My kids, two nieces and one nephew went in here......walked from Lutheran Hospital after a tragic accident within the family. Manager Tammy was rude (like, ruder than anyone in hospitality should ever be) and stated that Indiana doesn't accept a passport for alcohol sales. Our oldest is 26 years old. One of our sons is active duty military. Only one of the group just had his passport, and she refused service. I called, and she was equally as rude to me. Tammy should find another line of work. We won't be back except to complain about her. I gave one star bc there is no option for zero:( I waited tables for many years in college and grad school. Considering the low reviews on this place, I can imagine what the common denominator is. The general manager there is the most horrendous, rudest, & miserable creature I've ever witnessed in my life. After days cooped up at the hospital after my cousin's death, a group of us finally got out to Buffalo Wild Wings, whereupon we were met by a very sweet server. She checked our ID's & took our order. We then waited some time with no issue, when suddenly the general manager pops up and demands our ID's. We show her, and after seeing we were all of age, she decides to lie & say that passports (which one person used) were not legal ID's. We corrected her, but she simply turned away and spat that we could leave if we wanted to. What a miserable person; I feel so sorry for those employees that have to be around her. I had an interesting experience here on 12/20/25. I ordered my food through thier app, which said the food would be ready around 7:00. I ordered around 6:30. Not a bad wait. However, when I arrived, the carry-out line was out the door. The girl behind the counter was amazing, a little flustered, but getting out orders as quickly as she could; the kitchen was slow. The girl behind the counter, Dove, did an awesome job, and keep in mind, the poor girl was left alone to deal with all the orders, and it was her first day. I didn't get my food until 7:30. Considering she was being yelled at by some customers, she handled everything well. She followed all protocols perfectly. I think the overall problem was that there was a table of 30+ who ordered the entire menu, and the kitchen was backed up. They need more staff. My food was hot and fresh, nothing was missing. The manager was great too; she was working in the back to get the orders out properly. If I had to say anything, it's just hire more people to help with dinner rushes. read more

My wife and I visited for dinner. She ordered mozzarella sticks & a small wings, I ordered the Ultimate Nachos. We mozzarella sticks were delivered in about five minutes. About 20 minutes later our server told us our food would be out in about 5 more minutes. (This seems like a longer than it should for, basically, appetizers). When our food did arrive the nachos (the chili and the cheese sauce) were cold, and my wife's wings were lukewarm at bast. About 10 minutes later when I flagged our server down I told her that, at the risk of waiting 20 MORE minutes for nachos, that these nachos would need to be re-made. My wife also mentioned her less-than-hot wings. She had the nachos made in pretty short order they were correct. My wife had already eaten what she wanted to of the wings and nothing was going to save this visit anyway. Our server took both the wings and the nachos off the bill. She asked if a manager had been by our table. NOPE...not at all. The table next to us had a similar occurrence with hot-food-cold and long service times. Pretty miserable visit, to be honest. The only real positive thing about our visit was that there was no wait to be seated. Drinks came on time. That was it. It was about 10 minutes before our order was taken. 15 minutes before the appetizer that was just nachos and dips. Another 15 before the main courses got to the table. All 3 wings orders were room temperature. My two year old autistic child, who already has problems with eating, his order was nowhere. We asked twice about it while eating our food. Didn't see server for 10 minutes. When we did we asked to cancel the order for the 2 year old and asked for boxes and check. While waiting on check, tenders came out and I politely said that we cancelled. Server did apologize that they were sorry they couldn't control the pace of the kitchen. Paid tip and left. I don't know if I could ever see myself taking my family back to that location again. I'm not trying to degrade or talk down. Showed up at 12:30 on a Saturday in October for lunch. There was a line of 3 parties waiting to be seated in a less than half full dining room. We were told there'd be at least a 10 minute wait to be seated. Was told bar was open seating if we'd like. We went to the bar to sit. Was then told my 15 year old son couldn't be in the bar area due to his age. (Even though state law allows for minors to be seated in bar area.) We asked how long we'd have to wait for a table in the dining room. Again, less than half full. We were then told we'd have to wait as they didn't want to overwhelm the 2 servers they had working at the time. At this point, we decided to just go somewhere else. The bar manager then replied with "I'm sorry you don't have any patience." I'm sorry, as the customer, I don't have to have patience when a poorly run restaurant doesn't staff properly for a Saturday lunch