And get theres rules but do you think our founding fathers cared about the rules, did you think the people who stood up against slavery cared about the rules. The truth is if everyone went by the book there would be a handful of people in charge and rich because rules keep regular people down. For $19, ($13.29 for 10 boneless and $4.79 for fries) I would expect to receive all 10 of my wings considering they're a bit over $1 a piece. And $5 for a handful of fries is criminal. Both the wings and fries were hard as rocks. Not much of a first experience, I'd rather go to wingstop. read more

The service is good but the wings are BAD! For a while their wings were decent but now they've gotten bad again. Wings shouldn't be mass cooked then left to sit out for hours until an order is placed. That's exactly what they are doing. COOK THE WINGS FRESH TO ORDER!!! read more

To start, I've just had the worst luck with Buffalo Wild Wings in general, we've tried them in ms, tn, and al..This one in particular was bad bad, we got cheese curds too, those are hard to mess up, but my wings (the 6) were so dry and sauce less, which isn't usually a problem, but our waitress Rachel, acted like we were the biggest inconvenience to her day. We had no silverware even after I food was got and we waited to the point it got cold then when she returned with it, the white wrappers were soaked in grease. We asked for extra sauce and we got eye rolls. I don't understand people that have such bad attitudes and work in places like this dealing with the public, if you don't like your job, find another one. Won't be back. read more

The bone in wings are always overcooked and chewy. Staff isn't the most polite either.

wish I could give it 0 stars it's terrible foods terrible service is terrible and overpriced for dry chicken

Food is consistent but dear God, the bartender had a huge attitude--I don't know what happened to her but she didn't even attempt to be professional, she bitched the whole time and my friend and I were supposed to be celebrating but she killed that. Used to come here every week. I haven't been in very long time. Better service elsewhere. Ambience = freaking loud. Loud people, loud wood chairs forcibly scooted on stone floors, loud all over. If you like warm beer this is the place for you. Fl I issues with the food, it was good. I sat at the bar and service was good but warm beer is unimaginable for any sports bar anywhere. And by warm, when the bartender left I looked at the thermometer in their beer cooler, 45°. Yrs, 45°. I have not had beer that warm since my last trip to Germany, yuk. read more

I put a review on here maybe a month or two ago and they just deleted it? Didn't even message me like hey sorry we messed up? So I waited over an hour for food I ordered off the app that said ready in 25 minutes. They only made it shortly before handing it to me. They gave other orders to people who came after me and just said it was "because I ordered bone in".....BWW please explain. Also the workers just ignored me and never asked me if I needed anything, I had to go up to them. read more

I will start with the ONLY reason I am giving 1 star and that is due to the sweet waitress that waited on us. She was polite and checked on us often. I ordered the Naked Tenders with Lemon Pepper Dry Rub and a side salad with ranch. My tenders were cool not hot and completely flavorless. My salad was full of hearts with very little in the way of green leaves. Grated cheese was abundant with 4 slices of tomato. The Ranch dressing was the only thing that gave either any flavor. My husband ordered naked wings with Chipotle BBQ rub and buffalo sauce on the side. The "rub" was sprinkled on one side (not tossed) and the wings were not freshly cooked. Just all around a horrible $45 lunch. read more

Atmosphere is good and service is always prompt. Great place to go watch a game and hang with friends. Their food is typical of a chain Resturant with several options. read more

My experience here was just okay. The service was pretty great as usual, but the wings were mediocre. They weren't seasoned well or consistently. One had almost no seasoning at all, while some had just a little bit. It's a good place if you wanna just sit around and hang with your friends, but not if you're looking for great food. read more

Late on a Sunday night after seeing a once in a lifetime concert. Jason Isbell, Patterson Hood & Mike Cooley playing sit down acoustic. To boot it was in Florence Alabama, just down the road from Muscle Shoals. Didn't get to eat before the show and looking for somewhere to eat on the way back to the hotel. Then we spotted a BW3. Nothing better than wings for a late night snack. Got some breaded mushrooms and some medium wings. The mushrooms were pretty good, the breading was just right and the wings hit the spot. read more

This place is by far the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this restaurant. Our party of 8 were there 10/1 for dinner. First off, they were out of Miller Lite draft and bottles. The Mich Ultra was flat. I ended up drinking Natural Lite. The Nachos, boneless wings and naked tenders were ALL cold. The only item that tasted fresh was the fries. Side note: they were not crowded. read more

