Great service They had in my opinion not the best sauce but that just my opinion. They were amazing and put stickers on all the sauces

BWW has changed over the years. It's been awhile since we have gone to eat there. It appears that they have a newer menu with more offerings. I ordered the appetizer of nachos with chicken. Others ordered 5 naked chicken tenders w/ teriyaki dipping sauce and 6 mild original wings. We also had an appetizer of the Cheese Queso with tortilla chips, along with 3 sodas. Our bill was $65, before tip. The food was ok, service was ok (not busy), environment was average. See pics. read more

My delivery order of 10 boneless wings with sauce on the side was the worst I've ever "tried" to eat. The wings were fried and heavily breaded so much that they were literally hard as rocks. Either the wings were tiny or they were the size of elongated chicken strips. They were so hard that I couldn't even bite into most of them. Absolutely disgusting order and it cost me $58 (including tip) for two people. read more

Been going there 5 years, probably $100 a week. Last week I had chips and salsa, asked for a box for the chips and another to go side of salsa, he said "no". I said you gave me a lot of chips and I'm out of salsa. He said no. Ok so I'll buy a little cup of salsa. I get my bill and you charge me for an additional order of chips and salsa seven dollars, I thought it would be like a dollar for some salsa and if I was gonna pay for a full price of another order, why wouldn't I just get another full order to go? Aldi is next-door, I can buy a jar of salsa for two bucks. I'm boycotting them for the next six months, I'll go to Chili's. It's across the street. read more

it may have been slightly busy. more or less than 50 people. The server somehow managed to mess up two orders and not write one down, and frankly just not visit the table. i asked for a coke 3 times and did not get it. the table did not get refills, the food was cold. the whole thing was a mess read more

Second time with order not containing the correct number of otdered wings. Business is not checking orders and rippimg off customers. They raised prices and no longer provide a consistent fulfillment of online orders read more

Horrible service. We went at lunch and had to wait for a take. Took them over 15 mint for use to finally get a server to took our order. We even had to go to the bar and ask. Once our food came they messed up my order. We even saw someone sit down at the bar and leave before the bartender/server kept ignoring them. Won't go back read more

When BWW was independently owned they were amazing, ever since they were bought out by corporate the place has turned to 100% crap, I use to go to the crystal lake location all the time, but never ever again go to wings and rings way way better food and service. read more

The place is a shit show and the manager that night was a straight up boob. 15 minutes for a server to arrive our table. 35 minutes for our first drink to arrive after we ordered it. It should be noted our servers boyfriend was getting all his beers in short order along with unlimited kisses. So she's not completely clueless on how to take care of someone. 95 minutes after placing our surprise order of WINGS, nothing had showed up and we walked. This was after the "manager" (who was running the bar that couldn't pour a beer in less than 40 minutes BTW) promised us he would personally see to us getting our food in 10-15 minutes. We left 20 minutes after that promise. Others were just as pissed as us. This happened between 7:20 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. on Sept 5. You pour beers and run a deep fryer. Get your shit together. The only upside was that Portillo's never tasted better. read more

Shout out for our server Julia! Her service is amazing! She is very nice and cheerful! I don't know why this location has a very low rating but so far every time I come here we have a good experience. The food is quick and the place is clean except the restroom where really not. read more

Visited this location after not having been to a BWW for a long time. Boy was I disappointed. Ordered iced tea and they didn't have any made. Son ordered 3 naked tenders and for $11 it was pitiful. Rub was in a cup not on the chicken as requested and the pieces of chicken were tiny (3). I had the small order of cauliflower pieces with celery and carrots. $12 for cauliflower pieces with sauce and a small amount of celery and carrots. $32 for our bill seemed high for such a pitiful serving of food. underwhelming was the word of the day! read more

My son and his friends were excited to get back together (they all are juniours at different colleges) My son was thrilled to get a big group together for a hockey game and the all you can eat wings. My son told me the next day how terrible the service was. They had other servers hurt down there's to get drinks. Another time the guys would get up and look for her. My son was there for 2 hours. In that time he had 1 beer. 1. Water and 2. Servings of wings. I asked if anyone had been drunk or rude to the server and he said that no one was able to get more than 1 beer. So, no was drunk. These kids are all Dean's list kids so they are very polite. My son was a server a few years ago so he is very forgiving. This time he was pretty angry that a manager did not step in. read more

Today we order from Buffalo Wild Wings and it's ridiculous how small they all are. We called the manager and he told us that he could only refund us for the mini mini wings this is poor service. read more

We ordered delivery from Buffalo Wild Wings website this evening and the wrong order was dropped off. I called and waited on hold for twenty minutes. I called on another line and someone finally picked up that way. The manager said they use Door Dash drivers to deliver their orders and gave me another phone number to call. Had I known that I would've just used Door Dash or Uber Eats since this would've been taken care of with one quick app chat. I called Door Dash and received a new order at 9pm. My original delivery was scheduled for 7:30. This is why businesses are losing orders to third party services. The manager couldn't care less and didn't offer an apology at all for the phone wait, garbage customer service. read more