rush during football season. It's normal, so I expect that from this location anymore, but when I come back in 15 minutes later, I'm told another five minutes... I was in town visiting a friend and stayed at a hotel close to here. He was craving wings and suggested that we come here, so away we went. When we arrived we were surprised to see a wait. It was almost 9pm! After we walked in, we realized the wait was for the under 21 section and everyone waiting was high school age. Apparently this is a high school hangout, so head to the bar where there is open seating and you'll be okay. We had our choice of tables once we got into the bar area. As I looked out on the family dining section, it was filled with high schoolers.. like 100% filled. Our server, Damo, came over right away and took our drink orders. I asked if they had any local beers on tap, which wasn't the right question to ask him. After watching him try and respond I finally gave him a break and asked for wine instead. He admitted that he isn't a beer drinker but had no clue if any of the beers they had were local or not. The ones he recommended weren't.. Drinks came out lickety split as did our fried dill pickles. I've only ordered from them four times in the last couple years and they have been late in preparing it for carry out buy at bare minimum 15 minutes four times in a row. Their food isn't all that good but occasionally my wife and I would like wings and they're the only place near us. Then on top of that, their service is not super friendly. All in all they deserve at least one star for somehow continuing to stay in business. Since Covid, pretty much all we do is carry out and they are the only ones that have been consistently late in their preparation. My family and I decided to eat at this establishment. A man by the name Jacob, who happened to be a manger, completely ruined our evening. We were sat at a table fairly quickly and placed our orders. The waitress we received was in training, as it was her first day. The only food that came out right were our appetizers. The kitchen messed up our order 2 times. My family and I were very respectful throughout this whole situation. Our order was incorrect the past two times and we were waiting for the correct one to be served to us. A manger, Jacob, came up to our table with a very disrespectful demeanor and told us the kitchen will not be replacing anymore food. My family asked why our food would not be replaced after the multiple mistakes back in the kitchen. Instead of a polite respond Jacob had told us "if you do not like it you can pay your bill and leave." After this we spoke to another manger working and she told us she had no clue of why he would say this because our replacement food was being made in the back. To give this restaurant, a one star is generous. The service was nonexistent. My daughter and I sat at a table for 10 minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged for that matter. There was a swarm of incompetent servers at one table. They dispersed and none of them saw fit to look our way. After a few minutes more, we got up to leave the restaurant, but not before we stopped at the hostess stand to request to speak with a manager. The manager was apparently cooking in the kitchen and could not find the time to speak with me. I'm not sure how true that excuse was but I am certain that after standing in that restaurant for 25 minutes, I left knowing that I would never return again. I have patronized this location for over 10 years spending countless evenings there with friends and family. The lack of accountability from management down is unreal. Do yourself a favor and never visit this location. There are certainly better ways to spend your hard earned money! read more

I want to give this place a good review because I do love the wings. They do those right. However, the carry out experience is ruining it for me. How can it be so difficult to correctly assemble a customer's order? I'm not exaggerating when I say that my carry out order is incorrect half of the time, and I am (or WAS) a frequent customer, placing an order probably every two weeks. Normally, I realize their mistake either before leaving the store or, worst case, before leaving the parking lot. They will fix it, albeit while the rest of the food gets cold and soggy. Tonight, I was in a rush and simply trusted them to get it right. There were only four items in the order, how hard could that be? I quickly peered in the bag, saw four containers, and went on my way. Only after arriving at home - a 15 minute drive away - did I realize that, of course, one of those four containers had the completely wrong menu item. Instead of 30 boneless wings, it contained 20 bone-in wings with the wrong sauce (that we don't even like). Mind you, the 30 boneless wings are a $28 item! I can forgive an occasional mistake. Stuff happens. But the frequency with which this place screws up indicates a total lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. It's gone beyond forgivable. This is such a simple thing to get right! Have some quality control for crying out loud. They aren't the only wing place in town and I'm ready to take my business elsewhere. C'mon, B-dubs. Do better! Edit: In the interest of fairness, I'm going to update this review. Since I originally posted this, I've visited this BW3 twice for takeout.
