The service is slow. The server was nice but being sat in the bar area with not a lot of people (2 other tables & a couple at the bar) we should've been checked on a lot more. The server told us 35 min after taking our order that we have 1 more ticket in front of us & we'd get ours. We got ours 20 min after she said that, and it was cold. My husband got the triple cheeseburger- read the menu, there isn't a 3rd party, it's triple bacon. The bacon was burnt to a crisp & the burger was so cooked it was black on The bottom. The atmosphere is a sports setting but most of the tv/ had just ads & old baseball games playing. We live in the area & try to support them but it seems we'll not come for a couple months & try again, but always get disappointed... hopefully things change. I went here twice this week (Tuesday & Friday). Both times I sat at the host stand for 10+ min. Nobody greeted me. A host would flash appear with a towel in hand, and then disappear. Came during the week to give a fair chance to see if it was different than last time and it was. Ended up with the same booth and server as last time, the service was great, our server was prompt, polite, fast, and was very sweet to my kids which is always a plus for me. The food was delicious, and the speed of the restaurant was so much better than our last visit. You could tell the staff had a more all hands on deck approach which is the way you have to be in foodservice be it front or back of the house. Definitely do NOT recommend!!! Arrived shortly before 6:30 and ordered drinks, appetizer, and meal. Drinks came out, finally an hour later at 7:30, we asked about our appetizer, which was still not ready. Appetizer came out about 5 minutes after that piled into a small paper boat instead of the normal aluminum tray, which was very difficult to eat out of. We would have asked the waitress to bring boats for us to divvy up in, but we had to hunt her down to get any service. Meal came out about half an hour after that (1.5 hours after ordered). We had a couple bites before finding a raw piece of chicken and calling it quits for the night. Several of my boneless wings were tiny chunks of nothing but rock hard breading. To make matters worse, the table directly in front of us, came in and sat after we ordered, also had wings, and had their food and had paid and left before our appetizer even made it out! Then when we finally get the check, I was charged for a beer that we never ordered or received. Your typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Service can be a bit slow, but the servers are nice, polite, and accommodating. When I fly solo, the bartenders are fantastic in the bar area. The food is good. Nothing amazing, but I have only had 2 or 3 mediocre meals here. I have been at this location well over 30 times. The wings are good. The fries are good. The burgers are OK. The salads are very good. It is clear that the kitchen is struggling to keep pace with orders that are placed. I have been currently sitting in the dining room for 2 hours. We have a party of 6, which is large during COVID. However, small orders being placed 30-45 minutes after our order are coming out quicker than ours. Perhaps the management needs to revisit their operational protocol during an influx of orders! I had frequented this location for many years, and it has slowly has lost my business due to their inability to produce quality food in a timely manner. Turn around and go to another restaurant. Was dying because I ate hot wings and the server never came back to refill my water. Tierra the waitress takes forever and doesn't refill your drinks. It was just a horrible experience because I was there on a Thursday to get the buy one get one wing deal and I didn't know that the deal is a buy one wing get one wing super dry with absolutely no sauce that's rock solid. We come here every once in a blue moon and I I'd say this is a good B-dubs location. We went last night for my moms birthday and they were able to accommodate seating for 9 of us and it is kid friendly with a good kids menu. I also like that this is not an absurdly loud B-dubs like many others I've been to. The food here is always good. Probably a little higher priced than I normally like paying for casual outings, but it's good food and I never leave hungry. I almost always get the buffalo chicken salad and they are always nice about substituting things in it which is nice. Good service, good food, a tad pricey but overall I do recommend. read more

Hubbs and I have eaten here only twice; for good reason. Our meals have always been screwed up (95% of the time) and staff is never unapologetic when such errors happen. Restaurant itself is typically messy, even with 20 people working here at any given time. Maybe messy because the average age of those employed here appears to be 19? Not a bad place if you want bar food and they can get your order right. Otherwise, go to Marvin's or even the drive-thru. read more
