Freezing, was planning on watching games but room temperature was extremely cold. Employees stated that temperature not control by them. Cost control measurement, I am guessing. Said more of a corporate management decision, not the operation management but the corporate or franchise management. Food was okay and the service team worked hard. Room was extremely cold, had our meal with coats on. Also no coffee or hot chocolate. Will be back on a warmer day. Have been there often with great service. read more

I arrived on Sunday, busy day, but I could see several tables open. I asked service for one person (myself, I'm traveling for business). Regardless of the open tables they said I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 25 minutes, without being informed of any progress. The open tables in the meantime remained open. This is the worst sandwich ever. I ordered a chicken club with tomato swiss cheese and mayo. With FF I got a rubber piece of chicken not mayo or tomato with burnt bacon. My food personally was very good, but they were quite slow on the service that night. Our waitress was nice but seemed to be not very interested in our table. My friend got the cauliflowers wings and they were brought out over ten minutes before everyone else's food. Which is fine, she just felt uncomfortable eating while no one else was, and was practically done before anyone else got their food. Overall, everything tasted great, just a few minor inconveinences. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. This restaurant finds new and creative ways to provide a horrible experience every time I go. I finally figured out why. They don't actually want anyone to eat there... whether it's a bartender that disappears for 30+ min at a time, a menu full of items that they don't actually have available, or a shortage of staff that for some reason creates a 30 minute wait time just for someone to tell you to sit at one of the many open tables.... The management and staff of this particular BW's is determined to drive away every single customer until they can finally stand around and look at their phones without anyone bothering them. I have learned my lesson & will no longer bother them with my pesky food orders. If you want an absurdly horrible dining experience, this is the place for you. read more

Brings our food and when I say "oh... not pretzel?" She says "Oh it's in the window... sorry". Well... here it is 15 min later and we are done with our food and still no pretzels. Just tell the truth already! You forgot to put it in. UPDATE.... they brought the pretzel! They bring the check and yep... charged us for the pretzel! Unreal! The sweat pouring off my brow wasn't from the pain. It was from the absolutely revitalizing spicy garlic traditional wings. Underrated fries. Cold, cold beer. Coulda died there happy. What in the hell has happened to this place? For the only positive,... we were able to be seated the moment we entered, on a Saturday night for a party of 7. That's the last of the positives, we were seated for over 10 minutes before any took drink order, or acknowledged our presence. My wife offered to run up to the bar and get us a drink while we waited on the the other 2 of our party. Wrong! He was busy with at least 2 customers. I'm the mean time a server stopped by the table finally to get drink orders, I told them my wife's at the bar getting our drinks,... Not flagged him down a few minutes later to get drinks ordered.I'm not certain but there seemed to be 1 other party seated outside. The employees outnumbered the customers 3-1 I could see them all gathered in kitchen.Ultimate nachos for appetizers looked like the bottom of a tortilla chip bag with a dab of chilli. Would have sent the back , but server was missing in action again.Food was mediocre at best except for my daughters Nashville hot chicken sandwich, it was literally a piece of chicken on a bun with a strip of cheese, this one did go back, returned in matter of seconds with a different sandwich. My son asked for a refill on his drink and the server pointed him to the fountain machine in the corner,self serve I guess. He promptly went over to refill multiple drinks and i don't think that station was used since the start of the pandemic, mt dew, Pepsi were gross. I now know where there crowds have gone..... Someplace else. The same place we'll be going! One star because it's as low as you can go! What has happened to a nice casual restaurant that management used to check on every table, servers were prompt and friendly, food was hot and filling? If they are privately owned I pray for owners, they won't make it at this rate. If they are publicly owned I would vote everyone out from President to custodian! This would have been a 2 star review had the manager not have come to the rescue just in time. I ordered food that proved to be a tad too spicy for my liking, totally my fault I know but I did not enjoy the meal. I mentioned to the server that I didn't like the food, and I understand she couldn't do anything about it. The manager came just in time and asked about the food to which I replied I didn't like it she offered to comp the meal but I politely declined. Still she did give me a discount, which I appreciated. Came in on Tuesday so I knew it would be busy. Could barely make it in the door and stood waiting for about 10 minutes before the hostess came back. She said it would 20-30 minutes. I look around and approx half of the tables are empty. Everyone waiting could have been seated with room to spare. I don't drink or do the sports-ball, so 60% of the point to BWW is lost on me. Beyond that you're left with the food. While the concept of having tons of flavors to your wings is interesting, they deliver by simply taking a wing and tossing it in a bowl with the seasoning of choice. This is not an effective way to flavor a piece of meat, especially if it's already been encased in breading before you season. The flavors are meh at best, the prices are too high to justify forgettable chicken and so-salty-you-taste-nothing-else french fries. Not bad, but not great. Service at this location is impeccable and has always been incredibly courteous and nice. read more

In town due to weather. Glad to see a bdubs close to the hotel. This place was small, a little awkward in lay out, standard bar and area but right off the kitchen. Place was very busy with one bartender. You had to wait for a beer since they kept running out of glasses and couldn't keep up with washing and cooling them. They were not allowed to let you re-use the same glass. Overall ok but not equipped to handle a large crowd. read more