Victor if you read this, I went there on Xmas eve and waited ten minutes before I got served at the bar and there were not that many people in there. Your bartender Sarah felt less than enthusiastic to be there. read more

They forgot one side of fries. They forgot a whole side of cheese curds. I accidentally ended up with a 5 piece of wings that I didn't even order. Then on top of it my wings had next to NO sauce on it! Would give zero stars and wouldn't be surprised if the business closed soon. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Got boneless wings from them and they were the smallest "wings" ever. There wasn't even chicken in half of them, just breading. I will 1000% never eat here again. Absolute waste of money and absolutely ridiculous that these were even given to me. read more

I haven't reviewed this place in years. We get BOGO wings every other week and lately the wings have been chewy and taste rotten. My husband just threw up his dinner so he wouldn't end up getting sick from it. They have tasted funny MULTIPLE TIMES now. Never going to a Buffalo WW again.... read more

I ordered on line, paid by credit card on 5/31. When I arrived to pick up dinner for the family there was a note on the door saying they closed at 8pm due to unfortunate circumstances. It was very weird. I tried to call and got no answer, I went to their corporate web site and had to use an outdated non user friendly complaint form. I got a response and a sorry/not sorry half assed apology from the store and was told my credit card would be refunded for the food I never got in 2/3 days. It has been over a week and no refund. Nothing. They took my order, charged my credit card when the store was all ready closed. Horrible customer service. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - a sign in front of a window - Chicken Wings Near Me - Crystal Lake, Illinois

I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings, it made me the man I am today, for better or worse. But, it is time say goodbye to this place once and for all. The quality has been downhill for years and I always convinced my wife against all better judgements to give it one more chance and maybe they would turn it around. Sadly, the food tonight was stone cold, dryer than the Sahara desert, and it was so salty, I feel like I just ate a brick of salt. I spent $28.00, I guess I got what I paid for? I would've rather gone to McDonald's and spent my money there. The wings were unevenly sauced and quite frankly, had little to no flavor. I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but I will no longer be eating here. read more

I ordered 10 boneless wings and 2 of the wings out of the 10 were the size of my finger nail, really!!! Also there was 4 in my party and my food came out first then about 15-20 minutes later the other food came out. When you're all eating together it should come at the same time. Horrible service with that. The restaurant was very slow and now I know why. If you don't improve you will not make it. As of now, I have no plans of coming back to this location. They need major improvements! read more

I finally found a wing at Buffalo Wild Wings that I like. It's a dry rub called Desert Heat. This is the hottest of their dry rubs. I then get a side of their hottest sauce to dip the wings in. This sauce is the Blazin Sauce. This combo gives me some good heat that I look for. The thing I really don't like about BWW is the size of the wings. They have to be the smallest wings in the industry. That's why they went from selling them by the piece to selling them by the pound, and now they sell them per small, medium, or large order. BWW is very expensive. For my wife and I to eat and both have iced tea and no appetizers or dessert, it was over $50 with tip. They need to go back to pricing the wings by the piece and match the size of the competitors. Our waitress was very nice. No problems there. My recommendation at BWW is the Desert Heat wings. If you don't like the heat, stay away from the Blazin Sauce. read more

Took my kids here after a day at the football field because they were starving and boy was that a big mistake. Service was absolutely terrible. I'll start of saying that I've been to a ton of Buffalo Wild Wings and this place wasn't close to being crowed. After being seated it took almost 10 minutes to see a waiter. We ordered our drinks and the house combo platter. 25 minutes later we still didn't have our combo platter. Finally asked to see where it was and it took another 10 minutes to show up. He blamed the kitchen but this thing consisted of chips, mot sticks, onion rings and 4 wings. Shouldn't take that long. After getting our platter we were given no napkins or plates. Took another 5 minutes after asking to get that stuff. Just bad all around service. We were there almost a hour and a half for 3 people. Not good. There is a BWW in Algonquin that might be better to go to. read more

The service was horrid. Tables were dirty as the ground. There was no direction at the front indicating we should seat ourselves. Runner brought out food in the weirdest order, plus had no silverware or napkins. Then when he came back with more food, I proceeded to ask for napkins for our wings, and sliverware. He brought us 3 little tiny bar napkins for our 20 traditional wings.... like what? How does that even make sense. Oh and the wings weren't fully cooked. Will not return. read more

Wow. What happened here? My kid's school had a fund raiser night so we went here. A lot of people showed up, but it wasn't crazy. There was a 30 minute wait to get a table, even though there were plenty of empty tables that should have been bussed. Once seated it took an hour (yes an hour) for us to get a couple orders of wings and a veggie burger. The wait staff seemed kind of scattered and clueless. In addition to this, they've changed all their bulbs to high-wattage florescents and the place was light up brighter than a truck stop restroom. Fugly. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. We got here over an hour ago and when we asked about our food we were told "there's an issue in the kitchen". Don't waste your time here. The service is slow and they don't care about your presence. Nothing was offered for compensation and we were very very dissatisfied with the service. I've never not given someone a tip and even feel bad about it. It's very evident that most of the staff really does not care about their job, and it reflects on their "customer service" or lack there of. I expect more out of Bdubs especially when we have had such great customer service from other locations. By the way, our food wasn't even luke warm. What a huge disappointment. read more

