We absolutely love this BWW. We sit in the bar area either at a table or the bar itself. The bartenders are amazing and even know our drink order. We decided to try the new patty melt. I was in for lunch at noon. Ordered lunch special cheese burger bun-less and 6 wings with a salad. I am not sure why but my wings came out quite a bit before my burger. Usually everything comes out together. My wings did not seem as crispy as usual and had some slightly pink meat near the bone. Perhaps undercooked? My burger was also not crispy on the outside as usual. Not sure what was happening in the kitchen as it was not very busy. Service was excellent and my waitress did an excellent job and saved this from being a 2 star review. On one occasion we waited at the front for 20 minutes in a bare bones restaurant and no one came to seat us so we left. The second time we came with friends. It was relatively busy, but not packed. We waited almost 2 hours for lukewarm wings while we banged our hungry heads on the table playing trivia. The poor waitress kept plying us with tea just to have something on the table. We originally walked in about an hour till closing (with the intention of getting out quick) I was worried they would be upset because it was around midnight on a Wednesday. Terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight.... Ordered 30 wings, and two kids meals. Kids meals came out within 15 mins. After 45 minutes, STILL no wings. I asked for a manager, told waitress to cancel our wings, and handed the waitress a credit card. Momma and the Littles decided they were going to head home. Manager named Amanda comes over and IMMEDIATELY asks "Are y'all skipping out on the bill?!?!" (Now my defenses are engaged) I not-so-politely informed her that we had been waiting now 50 minutes for our wings, and that two other tables with bigger parties than us four had sat down after us, and were already eating. The waitress has our credit card, we have to go, and we want the wings off the bill. She didn't offer an apology, a credit, or anything of the sort. She responded with "I can do that." It was at this point, after my family left, that I asked Manager Amanda if she REALLY came over to our table and instantly accused us of skipping out on the bill when she clearly had no idea what was happening? I told her it would probably be a good practice for the future, to use some tact and gather some information before jumping to accusations and conclusions. She replied with a "Got it." and walked away. ***Some menu item prices on the bill were higher than the menu prices, but at that point I just wanted out.*** Not sure what could have been done differently on my part after being accused on trying to skip out on a bill, but I don't think I'm going to try anytime in the foreseeable future.
