This BW3's location is obviously having issues with staff behavior. I was meeting coworkers tonight there for a late night bite to eat. I was slated to arrive 25 minutes after them, which I did. I arrived at 11:45 PM when the place is advertised as being open until 1:00 AM online on a FRIDAY NIGHT. The place was dark, and shut, which means my coworkers were not even there when they were arriving around 11:20 PM (an hour and forty minutes before scheduled close... ). That is super unprofessional behavior. This is not the first time this has happened. You literally have people wasting gas money to drive to you, because you claim you are open, yet apparently foster a culture in your business where it is okay for employees to jet whenever they feel it pleases them. We would have been a 6-top table if you had been open, and since we are all service industry workers, we understand appropriate tipping, so your business lost money and your employees lost money. On top of all of this, this very same location was EXTREMELY rude to one of my close friends earlier this same week, for arriving 45 minutes before close (11:15 PM with close at midnight) and trying to get a bite to eat. The bartender was described as huffing and tapping his fingers to whole time, while the rest of the staff was described as mean mugging her for being there. It was also communicated that an inappropriate amount of "pre-bussing" was done towards her in order to push her out of the restaurant as soon as possible, to the point where stuff she was not even finished using was removed from the table. It was described that the bartender claimed he couldn't serve drinks after 11:30 PM due to "last call," when "last call" is near 2am in Ohio. And I've had the same thing happen to me in the past. That is complete junk. As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry for years, I feel this is unspeakably foul and unprofessional. A manager was contacted and informed of her situation, and yet just a few days later, the same behavior is apparently continuing. If I were the GM, I would have made it clear to the staff that this is unacceptable (take some pride in your job). If the message was never communicated to the GM, question the assistant managers why they aren't relaying pertinent information. If the GM knows, and refuse to address to issue, I would advise the owners to hire a new GM. At this point, you've lost my friends business, I'm considering removing my own business from this location, and I'm advising my coworkers to consider the same. Fricker's is right down the street, and they are CONSISTENT with their service and their closing times, their wing sauces are just as good if not better, and they are so friendly even to people who stumble in near close. If you are the owner of this location, and you are reading this, you have some serious issues to address with the culture of your restaurant. You shouldn't have to be Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse in order to pride yourself on your work and give guests the best possible experience they deserve. Your staff is rude, abrupt, and selfish. If it takes clearing house completely to heal the tainted culture, I recommend doing it. read more

This place is beyond confused and backwards. I can only wonder about the mental capacity of the kitchen staff and the management. I semi-like the franchise when it's good but every time I give it a chance it's a consistent let down. Ordered food to go and they blatantly gave me the wrong flavor, so I called and asked for a credit, instead of a credit they insisted I drive them back down (at 10pm) so they could inspect them and the flavor and then make a judgement and remake them. Just totally bizarre rationale and behavior for any restaurant. Will not return. Inspect your food and expect incompetence. read more

Wow so let's share on this one. So I go to BW's asking for 20 min wings vs 18 min and asking for one to be brought out before they sauce it to avoid sending it back, I have hit gold all is perfect the first time around. They were what I so enjoy and now I know what to do assuring that I don't have to wait twice as long. Service on the other hand was more a poor attempt at delivery vs service. I had to ask 3 out of 5 times for tea refills by other people, stack my own dirty plates at the end of the table, ask the server to take the check back that I was handed because I was not done and refused coffee brought to me in a to go cup when I was dining in and did not give any indication that I was ready to leave. Now please know that I was about to mention the server in the review to give her just due but after talking to the manager I came to believe it was a training issue and for that reason I am putting this on the management and giving the server here a break. She will not be making La lot of money on me tonight but if she still has a job tomorrow I'm sure she'll feel well compensated. read more

Service slow despite not being that busy for a Friday night. Food is OK once you actually receive it. I think BDubs is generally overpriced but sometimes I'm in the mood for it. However I won't visit this location again. A very lackadaisical runner (not our server) brought the wrong entree. Then I had to eventually flag down another server to complain, and she took the incorrect order away and said she would fix it. Five mins later our original server materializes and asks if everything is ok. She should have either brought our food herself or checked on us immediately after service. She really didn't seem to care. We should have gone to another nearby restaurant (our first instinct) instead of here. I'm giving it two stars because my son enjoyed his food. read more

