Went in for an early lunch on a Saturday and sat at the bar. The bartender was pleasant and helpful. Naturally, a lot of TVs with sports talk, games, UFC, etc. so a good sports bar vibe. Food was good, I enjoyed 6 wings, flats only with blue cheese and celery and a side of onion rings. The food was good. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - I got an order of traditional wings last night and apparently you have to pluck your own feathers. Nasty! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

Early dinner and not very crowded. I ordered the chili con queso, cup was half full at best. My wife ordered a wrap and I ordered wings. Waited almost an hour for our food, waiter did apologize. Food was terrible, my wings were over cooked very dry and my wife's wrap was not made correctly and kept falling apart. We are done with BW3. I will go to Bunkers or Miller Lane from now on. Know wonder we only go there once a year at best. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - I didn't know you could order half portions at full price! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

When you have signage stating you are open until 1am and a patron walks in at 12:06am it's not a pleasant experience to be told you are short staffed and stop seating at 12am when there are at least 7 waitresses and 2 people standing behind the bar (1 being a bartender & 1 probably the manager). Short staffed is when you can't run a functional restaurant and there was only one table and 10 people sitting at the bar, a manager should be ashamed if they cannot handle and additional 3 people. Using short staffed as an excuse doesn't work when the visual truth tells a completely different story, this is just terrible management at best. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Front entrance of location with 4 patrons cars, that's right 4 cars - Chicken Wings Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

When you arrive at Bdubs, they will tell you that there is an hour wait and that it will take 30 minutes for food to arrive out of the kitchen. It is like they are trying to scare you away from eating here. When you arrive in the resturant, you will find many open tables that are closed off. Traditional wings will come out overcooked after waiting for 30 minutes and then you have to wait another 30 minutes for a fresh batch to be prepared. Boneless wings will come out but they will not be the flavor you ordered. Again, 30 minute wait for the first batch then another 30 minute wait for the correct batch. Your appetizer will arrive after your entree has been delivered. Waitress/waiter will not prebus your table so dishes will pile up on your table. When you have finally had enough of the shenanigans and say something to the manager, the wait staff will stand around and talk about you. If you are lucky, for all of the issues, you might get a 50% discount. Many of the seats in the facility look like what is in the photo. This Bdubs is going downhill. Their claim is that they are having staffing issues, however, it just seems like a poorly run resturant to me. Even during the pandemic, we never received service this horrible! read more

Quoted a 7:30pm pickup time for an online order placed at 7:05pm. Get there at 7:35 and they say it will be another 20-25 minutes. It was Thursday and they were slammed. The online ordering needs to do better anticipating busy times. read more

This place fucking sucks service I have ever had took hours to get my food and lady won't take my check. Never come to this shithole

This is a hard review for me to do because I do go here all of the time and still go here a lot. The reason I give it such a low review is because the food here is just not why you come here and if you do it's like specifically for wing nights and stuff like that. Their regular stuff like burgers and what not are not really worth the prices. The thing that they do very well on is their different sauces for their wings. I think if they upped their wing standers and it would be combined with their sauce menu they would have some really top tier game, but that's not the case. Again this is a place I do go to a lot, but it's a place that you go with a large group of friends and can get seated. It's honestly, not bad the waiters are all decent for the most part, it definitely helps when you know them. It is a big place and they have a bar side and seating side. You can always catch a game which as everyone knows is what they are known for. read more

Would give it zero stars if possible. Waitress took our order. 20 minutes later our appetizer showed up while we were still waiting for our drinks. My wife literally had a glass filled with BUGS!!!!! WTF!!!........ don't waste your TIME and especially your MONEY!!! It's worth it to go to the next nearest location. Avoid this one at all costs. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would . Buffalo Wild Wings - a basket of fried buffalo wings with dipping sauce - Chicken Wings Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

Our experience was not good at all! Food was not brought out all together. The four of us all ate at separate times. The appetizer was brought out with the meal. Our service was awful. We had to ask several times for silverware and napkins. Not once were we asked for refills. We were checked on one time throughout the whole meal. I get that it's a busy time, but our waitress was rude and not friendly at all! Very disappointed. read more

Just another review with all the other negatives. I live down the road, always order here often and it's always messed up. I come back after getting home and when I get back and ask them tocorrect it They stare at me hand me sauce and say is that all? No it's been 30 minutes of driving you gave me wrong order I would like a new order. They act like I'm stupid for wanting nice fresh food when I get back home again. I want to support this place, but fact is it's honestly becoming nothing but trash service and I am now boycotting after this experience. Go to Huber heights, englewood is bad. The rating average is not a joke. If you have a messed up order, expect for them to assume for you to keep it and act like nothings wrong and look at your stupid when you ask for a new order. read more

