Use to love this place over Wingstop because they had more wing flavors and wings cooked naked and not only fried. Also more options on the menu, and dine-in atmosphere. But wasn't into wings last night instead purchase the Philly cheesesteak roll. Roll came toasted hard, no softness. Wasn't the best if this was in competition with other places of this sandwich. Potato wedges were the best thing on the plate. Seasoned well. But should of gotten a burger instead. But that Philly, was toasted so hard, wasn't worth eating. I see this location has two stars. It's close to my home and we keep trying it, hoping it'll improve. It has, by two stars, barely. It improved because it no longer smells like a dirty mop, and the food we ordered arrived quickly. The server was great; friendly and efficient, and the beer was cold. The wings? Don't get the salad but the wings are good. We didn't wait too long to sit and out waitress was very nice. It wasn't too busy but not too quiet either. It was confusing knowing where to go to get seated since there's a desk when you come in, one a little further back and someone just to the right of entrance. My boyfriend got the 10 lemon pepper boneless wings which were good, with fries. I got the Cobb salad that was supposed to come with shredded chicken but that hints of chicken. Worried that I'd still be hungry with just lettuce and for slices of tomatoes and one egg, I asked if I could get chicken in my salad. I got a good helping in a cup that I would later find was for an additional cost, just over a dollar so not bad but it should have come with my chicken. I got a side order of chicken wings to fill me up, which were good. There was no napkins on the table for an place where you're eating with your hands. The silverware wasn't in the table. They use plastic ware that I went to go hunt down since most people don't need them for wings but I had a salad. The checkout was also confusing. I wasn't sure if we had to get you to pay or wait. The last 3 times I have been at this location (in the last 3 weeks) have been horrible service. We sat in the bar area each time. Tonight we have been here for an hour - tables all around us have been dirty. Only 1 of our 2 tables was cleaned after a request. Restaurant is not clean, service is very slow, understaffed, and beer was flat. We were charged for drinks that we did not drink and sent back. We were never asked if we wanted to order food after we told the server we wanted to order. All other staff was too concerned with cleaning dining area instead of serving customers. read more

Haven't been here in forever. We stopped coming here because the wings got so small and the order of fries wasn't worth the price charged. This establishment used to be so hard to get into especially on a Friday night but it's so empty today. The ambiance is casual and loud music is playing. No more games to play while you wait for your order to come out. Our waitress took awhile to get our (water) drinks. They were out of fountain drinks because they ran out of carbonation on a Friday so iced tea or water it was because they were low on lemonade too. Today we ordered the 30 piece traditional, lemon pepper, hot bbq, and Nashville hot with a large order of fries. Still disappointing for the price. The flat was as big as a small French fry (pictured below) No special flavors or large wings. I won't be coming back but if you're ok with the price you're going to pay, ok. Upon entry, while walking to be seated at a high top near the bar, the closer we got, the more the place smelled like a dirty dish rag that hadn't been washed in months but people keep using. Yuck. One whiff of it, and I could tell that chicken had gone bad. It wasn't even questionable. The manager came over and comped the wrap. Her excuse was that the kitchen staff couldn't smell the stinking bad chicken because he was wearing a mask. Lame excuse. The chicken should be dated, and the temperature of the fridge should be checked. Serious lack of quality control going on. Should have done a little more than just comp his meal IMO when you may have given someone food poisoning. Who knows how many other people ate that bad chicken. BDUBS is a great place for the boys to get together and watch some sports.. Especially on Tuesday's when it's basically half price bone-in wings! Now I know it's busy on Tuesdays but geez, it wasn't super packed but the kitchen was backed up and our waitress rarely came to our table. I think the restaurant is short staffed especially on Tuesdays. Our food took an hour to come out, but thank God we are patient. We ordered a ton of wings! I tried to order extra crispy of course, due to the Kitchen, they could not do that. Instead we all got soft wings with very little seasoning or sauce on them. For starters, we had to wait 30 minutes just to get our drink order taken from a hostess, because our server was "busy" he walked past us 5 times in the span of 30 minutes and only acknowledged us to say "hey guys I'll be right back, gotta go take another tables order" once we received 3/4th of the drinks ordered, we were ignored for another 20 minutes before we finally got a managers attention about our missing drink plus lack of service. We were finally able to order through the manager (who noticed we weren't being helped the entire time and chose not to help out) as a former server I understand being busy but there's no reason a table should've have gone ungreeted for 30+ minutes. We waited an additional 30+ minutes for our food, (we were really hungry at this point ready to walk out) our food was brought to us by another server (she was amazing btw, she had tables flowing and got multiple tables out the door before we ever received the check) once we finished our food we waited another 10 minutes for the check (which he got wrong because he never came to check on us to see what everybody had) But somehow he magically showed up And waited right by the table once the check was corrected awaiting our payment. We walked in at 10:50 PM and didn't leave until 12:48. I've never written a review before, much less a bad one. But this was ridiculous. read more

This has to be the worst location I have ever been to, EVER. As soon as I walk in I was greeted by flies that came in due to the second door being propped open by the Covid sanitizer that was out of sanitizer machine. No service person at the "Take out counter" which is also where there should at least be a greeter, tables were hella dirty upon entering, most of the tables had chit on them most of the time I was there. The restrooms and piss on most of the floor and walls, that's F'n disgusting. Restroom smelled like their fragrance was Piss, the restaurant looked like the floor was cleaned about 2 hours ago yet the fans and wet floor signs are still out. I could blame this on management but this is an ongoing battle Everytime I come here the service is just crap. You can tell that the staff puts on a fake smile about working here because they all have that, 'Sorry, about the wait' mentality. Every single table has trash on them, and the workers are only taking the trash off the tables with patrons. I have a question as well. Is the Red shirt known to be management?! I went with a party of 7 to enjoy some wings today. very few people in the place Walked in and the girl at the front was extremely non attentive and just staring off into space. We walked up after a few minutes of being ignored and ask for a table for 7. She walked off then came back and didn't say a word. I waited a few minutes and asked again. She looked at me as if she never seen me before and ask how many? I told her again. She again walks off and comes back and asked if we could sit at the bar tables which I said was fine. She turned around and went to the bar. Came back and again staring off into space. After about 10 minutes I asked her if we can go to the bar area or what.
