I just want to start off that this was my first time here at this location. I did the 19.99 deal and ordered onion rings and a cookie skillet. It started off with waiting a bit for our server Emily but it went smooth. I had a few issues with the food but it wasn't my server fault it was the kitchen. One thing I want to bring up when it comes to service is when someone just got their entrees and isn't even hallway through do not set down the dessert. I had to stop eating my entree to focus on the dessert because it's going to melt. It ticked me off on top of the things that happened to the food thankfully the manager CJ was nearby and sorted us out. He remade my food and my cookie skillet I didn't even have to ask he just did! At the end when it came to the check CJ had comped the meal! I wasn't even expecting that! BWW has declined drastically. The service is horrible. Kitchen took forever. I haven't been to BWW in about a year and had no idea that BWW now allows you to order through your phone. After placing our order, it took over 20 minutes to receive our drinks. It took over 50 minutes for our FIRST appetizer to come out. We didn't have any silverwares. We had to asked for them several times and still were missing a set. The wings took over an hour and 25 minutes before they actually came out. Did I mentioned that the place was more than half empty. I gave this place three stars because the server was nice, courteous, and they may have been understaffed. My folks are visiting and they're stuck in their own ways when trying food places. I could recommend so many other places in Houston to get wings and such, but it comes with a 1000 questions. So Buffalo Wild Wings it is.... First time I've been here in probably a decade. Eh. Let me start by saying this place is really close to my house and my friend and I were craving wings - specifically park garlic. So we came here. It was a little after 3pm, so in time for their happy hour. It was not happy lol. We were greeted immediately and told it was open seating, so sit anywhere. This place stays getting orders wrong, whether over the phone or online. I've lost count how many times I've had to get home just to go right back to the store to get the correct order. You have to 1000% triple check after these people I get mistakes happen but they miss the mark way too often at this location. This last time I decided that I just wanted a refund and to take my business elsewhere, I wasn't even craving the wings anymore. The manager gave a sketchy excuse about their system not being able to process refunds out for a few days....so I left empty handed and just disputed it with my bank. I love eating Buffalo Wild Wings, but the service at this location is almost always awful. Tonight, our waitress, Miya, was so apathetic and rude. Once we ordered our food, we didn't see her until she brought us our food. Mind you, she only had one other table (at least in our section--we only saw her with one other table). There were very few people in the restaurant at the time...she was not busy at all. She would take orders from the table next to us, and she would go the opposite direction of our table, taking the long way, to get to the server station, purposely avoiding us. They really get you in touch with your hunter-gatherer ancestors here by making you hunt down your server in order to get anything from this god forsaken place. Once you do find a server who cares enough to help you, they just ask you to order via the QR code and leave you to your devices. The wings consistently look like they've been sitting out for minimum 20 minutes and I've never had a warm fry. To tell the truth I've never been impressed with their chicken wings and I'll tell you what, their competition that is well known does it way better. That being said I was watching an eating show on YouTube and the content creator was raving about and smacking on Buffalo Wild Wings new brisket topped hamburger with bacom aioli and their potato wedges that they cover in flavored powder if you like. For instance, you can get salt and vinegar or BBQ powder on your fries. I opted to try the brisket burger without BBQ sauce and I added pepper jack cheese. (They give you 5 or 6 choices of cheese which is nice) I also ordered potato wedges without any flavored powder. The burger 2.5/5 the patty was really juicy and ot was a big burger topped with a lot of brisket. The brisket was overpowering and already drenched in BBQ sauce, which I don't like BBQ sauce on burgers. The brisket overpowered the bacon aioli, I didn't taste it at all. Once I logged in I didnt get any birthday offers to active it which was a technical issue. I explained it to the waiter who was very nice, but she stated the manager would need to override it. He said I had to call tech support because he couldn't override it due to it affecting his store "negatively". I haven't been to a Bdubs (northern slang) in awhile and honestly, I probably won't in the future. I wanted something that I knew of, was close and had drinks that I know I enjoyed. Customer Service- We walked in and there was nobody in the front and so we waited a minute just in case it was busy and we ended up waiting almost 10 minutes to be seated. We had to go find someone to ask if we could just seat ourselves since it wasn't even busy. Our waitress was nice though so that was a plus! Food/Drink- I had the drink of the month which was the Cruzan Cooler or something like that- it had rum, lemon, lime and a splash of Sierra Mist. I always like the drinks here and always felt like I got my monies worth in that area. As far as the FOOD goes, the fried pickles are always amazing but they sliced their portion literally in half and the price of course stayed the same but nonetheless, they're so good. I also had a "small" size traditional wing plate and one thing I noticed (it's not the biggest deal but it really shows that they're trying to cut costs) is that if you do traditional style, you get one less wing than you would if you did boneless and that's something I've never seen before so it was just weird. Anyways, the Parmesan garlic wings were AWESOME- super flavorful with the right balance of those flavors and they were basically smothered in the sauce. The medium heat ones- not so much. They were dry, barely ANY sauce on them and the flavor sucked. It felt like I was eating a raw piece of chicken with some salt for added flavor, yuck! We also ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was really confusing because it wasn't crispy at all, more like soggy and it wasn't hot AT ALL. The BBQ sauce was sweet and it just looked and tasted sad. Flavors weren't anything to rave about and it's definitely not something we'd get again. I ordered a simple lunch menu item, 10 boneless wings. I ordered 5 mild and 5 spicy garlic. Besides the fact that the food took forever to come out and when it did it was already cooling down and wasn't hot, when I received my food, I was given 5 mild wings and 5 orange chicken wings.
