All this guy can say is WOW! This was my first experience at BW3's and it will definitely NOT be my last! From beginning to end the service was spectacular! Our server, Miranda, was nearly a mindreader. She was tentative and ensured our table was clutter free. Though maintaining a clutter free table may seem trivial to most, this father of two boys was incredibly greatful! Miranda also maintained contact with her manager and informed him that it was my first visit to their restaurant. The manager made sure to reach out to my family and enquire about our visit. Our conversation seemed more than just a manager trying to get a feel for his customers opinion, he was genuine and wanted to know about 'The Neals'. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The variety of sauces did not go unappreciated. The tablets loaded with free games and the noisy atmosphere was perfect for my two rambunctious boys. I placed an order for a large order of wings with a split sauce. . .1/2 with spicy garlic and 1/2 were medium. Frankly, I could not tell the difference. These wings were different than what I'm used to, both in sauce and in texture of the meat. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I didn't like it. And then someone told me the wings are boiled and stored, then they are heated up for an order and the sauce applied. And yeah... that's what it tasted like. Full disclosure.....I took half of my order home in a doggie bag. The next day, heated up in a microwave, they were actually better! Our server was great! I have always loved B-dubs, however, recently, I have noticed the service getting a little less and less attentive to what most would consider good or even normal customer service. Case in point, my most recent visit for takeout for my kids hockey Christmas party. I ordered ahead, came in at the appointed time, and waited upon my arrival for a couple of minutes while the guy behind the counter took another phone order. Not a long wait, so no big deal. I gave him my name, he found my order on his screen, took my money, gave me my receipt and disappeared into the back to retrieve my food. A full 10 minutes later, the young hostess finally finished chatting with the two boys that had came in, apparently just to flirt with her, and noticed I was starting to get a little impatient, and asked if I'd been helped yet or not. I said, yes, 10 minutes ago the guy left to get my food. She then disappeared into the back and a few minutes later appeared with my food. She just handed it to me. No apology, no explanation, no inquiry if i needed anything else, just handed it to me and turned around and walked away. Is this really how Buffalo Wild Wings is now training these kids to treat customers? Very disappointing. read more

Very disappointed the place I have went to for years has become a back up place very slow always need to check your order no longer have the Tuesday specials...I just made my last stop and the order was incorrect and had to wait and additional 10mins the place was empty...how do they pay the rent?? From the few customers they continue to take advantage of well I'm one that has had enough....was ok while it lasted but good luck ripping off your loyal last few .... done with Bw3!!!!!! read more

it was awful we waited almost two hours in an empty restaurant our drinks were wrong we had to ask for re fills and the food was cold and all messed up and just crusty . the manager didn't seem to care either .i don't recommend coming here at all . bill took about 30 minutes to come read more

If I could give 0 I would. It's terrible. My wings were cold and how does a sauce become so darn dry. I don't understand the physics. The music was revolting. . After a $1 Million + renovation, I must say I find myself here all the time! Great atmosphere, food is decent, wait staff can be a little on the slow side, the 4 stars would be for my 2 favorite bar tenders and NFL Sunday Ticket. Manager always finds a good spot to put my Bills on even though I'm typically the only fan! Ask for Stacy or Josh back at the bar, friendly and will take good care of you. read more

Normal BW3's experience the service was a bit on the slow side however it was Sunday and was getting pretty busy. I did like the TV's at the booth which was a nice touch. Used to live in Newark and this place has definitely changed since my last visit. The decor has really improved. read more

Ballad of an ex customer. Family and I either went to or ordered takeout from this location every Thursday for almost 6 months. I used to go to this location for racing, football, and UFC ppv. No longer. Thursday last i ordered the exact same thing i order every time I order takeout. 20 boneless teriyaki and 3 bleu cheese dressings. When my wife returned with the food not only were the wings severely undersauced, but the sauce that was on them wasn't even in the ballpark of teriyaki. Having built what I thought was a decent relationship with the staff I called to voice my displeasure. The manager offered me a 20 credit for next Thursday (today). Swore he would go at that very moment and write it up with my name and phone number and it would be ready. Well it wasn't. The manager today who was not the manager last Thurs And probably won't be the manager next Thursday or even probably tomorrow. They seem to have at least 4 per day that rotate in a never ending cycle of unaccountability. This should not reflect badly on all buffalo wild wings as the wings are good, the service is middle of the road. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Anyway, no more boneless thursdays or my money for nascar NFL or UFC. They don't care, I'm one person but I can warn others. read more

