do not go in there !!!!!! We got up and left. Sorry not sorry. I would give them a rating of Zero if I could. read more

Love BWW, but this location really has problems. Wings are never seasoned, and basically look naked. Last 3 times I have been there it took over 15 minutes to get a server. Once they did show up it takes well over another 15 minutes to even get a drink. Had to start going elsewhere for my weekly wings. The BOGO Tuesday wings isn't even worth going to at this location. Someone really needs to get this store back into shape. Or close it down. read more

BW-3 has been on a down hill slide for the last 15 years or so, but the Jackson, TN has set the bar even lower! Floors so slick customer's are falling on the floor (on the way in)! Service and foul language from the staff, not a clean place to eat! B-dubs, I hope you pull out of this spiral! read more

Worst BWW I have ever been too. Waited 25 minutes in the bar area and still never got menus or anything. When I called the waitress over she said one second then never came back so after 25 minutes I finally just got up and left. Not to mention TWO managers walked passed my table not saying a thing when you could clearly see we hadn't been helped. On top of that the first time I had gone here they took 40 minutes for our food to be received after placing the order and got the order wrong. Will not be back. Not happy with the service or management at all. read more

Just can't seem to win with Buffalo Wild Wings..I have worked retail for years and no that when it is busy, there are wait times and patience is a virtue, but... traveling across country and in to place a to go order. Cashier at the counter, besides having no customer service skills or personality and no name tag :(. Was waiting to place an order, she looked up with no greeting and said "Pick Up or Order" I said Order to her response..it will be a while, asked the customer behind me the same, which hers was a pick up, got her name ,brought her order up from the back, collected her cash, and the switched to the other register, and took another persons order that came in after I did. At this point the Manager "Michael" came up, and I expressed my concern to his response. We are really busy! A few minutes later he found another cashier to assist as he knew I was pretty pissed off by this time. After I ordered was told based on the crowd it would take 25 to 30 minutes for my order. My review would have been one star, but because the manager came back, offered me a $5.00 off coupon on my next visit. I did not take because I was traveling back to California and would not be back to this location. Can't help to think that this issue could have been racially motivated, as I was the only white person at the counter, and the three served before me were not. The original cashier seemed to have a real attitude... But the cashier taking my order was pleasant "Angel" was name on the receipt. Was there easily close to an hour, order was finally placed at 8:03 PM. Received my order at 8:32PM read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - American Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

Ok... been to over 50 different bdubs now. .. kinda confused on this one. . Servers seem to be intimidated to approach you initially. .. ordered my usual last night 8 boneless mango Habenero (wet), pretzels with 2 quesos, and a bud light. 1. Beer was not cold? !?! 2. Wings are cold? !?!? Lastly the pretzels were microwaved?!?! The manager took care of the pretzels.. But no excuses for warm beer at bdubs... getting 2 Stars bc the waitress was very good read more

Stopped for wings. They specialize in wings - right? Well, they were out of boneless wings. So, I ordered regular wings with teriyaki sauce - out of teriyaki. Go figure!! read more

I had a really good experience at this BW3s. The service in the bar was great. The food was exactly what you would expect from every other one you have been too. The TV's were on the correct channel (MNF) and they had the sound. I loved that it was close to the hotel that I was staying at. Especially since a local police officer was parked right outside the front door when I left. read more

We stopped in Saturday afternoon for a beer with friends and had a great experience! Jackson was the middle "meeting place" and we knew nothing about the town. Our waiter, Henry, was fantastic and interacted with us through the whole meal. Would recommend if in Jackson, if only to go grab and beer and talk to Henry! read more

My husband I just moved to this area and we are huge BDUBS fans!! Well we were disappointed in our trip here the only good thing ordered was his beer...our wings were kinda cold, the 1 of the 2 appetizers were good, Lastly the employee was vacuuming under our table while we were sitting there.! The tables still had dirty plates sitting on tables when we walked in...don't think we will be back read more

They really try hard. Service is usually good. But wings are almost always tough. Good atmosphere if you love sports and are just popping by for a drink and an appetizer. read more

