Ordered door dash tonight from here and first off the driver sent me a pic of him waiting at the counter for over 20 min with no help. I ordered chips and queso, cheese curds, 3 chicken dippers and tator tots. There was nobody in the restaurant the driver said so I called and asked if my food was done and the door dash driver was waiting and what I got was a very rude individual. The food I finally received was a total joke. The chicken looked like they took one filet and cut it up in three pieces and put it in a box and charged me 14 dollars. The tator tots were so over cooked it hurt your teeth to even eat them. The cheese curds were a big pile of grease in a box. The first pic below is what the chicken should have looked like and the second is what they gave me. It also tasted like an old crusty shoe. I will not order from here again. read more

Ordered a to-go salad and fries. Had to ask for the fries and couldn't eat the salad. While I appreciate the people who love spicy, I don't. I ordered mild chicken fingers on my salad and apparently the message was not received. The chicken fingers were too hot to eat. And they definitely need more than one young woman working the to-go area. She was running around with a large group of people waiting to pick up their order. Mine was about 15 minutes later than promised time. Don't need to go back. read more

Well.... It was 10pm of a Saturday during the Sooners game when we arrived. Bar area was a mess, plenty of unoccupied tables but only two were clean. Order 15 traditional wings, came out missing carrots and celery, and the forgot the sauce. Smallest wings ever. Classic chicken wrap was made with the incorrect sauce. They remade the wrap and then removed it from the bill. When we paid, they ended up charging us for it (the bill showed it was removed). Make sure to check you receipt if you dare to come here. read more

Ambiance, service, cleanliness and personality. Alyssa, the bartender was amazing. Polite, fast; efficient and friendly. Good Bloody Mary's - with a Schnit, that we didn't have to ask for. Great TV's-!! Holland, MI Buffalo Wild Wings is one of our new GO TO places. read more

Food took a long time, then it wasn't very warm when we got our wings and it sent me straight to the bathroom after I got done eating it!

Had the pleasure of being served by Ashley and was greeted by John who stopped to chat, ensuring our meal was great and asking if we needed anything else. We came in at a busier time, so I was impressed the food still came out quickly. Craving the wings again, will be back soon! read more

Service and food quality have gone downhill over the last year. Gave them another opportunity , and they failed with the service. Came in to see an NFL game , asked if they can change a tv screen to the game the manager said no it was all programmed REALLYYYYY! It's a sports bar /restaurant . As I'm watching the game customers are upset because they are getting turned away not enough staff in the bar section . Plenty of empty tables . They've lost a customer after today's visit , I will be getting NFL Sunday Ticket . APPARENTLY THEY DONT NEED MY BUSINESS read more

Awful experience. We came for lunch when there was no one in the restaurant. It took 15 minutes for a server to come to our table and then another 15 just for water. I order a wrap and then when it was made wrong I sent it back and when I got the correct order with a crazy amount of ranch on it and refused to pay for my food after the service I received. I will not be returning to this location read more

Almost every time you order it's going to be wrong. Just had an order and they literally didn't even put sauce on the wings....

IT'S BDUBS, BUT FACELIFTED! About a month ago, this location underwent a *substantial* renovation. If you haven't been here for awhile, it'll hardly look the same. The entry way and reception counter have been redesigned. The dining room to the east is brighter. The bar area to the west is expanded with booths along the wall, and the lighting there is also brighter. Feels like there are even more TVs shoehorned in, featuring every sports event of the moment. There's even a feed that shows the scores of local high school games! Check it out. That said, it's still BDubs. For me, I appreciate that I can order 15 traditional wings, drums only, with carrots and ranch, and nobody gives me any trouble. Tonight's sauces were Asian Zing and the salt and vinegar dry rub (seemed saltier tonight than I remember, but the Asian Zing was on). Wings were also of a good size and were cooked appropriately. (I've been to other locations where it felt like I was getting double fried wings--all shriveled and dried up. Yuck.) Sometimes, when my team wins, I'll order "Victory Cake." It's BDubs' own chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. But tonight I went without dessert. I sat at the bar counter to watch some NFL playoffs and had excellent service from Kendra. It was busy but not jam packed. It's BDubs. The chain you know. I knew what to expect and I didn't expect any more. And all in all, I left satisfied, which is what I want when I'm spending money to go out and eat. Drums only! --Jayson read more

