To start, I've just had the worst luck with Buffalo Wild Wings in general, we've tried them in ms, tn, and al..This one in particular was bad bad, we got cheese curds too, those are hard to mess up, but my wings (the 6) were so dry and sauce less, which isn't usually a problem, but our waitress Rachel, acted like we were the biggest inconvenience to her day. We had no silverware even after I food was got and we waited to the point it got cold then when she returned with it, the white wrappers were soaked in grease. We asked for extra sauce and we got eye rolls. I ordered the Naked Tenders with Lemon Pepper Dry Rub and a side salad with ranch. My tenders were cool not hot and completely flavorless. My salad was full of hearts with very little in the way of green leaves. Grated cheese was abundant with 4 slices of tomato. The Ranch dressing was the only thing that gave either any flavor. This BWW has really gone down over the past year. I know every business struggles to find good help, but this goes beyond that. There are some really good waitresses, this is no reflection on them. Emma was our waitress last night and she was phenomenal! We have been given very inconsistent food....we order pretzel knots every single time. The last 3 or 4 Times, they have been room temp at best, sometimes still cold in the center. There is almost never any everything seasoning on them anymore. And I always say, no mustard, bring 2 cheese dips. This is served with one mustard and one cheese. We just don't like the mustard. Last night, we were charged for the second cheese dip. Come On....it's a half ounce of cheese dip. My husband didn't get celery/carrots with his wings. I ordered tots and got fries. I don't like the fries here. They said, we'll be right back with them. I was finished with my meal and my husband was almost done with his when Emma had to go locate my missing tots. Kinda didn't want them then..... My biggest issue was with my husbands food. He ordered traditional wings, as he always does. They are never the same. Sometimes dried, sometimes juicy, sometimes really sauced, sometimes he asks for more sauce.....sometimes maybe not quite done. I say that because I'm currently caring for my very sick husband. He didn't eat anything else yesterday, so the food poisoning had to have come from this place. I've read other posts recently about the quality of food and the lack of care or concern from "management". I even have seen where one child had to be hospitalized because of food quality here. Do better BWW of Florence, do better. We won't be back for a very long time, if ever-my 8 year will be devastated because this is what he loves. The best meal I have ever had at a BWW...ever. .. followed the recommendation of the friendly waitress Holly to have the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos with Buffalo rub. It was delicious and actually kind of healthy. That will be a go-to in the future. It went perfect with a local IPA on draft from nearby Green Bus Brewery - it was fantastic - love local IPAs in tap. My wife had a very large margarita that refreshed her after a hot day in the park, and a cheeseburger that she said was top notch. The service was great from start to finish even with the place packed on a Friday evening. We almost skipped it because the parking lot was overflowing. But there was no wait and everything came out fast - drinks and food. The whole experience was great. This is the best run BWW I have visited. It was clean and every sporting event was easily visible on multiple screens. We'll be back next time we visit Florence. read more

I love the atmosphere of this establishment. It is great for watching games and fights and a great place just to hang out with friends. The service is decent and fast. One thing is a must. We live in Florence and eat at Buffalo wild wings relatively often. The food is pretty consistent. The wings are definitely above average and the atmosphere is fun. We went for lunch today and had an unusual experience. Our server repeatedly called us "sweetheart", and I don't mean once or twice, I mean every time she looked at me and my husband she called us sweetheart. Now, I'm old enough to be her mother and I am from the South, so Southern terms of endearment are common and I would not mention it at all if it had not made our meal so uncomfortable. I think that some younger servers don't understand that there needs to be a level of professionalism and it's never OK to call someone's husband sweetheart in front of the wife. I got the impression that it was scripted to earn extra tips, but I'm afraid it will have the opposite effect for her. read more