Burger was old, cold & not fit to eat, even after having remade. Onion rings were standard & on the greasy side. Wings were tough, not fresh & & no where near hot. Manager cooked fresh ones, but they were still tough. How do you make a wing tough? Sad too because the sauces had great flavor. The wings could have been good. Best wings in Jackson are at Picassos. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings cheats on the blazing challenge!!! I frequent this location and order the blazing wings most occasions. So for my birthday I wanted to do the blazing challenge. They were so extremely hot (temperature) that I could barely hold them in my hands. They were burning my fingers and roof of my mouth. I was told by the server that they were just pulled from the fryer and this was not the first time. The sauce was no problem. I think that gave them an unfair advantage. read more

They are very slow! Our waiter barely even spoke to us, I waited 30+ min for them to come out and tell me they messed up my order and it would take a bit longer. The place was completely empty so I don't understand what would take so long. read more

Possibly merits extra stars as the most dysfunctional BWW I've ever been in. 3 stars because my waitress tried hard and food was normal. Otherwise would have been lower read more

Two of us went here today about 6:30 pm. Upon walking in we were greeted nicely and told as soon as a table was cleared we'd be seated. Several tables were available but filled with used dishes. We waited about 5 minutes and were seated. Another 5 minutes and we were brought menus and asked about drinks. Once someone brought our drink she informed us she would not be taking care of us but someone else. We waited and waited - never saw anyone. We never saw any waiter or waitress anywhere in the dining area. We left and went across street to Zaxbys. Quick, efficient, delicious, and packed with a baseball team. BWW, better take notice. read more

Its taken me a month to write this review because I wanted to really think about what I had to say. My husband and I went on a sat at around 1 pm. No games that day so it was practically dead in there. We were seated in the bar area approximately 2 other tables in there had customers. We waited 5 to 10 minutes before we actually asked someone walking by if we had a waitress. She replied I ll be with you in a minute. She came back 5 minutes later and took our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer. I ordered unsweet tea. When she dropped it off I asked for sweetener. waited , waited , waited she came back with the fried pickles 20 minutes later, my husband reminded her of the sweetener, she said ok and went to the bar and started talking to several other employees, waited, waited finally my husband got up and asked the bar tender for some splenda or sweet in low he told my husband he didn't have any but he would find him some. Our waitress glared at our table and started ranting to her friends about my husband asking for the splenda loud and not at all trying to hide her disgust with us. Mean while another waitress goes by and I ask her she informs me they are out of artificial sweetener ? AL righty than..... why didn't our waitress say this? after about 10 more minutes she walks by our table and I ask for napkins, she rudely and loudly tells me she is not our waitress anymore , and I say who is than because we are over an hr in now and still haven't gotten our wing order ? her response I don't know but it isn't me anymore !!!! to that she got a loud and firm thank God from us as we promptly got up and went to the cash register and asked for our check while she ranted and raved more about us asking for sweetener and she was busy ??? Don't forget she was talking to her friends ignoring the tables which by the way also got up because she hadn't even acknowledged them while she was chatting up her friends. We asked for our receipt at the register we were asked by a very nervous girl if there was a problem as the waitress rants about sweetener. Of course we say yes and commence to telling her what has been our experience, waitress now is glaring at us. the manager comes up ask if we got our wings we said no cancel the order they were ordered 45 minutes ago when we she brought the appetizer. the manager also looking uncomfortable looks at the waitress who is now glaring at her and tells us she will not charge us for the appetizer. No apology just a sheepish looking women with no explanation as why this girl would get upset about a customer asking for sweetener and than looking for it themselves when she hadn't brought in more than enough time while she is talking to her friends in front of us???? Nope she doesn't know. Needless to say we wont be back. My shock is that this girl seemed to have some control over these people because they actually seemed scared of her the manager included. We were patient waited waaayyy longer than most people would have and still this girl freaked out when my husband asked the bar tender for the item and never said a word about her not bringing it or how long we had waited. Obviously by the reviews this place has major issues, but this experience was beyond bazaar and beyond bad service. read more

Horrible service and terrible food. The restroom was very dirty which tells me they don't take cleanliness serious so no telling what the kit hen looks like. Chicken sandwich was under cooked and the wings were over cooked. Beer is fairly warm. This has been my experience more than once so I won't ever be back. read more

In town on business. Same old BWW. Poor service. Long wait for wings. Always ask for extra crispy. Over 30 min. Ordered 'medium' sized, hot, xtra crispy with celery. Got small, hot, under done, no celery. Been to 4 different BWW. same result. read more

