I visited this location because my daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday. No one was at the hostess stand nor the take-out counter when we arrived. My wife and three daughters went to the restroom while I waited. No one greeted me and the door opened from the kitchen where someone looked out at me then closed the door. After that I decided to seat myself while waiting for my family. The dining room smelled like a dirty mop which was probably a result of the food particles and spilled beer fermenting on the carpeted floor. After my family returned I visited the restroom to wash my hands. The long walk down a dimly lit hallway led to the men's room. Inside there was a roll of paper towels sitting on the sink to dry your hands and an 'out of order' sign on the urinal. Keeping it classy. Upon returning to the dining room I noticed a young man standing at the hostess stand who also saw me. There was a waitress tending to 2 other tables nearby. Both employees promptly vanished after I sat down. My now 9 year old is the one who spoke up and said she wanted to leave. She said "this is terrible, no one is going to wait on us." All five of us slowly poured out of the booth and made our way to the exit. The same young man was now at the take-out counter but was gone by the time I walked past. I called the location and after 5 or 6 rings a young man answered. I asked if they were open and explained we just left because no one spoke to us. I told him I finally seated myself after standing there by the hostess stand. He said "no one knew we were there because you seated yourself" and "there was no waitress assigned to that area." "That area". He knew we were there and I just wanted to hear him say it. I asked to speak with the manager as I already waisted 25-30 seconds interrogating the young man. He said the manager was in an orientation and couldn't take my call. I wish him luck. I know the horror of watching a family with three young chldren walk into your freshly prepared dining room. We're not that family. We drove out of our way to Roosters where we were promptly greeted, seated and treated like guests. As usual, we had a great experience. Normally I'm a ghost. If a business fails to provide even the most basic service it claims to provide then I simply never return; never. They won't know they had me or lost me because I won't complain about a poor experience. I'm just gone. This is my daughters birthday and the dude code requires at least a written reprimand. You see this is a systemic issue with Buffalo Wild Wings. We chose this location as we were already in town and because the BWW in Zanesville is a terrible treat on a good day. The zanesville location has a bad habit of bringing out your main course before you get to taste your appetizer. The server usually blames the kitchen for the error even though it's the servers fault for entering the entire order at the same time. Which of course that's actually a management error isn't it? The last (THE LAST) time I visited the Zanesville location it was the GM, or at least the shift manager who brought out our meal on top of our appetizer. When I questioned it the response I received was, "would you like me to keep it warm until you're ready?" I mean what reasonable person doesn't want there food returned to the kitchen to die on the line before they eat it? Twice now at another BWW in Cross Lanes, WV I have had my order given to me incomplete. Just entire entrées missing from my take out order. I'm only in this area 1-2 times annually so maybe its an anomaly at this location, but I've only ordered there......twice. My name and email are accurate, though its a burner email I give out when I don't care who has it. You can respond if you like. Maybe I'll read it some day. I want no bribe to return to BWW, because I will never return. NEVER. I wouldn't even take a gift card or special coupon and curse anyone else with it as a gift from me. read more

Waited another 20 for him to bring one of the two drinks ordered, and the other (a draft) came 15 minutes after that. By the time we got there it was almost 12am, and they close at 1am. They were very friendly, and quick to seat us, despite us being there so close to closing time. Was frequently checking on us, without being over bearing. Offered us to go drinks after we were already packing up to leave. The service today was great. We got seated right away. The dining area was clean. Staff was friendly. Our waitress was on top of it (we were one of two parties in the dining area). The food was great as usual. We go to BW3 everywhere and they rarely disappoint. This one is jumps out over other ones since it has a TV in every booth. The food was fresh and tasty and came out in good time. This is the restaurant chain we revisit more than any other sit down restaurant and will for years to come. This was place was close and convenient as I was meeting a friend here that works close by after he got off work. I was actually planning on going to another local wing joint, but for whatever reason we decided to come here instead. I got traditional wings and a side of cheesy potato skins. The potato skins were pretty good. The wings were just "okay." They were just average size and appeared as they had been tossed around in a cheap BBQ sauce just before coming out. They were nothing to write home about and didn't have any real great taste to them. The service was great (thanks Josh!) but the wings were just okay. I'd definitely go to Roosters if you're wanting some amazing wings! At Roosters, you get a variation of wings and drumettes (or all drumettes if you want to pay a little more). After a long night at the music festival. Super tired and nauseous from not eating, me and my friends stop by to grab some food. I really didn't expect to eat much but i also wanted something in my stomach. Got the traditional snack meal of sweet bbq and a side of french fries. Our server was so sweet and so attentive. I love the service and the staff. I have read the bad reviews and completely disagree with them. I come in for all types of sporting events and always find the staff willing to change a channel for me. The bar staff is top notch especially Josh and Stacey. Great service and great food! The only thing that lacks at this location is their Guiness tap. Almost evertime, not all the time, the Guiness tap either seems to be very low or just dirty tasting. Ive mentioned this to the bartenders a couple of times but nothing is ever done. So if you want to have a Guiness while here, it might good and then again it might taste like straight dirt. read more
