The fact that another employee was counting cash and reviewing receipts while customers are in there enjoying football and eating was not cool. She also announced to another waitress how much she made for the night ($450.00) and said you did good, Just was not the time and place to do that. Horrible location! If you order for pick up they NEVER get your order correct. Management sucks, I asked for a refund or a new order of fries and he swore I was going to get my money back on my card in 5-7 days but never did. My wife and I came to this location Saturday night 12/6 @ 9:30PM. We were seated promptly. I ordered traditional wings and my wife ordered boneless wings. The waiter brought my wings out and they were perfect. However, my wife's wings were a total joke. They had buffalo sauce on the top but the bottom was bone dry. It's as if they never tossed them. And to make things even funnier, they only put 7 tater tots on the tray. Yes you read that right, 7 tater tots! I asked the waiter was this a joke or were they bringing out her correct order? He flagged down the manager to have him come over. The manager stated "we weigh the fries and tater tots". He also proceeded to say he would bring out extra buffalo sauce so we could put it on her wings instead of having them remade and tossed correctly. Before I could get a word out he rushed off to the kitchen. I flagged our waiter down again and informed him we waited 20 minutes on extra sauce and no one brought anything out. He went to find the manager again, which this time the manager straight up ignored him. The manager then went to the host stand to seat other parties. So at that point I got up and communicated the issue directly to him. After a few minutes he came back to our table demanding the current tray of cold wings. My wife was hesitant to give him the tray, stating she would exchange the tray when he brings out the correct order. Mind you she never touched the food. After a brief back and forth I ended up giving him the tray and he advised a fresh order would be brought back out. 10 minutes later he brings out what I thought was fresh wings and a huge portion of tater tots. That's when things took a downward spiral. My wife took a bite out of the first wing and everything was fine. She reached down for another wing and it was hard as a rock. This guy literally put 4 fresh wings on top of the cold wings we sent back and poured buffalo sauce on top of all of the wings to make it seem like everything was fresh. You read that right, he put those old cold wings back in the fryer and served them right back to us. At this point I'm furious that he would try and play us like this. Like what kind of manager of a restaurant would do something like this? I got my waiters attention and he came back to the table. I explained everything to him, which I even took a fork and tried to cut the wings in half but couldn't. The waiter apologized and admitted he noticed what the manager did and offered to remake her order for the 3rd time. We said absolutely not. I ended up paying the tab and taking care of the waiter big time off his honestly alone. This wasn't his fault, it was the manager's reckless actions that ruined our night. I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location during my lunch break, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was unorganized, and the staff showed very little urgency or accountability. My food order was incorrect, and when I notified the server, the manager, Jason, acknowledged the mistake and told me they would remake the order "fresh." However, after waiting an additional 30 minutes, the corrected meal never arrived. Considering I was on a limited lunch break, this delay was unacceptable. When I asked to speak to the manager again regarding the issue, and at the very least, to address the inconvenience. I was told someone would come by, but no one ever did. Instead, I received only a $2 discount for an order I never even received. That is extremely poor customer service and shows a lack of responsibility and leadership. Overall, I left frustrated and without the meal I paid for. This location urgently needs stronger management and more attentive service. Busy shared parking with multiple businesses...but plenty of parking and got a spot up front even though we arrived at 12:45pm Not to busy and greeted fairly quick and seated. Took a bit for waitress to come to table and take drink orders and also to return with the drinks. Waitress also took a bit to return to take our orders. But the service was good and no issues. Ended up paying on app and I like that for security reasons as your card never leaves you. App is pretty easy to use also..but if you still want you can pay waitress. They have roaches every once in awhile as well. One time , it was a sewer issue to where it was poop water coming out of the sever stations and the women's toilet. They STILL chose to serve food. There's so many disgusting things I can name about this place. They also don't pay you what you're supposed to. For my 6 month raise , they gave me .25 ... and you're supposed to get paid $1 more every time you train someone. I've trained 4-5 people and never seen any of those dollars. The prices are expensive anyways and you'd be better off at eating at wingstop or eating at the togo location. I got robbed while being on the clock. They stole the register. I had been working there for almost 6 months and they NEVER showed me or anyone else the panic button. So I was literally out of luck with no security officer. They have one computer with no register and this happened 3-4 months ago! They've yet to buy another register and only one computer works. The ONE keypad that works ? It's raggedy and broken. It won't even let you properly tap on the screen. They're too cheap to get that fixed and now takeout is loosing money in tips because the general manager Andrew Taylor doesn't do his job. Um, this place is loose. Very loose. A lot of clowning around, a lot of jaw jacking, not enough working. Im here now and everything in here is dirty: the bar, the tables...everything. The employees seem to be having a good time, but Im not. I watched the bartender walk around the bar several times talking, laughing, and high-fiving while sat here waiting what seemed like an eternity for my beer. Im looking at one employee across the dining room texting on his phone. A girl walked out of the kitchen and literally lifted her shirt up to her bra. I was sat with my 3 kids in a booth waited 10 min to see if anyone would attend us... mind you this is at 5:30 on Friday so the rush hasn't even started. Place may have had 6 tables with guests. I came with my 3 boys (10, 7, 4 yrs old) had to leave them unattended so I could walk away and place my order at the bar. The gentleman at the bar was great and took my order right away. The meat is still raw on the inside and apparent that they were just taken out of the freezer. The chips we ordered were stale and the salsa outdated. I visited this location on 12/30/2022 around 8:30pm and stayed until about 10:30pm. I slept the entire morning because of depression. But around 2pm I got some good news so I chose to explore the area and celebrate. Ever since I started writing reviews I try to be thorough and fair with whoever I interact with so, please be patient with this long review. First off, the security guard was welcoming and funny asf! I'm not going into details about our convo but he stepped in and made sure new customers were being greeted. I would suggest a sign letting customers know they can seat themselves if you don't have a greeter or pay the security a little more if he's going to do both jobs. I found a seat though and instantly was greeted by a fun sized Caucasian woman, but I didn't get her name. However she checked on me throughout the entire time I was there, she got off of work around the same time I was leaving so it shouldn't be hard to figure out this amazing person!
