Bone-in wings were over cooked, and it turned out hard to chew. I ordered chipotle dry seasoning, and they tasted exactly like plain wings, no flavor at all. I also ordered the Thai curry tenders wings, and they tasted like someone poured a pound of salt on them. The manager said he wouldn't do anything to fix it since I DoorDash them but if I had dined in at the restaurant then he would. Food was good. Server was great! Host not so good. Host asked if we preferred a booth or table. My wife replied booth because the seats are softer. He gathered some things and just took off walking. We were left standing at the host station not sure if we were supposed to follow. He eventually turned around and motioned for us to come. He took us to a table, so my wife asked about the booth and he said none were available. We were like, okay why would he ask if we had a preference? As we sat there for a while, we looked around and there were at least 3 booths available. We were not there during peak time so it seemed a little strange. So few people in the place when we got there, you could literally count them (which we thought was good). Wife & I ordered a single, but large, order of wings plus onion rings. Also asked for a few carrot & celery sticks. Despite theee being so few folks, despite the small order, I had to ask whatever became of our order. The waiter brought it immediately afterwards. This location is becoming very discouraging. 25 to 30 minute waiting -when the floor is wide open. Not to mention their staff unkkept and more like circus curiosities. This location doesn't understand when people go out to eat they don't need to be amused by staff that are disheveled or portraying their personal values. I ordered delivery through their website, which was carried out by DoorDash. I got a notice that my food was delivered to my hotel, but it was nowhere to be found. I asked the desk if they had it, and they told me DoorDash has been screwing up and delivering next door, so she called the manager of the neighboring hotel who found my meal and brought it over. By the time I get back to my room with my food, it's ice cold and I've noticed they didn't include my $3 soda. I called and asked to speak to a manager regarding my delivery order. I wanted to let them know 1) my order was incomplete and 2) DoorDash screwed up the delivery. I thought they should know that the organization they're doing business with to handle their delivery is doing a poor job. After waiting 5 minutes, the employee tells me that her manager (Ashley or Valorie) said that if there are any problems with the order, I need to call DoorDash... are you kidding me? You won't even take 5 minutes to talk to your customer? You're so dismissive that you won't even pick up the phone? What a joke, not to mention you didn't even give me my complete order. I ordered food online and my husband picked it up. When he got home we realized they forgot the wing sauce on the 2 different orders of tenders we got and forgot our drink. I called to see if they could make the chicken order again and they said they could give me sauce on the side or we could bring the chicken back with us for them to put the sauce on them. When the girl came out, she brought out the couple's order and forgot their wing sauce also. So she went back for it and then sent the couple on their way. Fast service, food came out on time (and hot) and a great server. Props to the waitress for turning in my sunglasses I left on the table. I am visiting here from South Carolina and we ate at BWW. We were seated quickly, our server Kat, was great, she was quick to greet us and get our drinks. We ordered in a timely manner and had our food in less than 5 minutes. Kat was excellent, once again. She checked on us more than twice when we had our food and our drinks. For a chain, BWW in Decatur is on point. We had a large party, which can be a nightmare when out; however, it wasn't like that at all. Our waitress was hustling. She made sure our glasses were full and our needs met at the table, which wasn't easy since we had a very diverse group with some picky eaters. The wings were good. I recommend the dry rub. Not as messy and very tasty. We got the buffalo style, which is spicy. The cheese curds and fries were very good. I've been here three times. My first experience was decent as I had an excellent server and my food was decent. The same can't be said for my last two visits. My servers looked and acted like they where toked-up. Food was delivered incorrectly with errors to the order each time. As a former server, I get that mess-ups happen, but the demeanor and the lack of professionalism of the servers shows me that management also has issues at this location. Not a great experience. We went at 730pm on Sunday for a quick meal. The resturant was relatively empty except a large group celebrating a birthday. In a huge empty resturant they sat the two tired looking people next to the huge, loud group. I'm all for a party but take into account where you put your guest so they are comfortable. Took forever to take our order, then took forever to get our food. Once we got our food my fiancé meal was missing ingredients. It took so long for our waiter to come back that my fiancé finally just ate his meal. Drink refills were out of the question as well. When our waiter finally came back we mention that the meal was incorrect. The waiter did look into and gave us a discount. So, that was at least a nice gesture. I want to like them because they have so many tv's and it's nice and big but sadly their food is not good and overpriced. They don't have pitchers and the servers have gone to some kind of boot camp and they either smother you or ignore you. Note to BWW: fry those wings until the skin is not slimy and fatty.