Very disappointing. The wings looked like they were made earlier and warmed up. Very tough and small. The staff were non existent when picking up the order. Ignored by 2 staff completely, finally found someone to help. Been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and have had good food. Will not be going back to this one. Other wing places in town are much better. read more

My wife and I were in last night and had Kiersten as a server, and she was absolutely amazing. At my work we have done multiple lunch orders. They have never been correct. Always missing drinks or sauces. Also, have you tried the jerky wings? You order regular wings and they overcook them until the meat is bone dry and crunchy read more

Went for a lunch trip on Sunday before football games really kicked off. Didn't realize that kids meals are half off so that was a bonus as we had our young boys with us. Destiny was our server, she was phenomenal! Super friendly and accommodating and catered to our needs as well as watching out for our young boys needs too. Megan the GM also stopped by and said hi to our kids. Just a very welcoming atmosphere. Food came out quick for the boys which we always love to get them going. And our food came out shortly thereafter. My wife and I both ordered the burgers, I got the cheese curd burger- it was so tasty and flavorful. I don't come to bdubs enough but they really do alot of dishes really well and give you great portions at a reasonable value. Definitely will be back. read more

Horrible service and cold food! Had to find the manager to get a seat with restaurant around 10 percent filled

I would give this location a lower rating for to-go orders but when dinning the experience is average. But when ordering take out they are horrible. Constantly are the wings bone dry with barely any sauce on them. They have also been known to miss things in our order. If you do order from here, I suggest asking for extra sauce. read more

Where to start, stood by table that had a group of friends so I could place to go order, waiter never came by. Got tired of waiting so went to the bar to ask if I could place a to-go order, was told to go to takeout counter to place order. Stood there like an idiot for 10 minutes as no less than 6 employees walked by and not one asked if I had been helped or needed anything in spite of me being the only customer standing at the counter. Never placed an order to get food so I guess that is one way to keep people from making reviews based upon food quality. read more

I ordered a 15pc traditional wings with 3 sauces: mango habanero, caribbean jerk, and parmesan garlic, (all flats), with blue cheese on the side. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings! However, this has to be one of the worst locations in the chain. I went here with a friend, and used to be a very frequent visitor. It's been a while however since I've been here as I was out of the country, and I was immediately drawn to the Buffalo Boneless bar pizza. When it arrived however, there were less than 1/2 the toppings pictured on the menu, and 1/3 of the chicken.. I ordered this because it looked good and filling, but what I got was a severe disappointment.. I brought it up to our waitress, but she just shrugged and said 'yep, that's how it is'. I won't be coming back to this bws again, and it will likely be a while before I come back at all.. read more

Well....I ordered online and I did not get the veggies. I blame myself, I should have opened the bag and gone through all the boxes!! You go out to eat or order out to relax and leave it to the food professionals to provide you with breakfast, lunch or dinner. I really dislike when the service is subpar. I should have just made dinner at home and let the restaurants close!! In this case it's like they just don't care. read more

I get that wing prices have skyrocketed and the menu prices have to reflect that. But there was no way I was paying those prices for wings. So I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries instead. When it came out, I told my wife that I didn't know I had ordered half a sandwich, because that's literally what it looked like. Turns out that was actually a good thing, however. The flavor combination of the wing sauce and the philly ingredients made for the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. I mean it was terrible. I give two stars because the service was actually very good. We appreciate the folks that are actually out working for a living and left her a great tip despite the awful food. Maybe I shouldnt have been so cheap and just ordered the $35 wings after all, huh? :) read more

I wish it was possible to give a place ZERO stars. I visited during the UofM vs MSU game this past Saturday. Immediately upon arrival, a MOUSE was crawling all over the resturaunt. A server was trying to catch it like it was a regular occurrence. Not to mention, it crawled on our boots before being sat! Then as we were sat, it re-appreaded in the dining room. As more and more people started to notice, the room became more and more quiet. The manager ended up following the mouse and would tell patrons about the mouse as it would be under the table. This lasted for at least 10 minutes and I still never saw anyone remove the mouse. The food we ordered also came out wrong at first and no one ever addressed the mouse OR apologized. Enter this establishment at your own risk, and DON'T wear open toed shoes. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. A 1 star is too much to give. Hands down the worst service ever. Waited a whole hour in an empty restaurant for our wings to come out dryer than sand.
