Bdubs is almost always busy so I understand when the service is slower or when the food takes longer to come out. But I feel like this location usually has more breading than chicken on their boneless wings, and they aren't properly covered in sauce the way it is at other locations. Tried take-out from this location four times to no avail. This is by far the worst Bdubs location I have ever been to. We order wings. Simple. We order blue cheese every time and always get ranch dressing. Today was the worst. I ordered bone-in buffalo wings, boneless bbq wings, a side cup of blue cheese, and a side caesar salad. I arrived to pickup my order within 10 minutes of my expected pickup time. The buffalo and the bbq wings were tossed into the same container. They were cold. The count was wrong, supposed to be 6/6. Then the side cups were both ranch. The salad was soggy and for some reason had melted shredded cheddar ontop? Did they stick a salad in an oven? We ate the boneless, couldn't finish the buffalo, and didn't touch the salad. Perhaps eating at the location is better. But I am never doing pickup ever again from this location. Came here for a quick meal. It was great. Lots of parking and easy access. It was very clean inside and service was great. We were sat as soon as we arrived and were greeted by our server within minutes. Drinks came fast and food came fast. There are lots of tvs and they have a rubber duck claw machine. So I came to this restaurant on a Sunday at about 3:30pm. Let's talk about parking first, it's crammed in a small store front next to an ice cream place.. so the parking is terrible. I go through the doors and see not a person working there in sight pretty much all the tables were full but I couldn't find an employee and you have to wait to be seated. I waited about eight minutes until a young lady comes over to greet me and find me a seat. Since the tables were all full I had to still wait for her to clean off a table for me to have a seat. I'm seated, wait for my waitress order a drink and the appetizer combo.. about 15 minutes later my food arrives and it's cold. Not to mention the chicken was overcooked and half sauced. The waitress comes back and asked me if everything is OK.. so I told her yeah, just OK. She then replies "is it cold" I say "yes" and she says " I don't pay for cold food you shouldn't either". I love that!! She then re-orders my food, and when it's prepared she brings it out to me. The new food was amazing, the flavors were unmatched, and it was a great amount of food. We've come here a few times and it's okay. I had the boneless wings with lemon pepper sauce and it was just the right amount of spice for me. I shared an order of fries which were lukewarm. As we ask the the person that seat us to please put us at a low top table they try to sit us a at high top table. Then they told us to go back to the front and wait while trying to find out where they could sit us. They finally sat us. This group of people are yelling, screaming, there kids are wrestling on the floor. Ok you are the one that sat us here and we have someone in a wheelchair and someone with shattered femurs and they cannot sit in high top chairs. I even began recording it and the manger didnt care at all how that group was acting. Our food was cold. One person in our group did not get there food. We asked the waitress twice and the manger once. 35 minutes we had to wait for his food. They brought out a chicken sandwich and took it back because no one of claimed it the young manager Mike said oh that was it hum no he order a chicken wrap not a chicken sandwich. That why we didn't say anything because it was not what we ordered. They brought us all plastic silverware and told us they ran out of real silverware when we got seated. What restaurant runs out of real silverware. There was a scratching high pitch chair that group was sitting in one of the kids kept turn the chair. The manager young Mike said oh that just the chair and there was nothing he could do about it. The group adults just kept letting the kid do it just to annoy us. It sounded like someone scrapping metal with a fork. It was so loud it was hurting everyone ears. We will never be back. I do not recommend Buffalo Wild Wings in Canton Michigan at all. I highly just would recommend going to the Westland location if you want good chicken. Literally everytime I order here my chicken is severely over cooked to the point where it's not even worth eating. It's dry and chewy and hard like beef jerky. This is my 3rd time ordering and each time my chicken ended up like this. The Westland location does not cook their chicken that hard and it's always good regardless of when I go. Hopefully they can speak to the cooks in the kitchen regarding this because it's very disappointing to keep spending money on overcooked chicken. read more

Buffalo wild wings usually has a Tuesday special for boned wings buy one get one free, and on Thursdays they have the boneless special for buy one get one. As the kids had just come off their basketball practice, they were hungry. We ended up ordering 75 wings, And the flavors we opted for were Asian zing, spicy garlic, barbecue, teriyaki, lemon pepper and mango habanero. We truly enjoyed the wings, they were seasoned and coated very well. A Caution for the mango habanero flavor, it will light u up. They leave this tingling feeling in your mouth that burns for while. We ordered take out. Social distancing was in effect. Masked were required and you had to follow signs to the pick up location inside the store, where one of the workers was passing out the food. In the past, ordering from this location online (and using some rewards points to get a free side or appetizer) has led to me being charged my points and then my order was "lost." Long conversations and email threads with the management did not ever resolve the issue - I was told to come back and talk to the host and they'd "make it right," but the host had no idea who I was and no record of those conversations the next time I came in. I ordered delivery from this location yesterday because our household has COVID. The food was pretty good - I loved the boneless wings, but the traditional wings were dry: overcooked, bony & with little meat, and undersauced. I ordered a kids meal which was supposed to come with a kids' chocolate milk, and that was left off our delivery. It might be the fault of the DoorDasher who delivered it - but since I ordered through BWW's website, I can't leave a review for the Doordasher because it's somehow not associated with my Doordash account, which means any fault in that service becomes BWW's problem themselves. I think I need to stick to my best experiences with BWW - dining in, and getting wraps or sandwiches. My experience here with traditional wings has been bad, and my delivery experiences have been left lacking. read more

I made an atypical decision to stop and pick up dinner. Upon entering the restaurant no one was waiting to be seated and only one person was waiting for a pick up order. There weren't any Doordash orders on the rack and not even a quarter of the restaurant was filled with seated customers. I ordered the traditional wings with fries which was on special. Upon arriving home , I had been given the boneless chicken. The garlic-parmesan chicken was very salty and the fries were terrible (hard, dry and uneatable). We went there last night for dinner. Our waitress was very nice and very helpful. The service was fast. The food was really good. The only thing was they are already out of the two new sauces which was disappointing. They should at least mark an X on the menus for the sauces. We will definitely come back though to try them out if they get them in again. I tried the new loaded nachos appetizer and it was really good. The cubed chicken that was on it was really flavorful and moist chicken. Love the ranch dressing they put on top of it to besides the honey barbecue sauce. Food was just ok. Unfortunately the person that wanted to go to this place for lunch almost never got his burger. It came out wrong and with cold fries. They took it back and said they would rush the replacement. About 15 minutes later when the rest of us were all done eating I went and asked for the manager. The same guy that had taken the food back WAS the manager. I kind of laughed. He said sorry and that the kitchen was backed up. I said you said you would rush it. (Obviously) He said the ticket had been placed at the end of all the orders. I explained that really didn't make any sense. So basically, not very sorry. (in front of the store manager, who I paid) All because he decided to take new orders before cashing out my pulltabs. And then more new orders. Had em in his hand 3 or 4 times. I asked to have them back and ill cash em someplace else. Then walks away saying vile and vulgar things. The manager says she wont fire him, even though I found out from the westland location my friends frequent that he used to work there and was just fired for THE EXACT SAME THING!!!! FIGHTING CUSTOMERS!!! IMAGINE THAT!!!! Being rude to a customer, and when the customer walks away he goes after them and confronts them. Gosh golly gee wiz. I really hope they do more than some pathetic copy/paste bullshit apology. Manager already said he wont be fired but "stern talking to" and that's all that is needed. I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. From start to finish, it was a letdown. The service was abysmally slow despite the restaurant being only half full. We waited nearly 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and another 30 minutes for our food. After we got our food the waitress told us the kitchen closes at 10:45 and it was 10:15. We were there to do the all you can eat and online on google it says they close at 12am. (After talking to the manager he said they have been trying to change it, but if someone is coming for the all you can eat, YOU SHOULD LET THEM KNOW). So at the time when we got there at 9:30 we were thinking we had at least 2 hours to eat. But after 45 minutes to get our first order we only had 30 minutes. At this point I wanted to talk to the manager to see what was going on and how we could get any value out of this all you can eat deal. The manager and he explained to us that we could older 2 at a time and then he would also let us take 2 orders to go to make up for the poor service and miscommunication. We also had to ask for silverware twice and then were given plastic takeout forks. After finishing our order it was already 10:25 and our waitress was no where to be found it. We had to wait another 10 minutes to just place another order. But when our waitress came around she had no idea what we were talking about and told us she had never talked to him. She was also giving attitude from almost the start. So after all that we just wanted to pay for the 10 wings we ordered and leave. I told our waitress this and she said "I can try, but you are going to pay for the fries" in a rude condescending voice. To which I wanted to speak to the manager again and she said she would get him but never did. They ended up talking and making it able to pay for our 10 wings. When we got our bill we were charged $3.49 for water! I then went to the manager myself and he told me the waitress was new and didn't know. WHAT PLACE EVER CHARGES FOR WATER. That should be common sense but I guess that is what most people are lacking. Given the high prices, I expected much better. Unfortunately, Buffalo Wild Wings failed to deliver on almost every front.