Maybe the worst dining experience of my life. Showed up on Sunday at 2:30 PM and was told there was a 30 minute wait although there were 20 tables available. We had our grandson with us so we were not going to sit at the bar but they refused to seat us even to order drinks until the kitchen was ready. The dumpy, clueless hostess and bitter manager were probably the most unfriendly people on the planet. The managers job is to put customers in the seats and generate revenue but he was too busy cooking because he obviously has no respect from his employees. This is a sports bar. So my expectations are being able to watch local sports (in this case a buckeye football game) and getting drinks when I need them. I gave the place a 2 instead of 1 because we did get drinks somewhat timely and the 2 large TVs in view had the game on. However, the other 30 plus TVs were playing games that nobody in Central Ohio could care less about. We weren't sitting too close to the big TVs and it took an hour to get the staff to change any of the other TVs. The excuse was that a the place was busy 1pm on a Saturday...cmon now The food took forever, and was good, but still took an hour to get...the order wasn't correct (which they did remedy...but at this point we were more than annoyed). Whenever I encounter a place that is run like this I wonder how they stay open or what else is being done incorrectly behind the scenes. It could be from lack of competition in the area when it comes to sports bars or just low expectations from the people that live around here. I might try this place again...but I'll have to be talked into it. read more

Absolutely terrible food. My dealership ordered wings and wedges like we do most Thursdays. We asked for extra wet wings. These weren't even close. They had barely any sauce at all. Dry as can be. Wings are terrible, sauce is good. That's the story of every BW3 though. My issue is I came in and literally told the hostess I was there to watch a particular game. So she sits me at a table with no TV. After ten minutes I get my waitress to turn it on a big TV. But then a half hour later they switch my blue jacket hockey game to soccer. Sorry but this is America, no one watches soccer. And it was the playoffs for a local team! I had to flag the waitress down again and wait another five minutes to continue watching my game. I literally only went to b dubs to watch that game so it was an unfortunate experience. However, the waitress was superb and even was able to get me a bar drink that wasn't on the menu, which I appreciated. However the hostesses are pretty awful, which seems to be a reoccurring theme in these reviews so you'd think the management would do something about that, but alas... read more

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings today at noon to watch some basketball,the NCAA Tournament. I had been watching it at home the last couple of days, and seeing commercials for Wings, Beer, Sports. Yea, that would be Buffalo Wild Wings. So I go in for lunch, on a Saturday I might add. There were 5 patrons in the entire establishment. I take a seat at the bar, and they have every tv on a NIT basketball game, The Little Dance. I politely ask the bartender if she could change the tv station. This bartender acted like this was a huge hassle for her. I had to argue with her a little bit, before she finally changed it. Meanwhile, the music is blaring, and they have no volume on the tv. Hello, Buffalo Wild Wings, you are a sports bar, at least that's what you spend all that money on advertisement, advertising. I got up and left and took my business elsewhere. Buffalo Wild Wings in Heath Ohio, you had 5 people in your whole establishment, at noon on a Saturday of March Madness, you are not doing something right. Needless to say I will not be coming there for Wings, Beer, Sports. What a waste of advertisement money. You should really take advantage of this time of year. The only reason I give it one star is because of your 1 mill in upgrading the place. read more

So I went here a couple nights ago with two friends. We waited for over an hour for our food. The waitress never came over to offer refills or offer an explanation for the delay. She served everyone around us and cleaned tables. The bartender noticed us from across the restaurant and gave us a refill. Finally my friend had to grab the waitress and ask her if she ever put our order in. She shrugged and said she would check. She came back and said the kitchen sent our order to the dining room by mistake. The dining room had been cleared for nearly 30 mins at this point. She said she would have them start our order so it would be fresh and see if the manager would give us ten percent off. I asked to see the manager and he never came so I went to the front of the restaurant to get him. He said the kitchen had been very "on top of things all night" and said the waitress was blaming them for her mistake. He never apologized and comped out food but not the drinks. The staff members are very friendly. Most even remember my order and know me by name. Never had slow service at this one at all unless a big basketball game or football game on and the kitchen staff falls a little behind on orders but the waitresses always come over and explain what's going on and give me updates on how long it will be before the food is ready. read more

Third time in a row that service was horrible!!! Every single time we go the host or hostess continue their conversation before greeting or helping you. Usually they are bad mouthing other staff which is just delightful to stand and listen to. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks (never did get any refills) and 55 minutes on our cold gross food. My order was completely wrong and when I pointed that out to the manager he said "yea so what do you want me to do about it?!" I was taken back by his rudeness so I said "take it off her bill" and he stomped away. When the bill came it had not been removed. We went to watch the OUS game and grab some dinner. Our service was less then stellar Ashlee was to be taking care of us. She grabbed our drinks promptly and took our order. We ordered a sampler with no jalapenos and honey bbq wings, also a small wings and fries. Ashlee did not deliver our food as she was busy. When she came over 15 minutes after our food was delivered, we asked for more Mountain dew, the bbq that was previously ordered and a side of salsa. She did not return for a good 10 minutes did not bring anything that we had asked for but dropped the bill off. There was an extra charge for bbq that was to come with my meal. (pick 3 sauces) At this point my food is all cold because I have been waiting 25 minutes for bbq and salsa, I ask for the manager he eventually comes over and makes things right. He returns our bill with a balance and we leave the exact cash on the table and head out all to be chased outside for a host asking if we planned on cashing out. We then tell her we left the money on the table and she replied "oh you did?" So you mean to tell me no one checked before assuming we did not pay! Very disappointed and will not be back. read more