Grand Opening on 3/15/2009 This is a sports bar for sure. The lady who waited on us said they have over 50 televisions...I believe it. There was one gigantic one I could see from where I was sitting that had the Blackhawks game on while we were eating....sweet. Also they have that trivia game where they hand out the little game terminals to the tables and you can play while you hang out. Of course I had to try the wings here due to the name of the place. The price for 18 wings was $12.50 or so. I think this is a very good price since when I make the wings at home it costs me that much just to buy the meat, not to mention the sauce, fry oil, etc. so I consider this a very good deal. I got the spicy garlic wings...pretty good. I think next time I am going to go for the super hot ones just to see what they are like. Since the wings are in sets of 9 you can get a different sauce on each group of nine and they have about a dozen different wing sauces to choose from. They have an enclosed patio here but there was no furniture on it. I assume it is gated off so they can serve alcohol on it and control who gets in and out. Today there were people walking from the bar out onto this patio and smoking. read more

Wow! Don't know if all Buffalo Wild Wings have gotten this bad but the one in Crystal Lake is horrible. Should have realized it when the place was a ghost town at 6PM on a Wednesday. Cheese curds were basically cheese less and the largest wing in our traditional 20 wing order was about half the length of my pinky, was nearly meatless and cooked so long it could crack your teeth. Never been a big chain restaurant guy, and hadn't been to a BWW in nearly a year, but had a craving for wings. To say I'm disappointed...would be understatement of all time. read more

This place sucks. Slow ass service ordered and paid online-- 1 chicken wrap. 45 minutes later no damn wrap. U guys suck.

We stopped in for lunch today at 12:33. Not many patrons. We were asked if booth was ok. It's our preference. Tables at booths looked dirty. When we asked waitress if someone could wash the table, she said she had just done it and the streaks were from rag. ALL the booth seats around this particular booth had an abundance of crumbs. With everything just opening and everyone hopefully aware of their surroundings, this seemed as if management/staff did not care what impression their dirty booths provided. We left. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Crystal Lake, Illinois

I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I have not had a bad experience yet. I have gotten orders to go in the past and had them delivered to my house which isn't in Crystal Lake. The food is always delicious and hot. Recently, I did dine-in. And the service and food was delicious. It was self seating for dine in. And the staff wears masks - they ask you to also wear a mask when the servers approach the table. I thought that was appreciate and respectful. Thursday's are bogo boneless wings, how can you go wrong? I would definitely continue to order from here!! read more

Yikes. This place went downhill. My brother and I went in for some wings and a couple beers. The wings were still frozen on the inside. The wings came to our table 5 minutes after we placed the order. Makes me wonder if they were just sitting around from lunchtime and not made fresh. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer and those came out in a huge clump and were frozen too. I asked for new food to be made and they took care of it which was nice, but why send out bad food in the first place? Disappointed with this location and I've been coming here for years. read more

Food was good, but skimpy. For $11 the Chicken Ceasar Salad was the size of a side salad, same for the $12 Mac & Buffalo Chicken. Very disappointed - I don't remember servings being so meager. Not likely to come back. :( read more

I don't usually go to chain restaurants but on the way home from my daughters soccer game, my brother wanted to watch the Bears game. We thought it would be packed since it was a Sunday night but it was pretty empty. I don't care for wings but my daughter does. She got the Honey BBQ traditional wings and like them but didn't love them. They had my favorite beer, Crystal Lake Beach Blonde for only $5 which is pretty cheap. I also got a cheeseburger and fries that was on special for $5. It was decent for the price. Like I said before, I don't like chains so all I can say is that it was ok for a chain. read more

We parked our car and on the ground of the parking lot, in the dark parking lot, lies a large pink wallet. My 11 year old son picks it up and there is a slew of credit cards (15-ish) and forms of ID and a large wad of cash (I'm guessing ~$200.00-ish). We enter the restaurant to turn it in and we were received with a nonchalant attitude and barely thanking us for turning it in. We had finished dinner which lasted over an hour and 30 minutes and as we were walking out, I then went out of my way to ask the girl we turned the wallet in to if the owner of the wallet had called The restaurant looking for her wallet. She said no, it was our restaurant General Manager's wallet. I cannot believe that no one came over to our table and thanked us whether the GM was there or not. If you've ever lost your wallet it's a big life disruption not to mention some people may not have turned it in completely in tact. For that - the moral integrity and lack of appreciation for a good deed (my son) I will never patron this chain again. They obviously need core value & belief training. Totally disgusted and totally disappointed in this chain and their staff. A little thank you goes a long way especially with a11 year old and 8 year old boys. These are times of life lessons and they didn't even receive a thank you. read more

Booths are definitely not fat friendly! Lol...My fave was the asian, not a big fan of the garlic parmesan. Potato wedges with cheese are so delicious! I wasn't really expecting to get "full" on wings, but paired with the potato wedges, I ended up going home with leftovers. The environment is really loud, probably best for a night of drinking and revelry with friends. Not really the type of place you'd want to go for a romantic date. read more