Just stopped in to have dinner before the kids football game. I was told "we are out of chicken" after waiting 30mins for a server to show their face to us.. won't come here ever again. I have to edit this! They just came back and said they don't have any soda now!! Lmao! What a joke Edit again! We just walked out., they finally gave us silverware.. no straws for our drinks and the silverware was covered in dried food!!!! Disgusting!!! And yes this was addressed to the waitress, and her response was.. "yeah.. we suck right now.." lmao what a joke this place is read more

As usual, Sarah was great both behind the bar and as server. The purpose for this adverse review is the "Bar Manager", David. As usual, I watched him sit around sipping Mt. Dew, ignoring customers & staff while he played around on his cellphone & flirted with male customers. It's obvious ownership has no clue of his lack of involvement as I've watched him doing this every time I'm here over the last 3 months. read more

This place is terrible! Bad service, smells, dirty, hair in our food- never coming back.

I have been a huge fan of BW3 for years. Since there are no locations nearby I actively seek them out when on the road. Sadly, my love for their food is a double-edged sword. (Triple-edged if you look at my gut.) Almost every BW3 dining experience suffers from some major flaw. The wings will be overcooked. Or undersauced. Mozzarella sticks will still be hard in the middle, or just downright empty tubes because all the cheese melted out. Not at this location! Absolutely every aspect of the meal, from being greeted at the door through service and quality of the food was on point. My girlfriend even looked at me during the meal and mentioned that we haven't had such a great BW3 experience in years. (Get out of my head!) I went so far as to ask for the manager and congratulate her on such a well run location. All of this on Memorial Day, when many establishments have staffing issues. So, fellow Yelpers, get thee to this wingery and enjoy the fruits of their successful labor. read more

This is use to be favorite place of mine to go for lunch, but that has changed. The last few visits were just plain horrible. My recent visit was slow to be seated, it took 14 minutes to get a table and this was 3:00 in the afternoon and it want really that busy. The server was slow getting drink order another 6 minutes after I was seated. She took my order. 15 minutes to get order. Food was hot and good. Drink refills were brought to table quickly. When came time to pay I had ask for the bill 3 times and it still was a struggle and took forever. Restraunt was clean. Bathrooms were clean. I wish they would bring back coke products. read more

They under pour the tables so they can over pour the bar I got a Buffalo Zoo at the Town & Country BW3 and the drink was fantastic !!! So I know they put alcohol in the drink but at the Englewood Bull$#/+ Zoo so I told them about it and the response was they use the corporate mix recipe which is orange juice in a glass So I asked for a shot of vodka to help it out willing to pay for it. Then I get it and they served it in a shot glass so thick you could use it to magnify an ant's eyeball . That was it I told them I am not paying for that and the manager NEVER came to the table to chk it out. I guess he went the way of the buffalo and is now conveniently extinct. read more

rude waiter, refused to wipe table, judged when asked for new glass of water because first one tasted weird, judged costumer's choice in food, did not smile, took twenty minutes to give us menus, glared at child, but overall incredible, enlightening experience. i feel more woke on the hip places of todays generation and would definitely come again! read more

I really like their naked wings. I have a favorite waitress her name is Melinda. The food is always good always a fun place to go and eat.

I have always enjoyed my visits to Buffalo Wild Wings, with the exception of two occasions. This is one of those exceptions. We went on a Thursday, during 60 cents boneless wings night. Our server was rude. From the moment we were seated, until we paid our tab. That one thing made my experience less than enjoyable. I won't be visiting that one for a little while. It has left a bad taste in my mouth, rather than the food which at the time was good as always. read more

This isn't so much a review against BW3 in Englewood, as it is the patrons who park illegally in the Tim Horton's Parking Only spots, including Tim Horton's Handicapped Parking. I'm sixty with a disability and find it very hard to walk, but tonight all the Tim Horton's Handicapped Parking spots were filled with BW3 patrons. Difficult to find a parking spot, challenge to walk that far when we did find a spot, and there was zero patrons in the Tim Horton's. All the Handicapped Parking Spots were taken up by BW3 patrons. If the employees at Tim Horton's won't do it, I will. Please address this problem. read more

I too have been to countless BW3's. This one is better than most. Even has a babbling brook by the patio outside. Nice.

Every time I've been to this particular location my wings have been gross. One visit I ordered a Caesar salad, it was nasty. I also ordered traditional wings, well done. The wings were not well done and tasted old. The meat was black and brown throughout which tasted old. Told the manager and he defended his cooks and could care less about customer service. The waiters are constantly sweeping around you while you're eating. I will NOT be going back to this location. read more
