Terrible service, terrible food. We were seated right away on a Friday night during March Madness which should tell you everything you need to know. The bar area was half empty but was still blasting sports too loud to think. The bartender was our waiter and took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another half hour to take our food order. Our food finally came another half hour later and it was cold and the portions were tiny. It's criminal what they get away with, our chicken tenders were only 1.5 inches long and the boneless wings were smaller than chicken nuggets. All the chicken was dry and overcooked and undersauced. Came to Ohio on holiday and this happens to be 1 in a couple restaurants open late. Have no idea why everything closes so early on a weekend. First night I had a margarita and wished I ordered another but considering I had to be up super early I did the right thing and cried inside and ordered an Arnold Palmer. I just don't get out here that often anymore. This used to be one of the regular hang out spots when I was in high school. The menu has obviously changed quite a bit since then. The atmosphere is about the same. Our server was friendly and checked on us an appropriate amount of time. We ordered the pretzel knots--they were okay. Kind of hard and the dip was not impressive. Sad to say that what used to be one of our favorite places has really gone downhill. We've eaten at various BW3 (former name) since the mid-90's. We've eaten there about once every six weeks since last fall (pandemic times) and it hasn't improved. They've switched to a ridiculous system of bringing out each food item as it's ready, instead of serving the table at the same time. Last night our party of five had a full 30 minutes between when the first person got her food and when the last person was served. That's terrible service! You're left either eating in front of your family or waiting and eating cold food, which is what this dumb system is supposed to avoid. We watched the manager get called table to table last night with complaints. When we did get our food, it was just OK. I asked for my wings extra wet and they barely had any sauce on them. My husband's buffalitos (see pic) looked like they'd been nearly dropped before they reached our table. Some of our food, despite the delivery system, still arrived to the table cold. We'll probably still visit occasionally in hopes they get their act together. It's a typical BW3- sports bar atmosphere, decent wings, a fair selection of other offerings. Sweetie got a salad and the cheesy potatoes. Baby K got mac and cheese. I got jerk boneless wings. Glad to see they have changed their order sizes from a count to a size; made it easier for me. Anyway, the wings were fine, nothing special. Went to bw3 in Huber on 6/23/23, for a carry out. Bw3 forces you to order on line now, which is inconvenient. They charge you fee to order on line. They try to sneak in a tip when you check out, so you have to go into the tip section and change it to zero. So I order 20 traditional wings and other side items. When I arrive, there is sign on the door stating, "out of traditional wings" . Picked up my bag and found a box full boneless. I should have just went to the counter and asked for my money back. Took it home anyway, and it made me recall why there boneless wings are horrible. They remind me of nuggets you get at the Dollar Tree. The only reason I go there is my wife. For some reason, she likes the traditional wings. The traditional is barely tolerable. Roosters is a far superior wing joint. Much, Much better. I had just eaten here with my family the other day. Since it was lunchtime and we needed a place to eat. The food was good. I ordered the kids boneless 4-pc. wings, and subbed the fries for potato wedges, and a root beer. The chicken was good by itself--without any sauce even though I did order mild. My dad got a burger, which he raved about and my mom got chicken wings, a salad and carrot sticks with celery. Have to complain about the food we got. We made our order online and picked up the food from this restaurant. The fries we ordered were old and dry like being set for long hours. There were also some nasty pieces we do not expect to see in this container. We called back to let them know the fries were not good, and the cashier argued that we already checked the food in the restaurant. Yes, we did checked the food before leaving to make sure the order was correct, but this is a take-out order, and there's a big difference between "check the order" and "try the food". Very unhappy experience I'd say. We have some other bad experiences about the food in this restaurant. Several times their traditional wings were very dry and hard like wing jerks. read more

I rarely write reviews but after putting in a pick up order for three orders of tenders of sauces, with cheese curds as a side my wife brought home the tenders with ZERO sauces and fries as a replacement. She didn't know any better and told me they told her they were out of curds so they just put fries instead. The fries of course were cold and tasteless and not what I wanted. What was worse was that the only sauces for the tenders were the two extra I ordered and nothing else. When I called to ask for an explanation, the person who answered told me they were "slammed" and it wasn't their fault. I'm sorry I know it's COVID and I know you're busy, but that's NO excuse when someone pays $50 plus for an order. With an abundance of chicken places out there I can safely say I will no longer go to ANY BWWs and will encourage others to do the same. read more

Our food came out in batches which we didn't like. My chicken came out first and my friends waited another 10 minutes before their food came out. I ordered a side of fries but never received them. I asked about the fries and they said they were on their way. I finally told the waiter to remove the fires since I finished my meal before the arrived. The fries came out right before we were about to leave, thankfully we never had to pay for them. Our boneless chicken was completely cold, like almost as if they were pulled out of a refrigerator. They barely had any sauce on them and some bites felt as if the chicken wasn't fully cooked all the way through. Extremely long wait times before even getting drinks, servers that don't make eye contact or even pretend to be enjoying their job, hair in food, chicken that isn't hot (barely warm), food not made to order, ordered two meals for two people and had it brought out on one plate instead of a plate for each of us, extremely slow drink refills, paid for extra sauce and received 1/3 of a cup of sauce instead of a full cup, dirty silverware, tables that weren't clean, and long wait times on food. I don't normally give bad reviews, but I think it's important that people know. Yep, I still love this location! We walked in, wanting to watch a hockey game... and they didn't have it on any of the monitors. We decided to go somewhere else, and as we were walking out, one of the greeters asked why we were leaving. As we were about to get into our car, he ran out towards us and told us they could put it on for us. :D Of course, I didn't want to go elsewhere!
