Ordered food to go for dinner for the family Our order was an order of honey bbq boneless wings, 1 order of fried pickles, and 2 orders of pretzels and beer cheese. Service: They was quite rude when I came to pick up my order because I was early which I didn't see was a problem. Food: The food was cold and tasted horrible was very unhappy about that when I got home. I haven't been here in a long time. I thought to order out because the wings are on sale today. I called in a to go order. There was a miscommunication on the phone apparently. I asked if the wings were on sale and she said "the BONE-IN wings are buy one get one free." I said ok I want some of those. I ordered. I asked for the garden crasher which was one of the only healthy appetizers they have. I was told they no longer make those. So I ended up with buffalo chips with cheese and bacon. Upon pick up the girl went through my order while I paid on the card reader. I saw the sauce on the wings but didn't catch the fact that the order was wrong until I got home. I admit I should have looked more closely. They gave me boneless wings. I ordered BONE-IN wings. Boneless are basically overly breaded chicken nuggets covered in sauce. They were so disgusting. They seemed old. My buffalo chips were all solidified into one mass by the cheese. I'm guessing they put the shredded cheese on and microwave it. At least that's the appearance of what I got. With only maybe 4 restaurants in our town that serve hard liquor on Sunday, we unfortunately decided to venture into BW3's and try them yet again. My friend and I were approached by a young girl who obviously did not like working at the hostess station. She sat us and scurried off. Our Server came by and asked us if we needed anything to drink. We both ordered cocktails and she suggested the nachos. Within about 10 to 15 minutes our nachos came out. We only had 2 napkins on the table. No little cardboard containers to share the nachos between the 2 of us or appetizer plates. The girl that brought our appetizer chose not to smile, not say hello or ask us how our evening was. Her and the girl at the hostess station obviously were needing to take a break together. I brought it to her attention that we had not yet received our cocktails that we had ordered. She said that she would let our server know. In the meantime, carry out was looking like the better option because the Super Bowl was getting ready to start and we did not want to be around the crowd. Our server came back over to check on us. We ordered the carry out and another round of drinks. Our server brought the carry out to the table and asked how we wanted our check. She separated it for us and brought it back. As she ran our credit cards, I noticed the management came out to the carry out station where 2 young girls were. We had been dining for approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes and this was the 1st time that I had noticed any management come out. Any other restaurant or bar that you visit management is usually walking the floor. Unfortunately what I noticed next is absolutely grotesque and uncalled for. He sneezed, then coughed in his hand, picked up a carry out order and moved it to the side of the counter and then checked the computer system for sales. Noticing the overall feel of the environment, every single employee that was on the floor did not want to be there. This might be some help to them: BW3's Invest in your team members to help them develop and improve their skills. Bring in someone to help train with a workshop, get them access to some online training, buy them a book, take them to a food show. Do something that shows your team you want them to grow and develop. If the staff's customer service skills increase, you will have repeat clientele, higher gratuity and make the overall experience for your guests and employees better for the evening. read more

For starters, I will get to the point. Skip this BWs and go to Roosters across the street, where they want customers. See Cris at the bar, or their friendly staff. It's really a shame I wont eat at this BWs anymore. Following a local football game, two of us fathers traveled to BWs to get tables for a few families. Upon observation there was ample seating for our large party, about 20. Well everything was going well we figured throw a few tables, sure, we may be split 10 or so here and 10 or so there, but it will work. Then the hostess spoke with the manager, which I observed, she offered to sit ten of us in the bar area and then when the rest came they'd sit wherever. Well I noticed she spoke to the manager, so I asked him what the deal was. The manager said no go, that he would not move tables around on fight night. So you heard it here folks, this manager was more concerned about customers that were not at the establishment than he was about the people there ready to feed themselves and their teenage football players. This is a shame, cause I was always a fan. I never thought people that "might" show up for a fight on pay per view would take precedense over customers ready to eat. read more

I was with Eric H. when the manager wouldn't support a party of 20. His review is accurate. It's a shame that we had a take our business elsewhere. The kids and us parents were all looking forward to some "Asian Zing" wings. I don't understand why the manager didn't want to fill up the empty tables. By my count I saw (from the hostess stand area) three- four (3-4) empty booths and four (4) empty table tops. We had explained we were okay with using the four tables and booths and that it didn't ha e to be one large table for all twenty. Instead a pizza Cottage & Roosters got the business.... and the bad news part (for BWs) is, these places will continue to get our business and this BWs won't. read more

Great service, great food. This Buffalo Wild Wings is fantastic! The service was phenomenal. Our server never left me with an empty glass (in a group of about 20). The food was great, just as expected with Buffalo Wild Wings, my wings were meaty and delicious. They offer a lot of options as far as sauces go from no heat to very hot. The B-dubs chain is one of my guilty pleasures. (Parmesan Garlic wings sauce, I love youuuu!) So when I heard that there was a new location opening up in my hometown, I thought it'd be a great place to meet with some old friends over the holidays while indulging in a little bbq bliss. This location is right between the Sonic & WalMart off 23; capitalism spreading its wings across former family farmlands. It's a decent sized place that would be great for groups. As is the case with most BW3's, there are giant TV screens everywhere you look and if there's a decorating scheme there's not much you can say about it beyond the glow of the neon lights. The beer list is exceptionally long, but bound to disappoint. The beers of the month were Bud Lite and Sam Adams (original, not the Winter Ale even though it's December). It seemed that every drink I asked for on the menu they didn't have, so I settled back into the PBR I grew up on and enjoyed a tasty and inexpensive meal. The wings were no better or worse than any other location, so you'll either like them or you won't. I'd be just as happy licking that parm garlic sauce from them without even eating the chicken, but perhaps that's just me. ;) Our server had a tendency to come to the table and forget to ask us if/what we needed. As in like, came to the table three different times before we could convince him we wanted food. But hey, at least he showed up? Definitely would not recommend this place. No matter how many times we have gotten food from this place it came with disappointment. Maybe fries is not one of their specialty's . And the wings are over cooked or undercooked. People should go to wings and rings in Grove city. read more

B-Dubs is not a place I go to very often. They have recently added some new or limited time menu items. I went there Easter Sunday because the other place I go to was closed. The restaurant was clean and there was no wait for a table. They had a good selection of sports on the televisions and of course, trivia and poker were available to play. The restaurant was clean and service was good. I ordered one of the new menu items, cheesesteak quesadilla. It was good. The meat was tender and the cheese was mild and paired well with the green onions. My husband ordered a new burger off the menu, the Bacon Boss. Just as the name implies, there was bacon inside and on top of the burger accompanied by the usual fixins and a bacon-jam topping. It included fries. The burger had good flavor, but the bacon-jam was a little sweet. I thought the cost of our meal was a little high in comparison to what we ordered. Came here on a Saturday afternoon during football season and surprisingly this place was only about half full. Granted the Buckeyes weren't playing until the evening. Our server was attentive, kept the drinks topped off, and the food came out fast. What more can you ask for? To all the folks that claim the food is good, I'd prefer you to speak the truth and sell your Bdubs stock. The only good things on the menu are the cheese curds and celery. Bdubs wont put a quanity on their wing orders like the entire rest of the world. If asked, they are instructed to tell you they sell them by the pound. LMAO.
