I really wanted to enjoy the experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The atmosphere was decently loud at points making it hard to hear others at the table. The menu had a good variety however you have to beware of the price up charges on basic items. The menu and deals may not be as good as you thinking if you aren't paying attention. For example, getting the bone in wings on the pick 6 is an outrageous $5 upcharge. The menu makes it seem like a great deal by having you pick an entree then a side and then a drink. Just horrible. Waitresses name is ? Alyssa? To say the least party of 8 no refills for the women. Only acknowledged the men. Prebussing not a thing. Floors distrusting. Management questionable. Bathrooms unclean. What really took be aback was when I ordered two things requiring silverware and had to ask twice. Waited five minutes and it was not until a gentlemen next to me asked that they were given- still not to me. She had about ten in hand and left 2. One for the gentlemen's next to me and one to the gentle man at the other end. Parties at the front were not seated or acknowledged for around 5-10 minutes. My experience was not a good one, but it was not BW's fault. Placed a delivery order through the BWW app and expected it to be delivered to my hotel down the road. DoorDash is their partner, and long story short they never showed up to pick up my order. I called (pretty upset) and talked with a manager (James). I was pretty candid with him about my displeasure and had about a 5 minute conversation, ending without a resolution other than me getting a GM's name. 5 minutes later James called me to inform me the order was there and nobody picked it up. He made an attempt to find someone to deliver it to me, but wasn't able. He made 2 separate phone calls to me without any request by- all trying to resolve the issue. We decided we wanted wings but didn't want to wait around in a restaurant so we decided to do take out from BW3. We prefer their sauces to the other wing places around. My husbands favorite sauce is the spicy garlic, which I also like when I'm in the mood for a bit hotter if a sauce. My older son prefers the honey bbq, but the teriyaki is a close second. I enjoy the Parmesan garlic sauce. My husband always gets the wings bone in, and we learned a while ago to make sure to ask for the wings to be well done from here. My older son likes the boneless wings and I like the naked wings. I also like getting either chips or fries on the side with queso. The salads that they have here are also good along with the wraps. In the past the service here has been slow, which is why we prefer to get the food to go, but the food itself is very good. First off come inside to a non bust location just for a decent dinner and the hostess asked if we were ok with a high top I said I would prefer a booth and she said well to make it quote easier on my servers a high top would be best and then so we went cuz we were hungry and then the waitress came along and had an awful attitude and just no personality she just was rude even when we placed our food order and drinks and didnt even give us silverware and when my bf requested another beer she just walked away did other tables and then forget when she finally walked past our table again. This restaurant's wing presentation/execution was disappointing on Nov 26, 2022. We had a large group of men and dozens of wings were ordered. There was so little sauce on the wings that it seemed to have been painted on the wings with the thinnest or brushes: abysmal! The wings themselves were of fine quality but Dubs seems to be trying to save money on its sauces. The service was great, however, and the atmosphere was good, as always. I didn't appreciate my complaint of too little sauce being responded to with an offer to pay extra for additional sauce. Dubs charges big-time for its products and should ensure that they are superior to competitors in every way. I average about 12-15 trips there every year but will discontinue going if I receive cheapskate wings on my next trip. Do better, Dubs! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Every single time we order food from there they forget part of your order! EVERY TIME!!! They should at least comp your bill for what they forget or give you a gift card but they do nothing! I've been hungry for wings for a while and finally got to BW3s. We had a really helpful and nice server. Unfortunately, I made a poor choice of food and didn't enjoy it much. I ordered Thai Curry boneless wings. They seemed cooked a little too crispy for me, and the sauce was just weird. Won't order that again. Should have gone with first inclination of Caribbean Jerk traditional wings. Oh well, the onion rings were terrific. One suggestion though, with all those TVs, why do they play music? Employees are friendly and have positive attitudes each time I've been there. Place is extremely understaffed and the food is okay, half came out warm/cold. Be ready to have a loooooooong wait for your food. If you are just going out for drinks, sit at the bar 100%. Stars are for the service only not the food. Started off walking in at 5:45pm on a Tuesday night. There was no hostess at the hostess stand so we stood there for about 5 minutes. The manager and several waiters/waitresses looked at us and never said a word, not we will be right with you, have you been helped, let me grab someone etc. so there were two guys standing at the registers/takeout pickup area I walked over and said "do we seat ourselves or do we just stand there while every stares at us?" The waitress who was standing there staring at us the whole time butted in and said "when the hostess is done cleaning the tables he will get to you" he literally cleaned off 3 tables while we waited then came to seat us. Why is the hostess cleaning tables anyway while people wait? At this time it was about 10 min of standing there and a line was behind us of other people. We sat down and ordered and didn't see our waitress again until we asked for the check, the manager brought the food out and another girl we had to grab to ask for what we needed, our waitress clearly was having a bad night because we had a clear view of the server area and she was back there every time we looked complaining/venting to another server. We never got plates or silverware or napkins for our appetizer, it was ridiculous. The food could have been 5 star and I wouldn't go back because of the horrible service. read more

Food is typical Bdubs fare. Some bartenders ID, some don't, and one of them seems convinced that I'm trying to pass a fake ID (I'm 25.) The traditional wings are noticeably meatier on any day besides Tuesday (when they discount them.) Beer is unreasonably pricey outside of happy hour (which is typical for Bdubs.) The only reason I visit this location is because its conveniently located near a hotel I usually stay at. Can't recommend it for any reason other than that. read more