Went in expecting average service like we receive pretty much everywhere else in town but actually got some of the best service we've had in Jackson at the bar here. Hunter and Nate were both super attentive, on top of everything, knowledgeable, and friendly. You could tell they enjoyed their jobs. Everyone else we dealt with from the hosts at the front to the waitress that brought our food were very helpful and friendly as well. The food was really good too. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Thanks guys! We'll be back for sure. read more

Terrible terrible experience. We drove from Martin to get wings because we were craving them and had to wait at least 40 minutes for our food and once it came back the majority of the tables order was wrong. Very disappointed! read more

I'm not the over the top, noisy, 32 t.v. all blasting on separate channels while girls who still look nasty with 5 tons of makeup shalact to their face kind of guy. The food added no degree of complications to the rating either. This place is over rated by every guy that needs an excuse for a warm beer and a headache. I was never interested in going to a place that's louder than an amusement park in mid summer. I did not enjoy the atmosphere or the rude employees. My beer was warm although I believe the waitress did smile when she brought it, but it could have been a makeup crack. I'm not sure which it was, but when the food finally arrived, it was no where near the "worth the wait". I will go back to my wing stop and enjoy real smiles from real cooks that hand me a cold ass beer with my wings and never touch the damn t.v. volume button. Just sayin read more

I visit this location multiple times a week, they never disappoint. I usually stop in after work for a beer or two, which are always the right temperature. Sean is a wonderful bar tender, very friendly, takes care of all customers efficiently, and makes the experience enjoyable. Whenever I've ordered food, it is always perfect. Never one complaint. I have also had a pleasant experience having Toni as my server recently. I will continue visiting this one. read more

Waitress was terrible. Order was wrong, she only checked on us once, passed our table 4 times ignoring us and didn't even offer us silverware. It's a shame because I usually overtip for enthusiastic service. Doubt I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

Worst restaurant experience I've had in awhile. Waited 20 minutes for our table of 8 to be visited by our waiter for the first time, who told us to wait some more. Meanwhile, other large tables were seated, and had already been waited on. Finally, when our waiter did come to our table, he took our drink order with our food order and left for another 10 minutes before returning with drinks. After a pretty long wait, our food finally arrived at two separate time from two separate waiters, who had messed up four burger orders at our table and forgotten sides. Drinks were left unfilled during the meal and we were only checked on once before finally having to ask for our checks. He came back to take the money, only picked up two checks, and was gone for another 15 minutes. By this time we had been there 2 hours. Waiter returns to tell us there is a problem with getting change and it will take even longer. Finally, after another 10 minute wait wherein he collected the other checks and got the two precious checks their change, we were told we would have to come to the "to go" orders counter to get our change, where our party had to line up single file and receive our money. The waiter apologized several times, but this is not the first time I have received terrible service at this location. I will not be going back. The staff tries to serve too many tables at once with too few staff. The manger was fielding other complaints throughout the restaurant so we weren't the only ones having bad service. I do not recommend this location, even though our food was good, because of service alone. read more

Always a great a time over many years under the previous managers who my family and I have gotten to know (LeMorris and Dave) over many years of supporting. However after the last two visits it's been at best an opportunity two teach my sons how even the best of franchises can fail under poor leadership. First unfortunate visit was during the basketball playoffs. Busy for sure but we sat at one of five uncleared available tables and after 20 minutes of no service left. No problem maybe just a staffing issue. Tonight we sat ourselves at one of the only three occupied tables in a 20 top area. We had to get our own napkins, silverware and eventually to go boxes from the to go desk despite repeated requests from two server stations. The majority of fun seemed only to be shared by a group of employees eating at the table closest to the bar. Never saw a floor manager (white Staff jersey) during either visit. Food took 45 minutes in an at best 20% occupied restaurant. read more

This was a terrible experience. We go to bww atleast once a month and always dread this one. We enjoy the atmosphere and the beer and of course the food. However, this location stinks. Our waiter forgot to put our drinks in and we had to wait 15 minutes while he watched the football game to come help us. Then when our simple order came it wAs completely wrong. Then when some one else besides our waiter offered to fix it it was still wrong. We usually stay a while to have some drinks but we couldn't wait to leave for fear our visit would get worse. We will be looking elsewhere for our wings beer and sports experience. This bww has totally disappointed us. read more
