Unfortunately I have to agree with all of the one star reviews. They are just ridiculously understaffed. Came by on a Sunday to have wings and watch football and of course expected it to be busy, but unfortunately they were only seating about half of the restaurant due to the kitchen being backed up. Was told that t was over an hour long wait if you wanted to have any table service and you couldn't even go to the bar. It was literally a crowd of people gathered at the lobby entrance trying to get a glimpse of their favorite game on one of the tvs while the dining area was only half full. Gave it another try with a take out order. Was inundated with the blaring volume of the sound system again. It is Soooo annyoying!! I will say that the staff is friendly and my order was ready when I arrived. The thing is the wings are really small and still weren't very good. Got the sweet BBQ and the Garlic Parm. I really, really want it to be better, but if this is the kind of consistency they have I really doubt that we'll return again. They've changed the menu format; it is now sort of like a flip board. My daughter's was missing a page. It's difficult to read. There's no count on the wings; so I have no idea how many are in a 'snack' order vs. a 'small'. How much do I like the new menu on a scale of 1-10? Negative 8. When our finally arrived, drink orders. I ordered Diet Coke. Got Diet Pepsi. I hate Diet Pepsi. If you don't have Diet Coke, say so, and I'll get iced tea. Don't assume! Waited forever for the food, the fried pickles were not good, and at this point we still did not have any silverware or appetizer plates. We point that out, and were brought plastic tableware. Really? When our food finally arrived my wings were cold. Never got a refill on my Diet Pepsi that I didn't want to begin with, and the tables around us were never cleared. Almost $50 too. Ridiculous. This is not the BeeDubs I remember from my youth, and I can't imagine ever going back when there are so many better options out there. Went to dinner with friends and kids Monday evening. There was almost no one in the restaurant yet the tables were still dirty. Our waitress was also the bartender which was not her fault bc she was making drinks and waiting tables. Our order took forever to come out however and came out in 2 parts, 10 minutes apart. I ordered a Southern Chicken sandwich which came with nothing on it- I sent it back, waited 5 more minutes and a rude manager came out with the same cold sand wich and said they didn' t have slaw (it was missing pickles, tomatoes, sauces etc too) and handed back the sandwich without so much as a sorry. Vegetarian: I've eaten here 2 or 3 times and have never been particularly happy with my meal. I've had a sampler with foods like mozzarella sticks and onions rings, I've also had their cheese curds. All of these appetizers were what you could expect from any restaurant with bar food, just mediocre. I have to commend them for having a black bean burger that you can substitute for a beef patty on any of their burgers. Mine was burnt though so I can't give them much credit for it. Vegan: The black bean burger is not vegan. None of their salads are vegan but they can be customized. The only safe vegan options are sides. Service: The service is really the reason for the 1-star rating. Everytime I come, it takes more than 10 minutes for a waitress to visit my table even when the restaurant is basically empty. It then takes as obscene amount of time for the food to be brought out, and it's not even hot. The wait staff is polite but extremely inattentive. I really like buffalo wild wings. I went for lunch with some coworkers a little while back for the first time in a while. Unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan of this location. I'm not sure what it was, I think it was the towels that the tables were wiped down with but there was a very distinct smell that was not appealing while dining. The restaurant wasn't busy and we didn't get much attention from our waitress either, unfortunately, which left us with empty drinks. The wings here are actually decent - I like the Hot BBQ sauce the best - but are overpriced in my opinion. This particular location could also use a little improvement in the service department. I understand that at certain times of the day, or when big sporting events are going on, it will be really busy. But when I came with some friends during an NBA finals game, it took us a good 30, maybe 40, minutes before our order was even taken, and our waiter was too obviously flustered by the busy-ness of that night. I chose the "buffalo chips." For my wing selection, I went with the garlic parmesan. $10.49! Our waitress was really sweet & attentive. It took about 10 minutes for my meal to arrive. Wings were delicious! The garlic parmesan sauce had a nice little kick to it & the wings were crispy. I wasn't a fan of the chips. They were thicker than what you would equate a chip with.