Honestly, I would leave Zero stars if it would let me. Waitress was horrible, food was cold, even after I sent it back and asked for a new dish. Was never given any silverware and had to get our own. It is customary for my husband and I to go to Buffalo Wild Wings when we go out of town on a Saturday! This one was perfect! The Ultimate Nachos are a must try and the wings were on point! They were pretty busy as the Alabama Game was starting, but we didn't have a long wait for our food at all! The place was very clean, bathrooms too. The service was exceptional! If you are in the area I recommend stopping by, they make one helluva Bloody Mary too! Thank you to the staff for a great dining experience! read more

I got the wedges with queso, desert heat and bacon and 10 boneless wings. The wing were the best I've ever had from Bdubs and the wedges are always great. Service was fast and friendly. My only complaint is the carrots. They used to be slices. Now they are baby carrots, which I like, but they were very poor quality. They looked like the rejects that they kicked out. The best meal I have ever had at a BWW...ever. .. followed the recommendation of the friendly waitress Holly to have the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos with Buffalo rub. It was delicious and actually kind of healthy. That will be a go-to in the future. It went perfect with a local IPA on draft from nearby Green Bus Brewery - it was fantastic - love local IPAs in tap. My wife had a very large margarita that refreshed her after a hot day in the park, and a cheeseburger that she said was top notch. The service was great from start to finish even with the place packed on a Friday evening. We almost skipped it because the parking lot was overflowing. But there was no wait and everything came out fast - drinks and food. The whole experience was great. This is the best run BWW I have visited. It was clean and every sporting event was easily visible on multiple screens. We'll be back next time we visit Florence. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Florence, Alabama

This BWW has really gone down over the past year. I know every business struggles to find good help, but this goes beyond that. There are some really good waitresses, this is no reflection on them. Emma was our waitress last night and she was phenomenal! We have been given very inconsistent food....we order pretzel knots every single time. The last 3 or 4 Times, they have been room temp at best, sometimes still cold in the center. There is almost never any everything seasoning on them anymore. And I always say, no mustard, bring 2 cheese dips. This is served with one mustard and one cheese. We just don't like the mustard. Last night, we were charged for the second cheese dip. Come On....it's a half ounce of cheese dip. My husband didn't get celery/carrots with his wings. I ordered tots and got fries. I don't like the fries here. They said, we'll be right back with them. I was finished with my meal and my husband was almost done with his when Emma had to go locate my missing tots. Kinda didn't want them then..... My biggest issue was with my husbands food. He ordered traditional wings, as he always does. They are never the same. Sometimes dried, sometimes juicy, sometimes really sauced, sometimes he asks for more sauce.....sometimes maybe not quite done. I say that because I'm currently caring for my very sick husband. He didn't eat anything else yesterday, so the food poisoning had to have come from this place. I've read other posts recently about the quality of food and the lack of care or concern from "management". I even have seen where one child had to be hospitalized because of food quality here. Do better BWW of Florence, do better. We won't be back for a very long time, if ever-my 8 year will be devastated because this is what he loves. But he'll be more devastated when he wakes up on Saturday morning and can't do anything with his dad because he's so sick. Update: we are being discharged from the ER soon hopefully. read more

Food was pretty good until my friends and I randomly got sassed at by some waiter whom i don't know. We were laughing and she remarked about how we had never served before and she makes more money. This is typical BWW fare. Nothing to write home about, but this place has the cutest waitresses in town. Woo woo!

We live in Florence and eat at Buffalo wild wings relatively often. The food is pretty consistent. The wings are definitely above average and the atmosphere is fun. We went for lunch today and had an unusual experience. Our server repeatedly called us "sweetheart", and I don't mean once or twice, I mean every time she looked at me and my husband she called us sweetheart. Now, I'm old enough to be her mother and I am from the South, so Southern terms of endearment are common and I would not mention it at all if it had not made our meal so uncomfortable. I think that some younger servers don't understand that there needs to be a level of professionalism and it's never OK to call someone's husband sweetheart in front of the wife. I got the impression that it was scripted to earn extra tips, but I'm afraid it will have the opposite effect for her. read more

I've eaten at three other BWW and this one is my favorite. The waitresses are always very friendly and it seems very clean. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. I love this restaurant. I ordered my usual, snack traditional with potato wedges, then I added some chicken tenders. During the meal the waitress checked on my multiple times. Before I finished the tenders, the last one wasn't cooked done. I asked a waitress about it, they immediately addressed the situation. I got a fresh one within minutes. The manager, Barry A., came by my table to apologize a out the tender. He was very polite as I was as well. It is easy to undercook a tender. My waitress, Day and Barry took care of the tender in a matter of time. I love this place. I have been here an unknown times. Lots. Everyone who works here are great, very aware of your needs. I will come here a lot. Never a bad time here. Thank you Barry A. and Day for a great lunch read more