I've been to this location a few times to watch games. Most of the time, the service isn't lacking (not tremendous either) and the food is solid, but don't expect anything great outside of the wings (why are you getting anything else at Buffalo Wild Wings). The beer is a bit iffy at times, but they are good about replacing it for your if it comes out flat. 4 stars for the staff preserving the most important aspect of a BW3's: Keeping sports, wings, and beer (see any BW3s commercial) as the main focus. They always have a good slew of games on and actually play game audio for big local games. Kudos for not giving in to the demands of non-sports fans who complain about noise and want to watch dancing with the stars, etc. If you don't like sports and noise, don't go to a BW3's... this seems obvious. Me and 2 of my friends had the worst experience last Tuesday. We came in with well over an hour untill closing time to grab a beer and from the minute we got there we were treated like shit , very obvious that they did not want anyone's bussiness. I work in management and would never allow my staff to treat people the way they did. The first thing out of the bartenders mouth was " are you guys going to be here very long", not even a hello. Also 2 more servers came next to where we were sitting bitching about having tables and wanting to go-to the bar. Had a very bizzare experience here. The manager at this place needs an attitude adjustment. We got in late from a West Coast flight and called to see how late they were open. We were told we could come until 1:00 am. We got here at 12:32 and the manager wouldn't serve us a beer, because he said last call was at 12:30, and we were 2 minutes late. The place was empty, so not sure what the inconvenience was. He said there were no laws against serving beer that late - it was just his decision to close the bar. They would, however, stay open to cook us some burgers - but we had to have them dry with no beer. The manager said it was his decision when to have "last call" and he wouldn't change it for us. Rather than just grabbing us a beer out of the fridge to wash down the burgers, he proceeded to argue with us for several minutes about why he was right and we were wrong, and we couldn't have beer at 12:31. The Jack Daniels Burger was actually pretty good - and they stayed open until 1:15 so we could eat it. But no beer because they wanted to close the bar...arrrggh! read more

If I could give negative stars to this location I would. I love BWW, but the service at this location is always very slow and this past Sunday I asked for a table for two that was not near the door and was told if I did not want to sit at the table by the door I would have to wait. What? I saw no less than four other open tables which I mentioned. I was told that those tables were for more than two people and they would not seat us there for that reason. I felt very confused by this as there were no other customers behind me at the door and the parking lot was practically empty. I love the wings at this location, but I will never return after the table incident or at least not until the manager has been replaced. read more

Hands down the best location I have been too! The service is usually great and the food is always hot and fresh! I love their boneless wings and enjoy coming on Thursdays when they are discounted and I can enjoy a nice drink! The building has been remodeled and is always clean! The only reason I am not giving them a five star is because the service has been a little iffy lately, but I think they have several new staff so I am hoping it is just temporary! read more

I like BW3's food, but this has to be the worst location in the Cincinnati/Dayton area in terms of takeout and customer service. Extremely poor customer service!! After you pay for your order, you will wait an additional 10-15 minutes for them to finish taking money from other patrons before they turn around to see that your order has been sitting out (even though they tell you that they'll go check on your order). Takeout is often cold because they ignore you. I have ordered from this location at least 20 times and this has happened 80% of the time. Also, one of the girls working the front desk often gets the takeout order wrong, so then there is an additional wait to get the correct food items. If there was another BW3 close by, I would go there instead. read more

Went in for carry-out. The woman who took our order was kind of nasty. When she read the order back it was in correct. Unfortunately I didn't double check the receipt. We waited 40 minutes for our order. The last 15 minutes it was apparently sitting behind the counter waiting. The food was cold by the time we got it home and the original mistake in the order had not been corrected. Perhaps my least favorite of all the BW3s in the area. read more

This BWW is one of the best I've been to. The servers here pay attention to what you need and are always so nice! So I visited this location for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, and it was by far my worst BWW experience ever. First, it was a nice day out, and they have a very nice patio, so my group of 3 decided we wanted to sit out there. When we told the hostess, she told us the patio was full. Really? We saw at least three empty tables on our way in. Anyway, that was not so bad. So we get seated, and it is at least 10 minutes before our server ever shows up to the table. After ordering, it took exactly 41 minutes for our food to come. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for lunch. The place was definitely not overcrowded, but it seems they did not have enough people working. So when you wait 41 minutes to get your food, you at least expect it to be fresh and hot. Well wrong again. My boneless wings seemed as if they were sitting out for 20 minutes, the potato wedges were cold, and the wings also had very limited sauce on them. One positive about the place, during our 41 minute wait, at least our drink glasses stayed full. read more
