thanks for being so nice to me you service is great Morrigan every time I come do you have that good attitude and personality and thank you

I typically love Buffalo Wild Wings, but every time I order from this location I'm disappointed. This last time was the worst. The potato wedges and fried cheese tasted like they were using old frying oil and as a result the only flavor it had was nasty oil. Some of my wings tasted like teriyaki and then covered with the sauce I actually ordered. I ordered blue cheese dipping sauce and was given ranch. The only plus was they gave me extra carrots and celery. I keep going there hoping it will be like other locations. This time was the last time. read more

Just sat down at a table in the bar for 5 mins 2 servers and a bartender walked past and said not word while the other bartender just stared at me. I walked out not coming back anytime soon. read more

Because of the virus I sat in car and ordered wings and fries to go. Said it would take 20 minutes. in 30 minutes I called again and then they brought them out. They were over done and dry. I ask for mild sauce. If this was mild I would hate to see hot. It was cold read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to, the service was really bad and it took 45 minutes before my food came out and there was barely any people here. Our waitress only came by once and that was just to drop off the food, our drinks were empty until I asked another waitress if I could get a refil. I will not be coming back to this location ever again!!!! read more

BWW is what it is unless you have Danika as your server. We were in Friday night it she made our night awesome! She knew all the levels of the sauces and talked me out of one knowing I couldn't handle the heat. Thank you for making it a great night!! read more

I felt welcomed right when we sat done, greeted by the nicest waiter I've ever had. Our waiter, Hunter, moved us from a smaller booth that we were crammed in to a bigger booth and asked us about the event we were just at and was incredibly nice the entire time we were here. (If ya see this thank you for bonding with us over marching band) read more

Food here is wonderful! Their boneless wings are great, served with cold, crispy celery, carrot sticks and ranch dressing. My fave are the mango habanero. They have a very nice kick. If you like super hot, go for the blazin. For a milder flavor, the garlic parmesean and honey bbq are great! read more

I havent been here in a while but recently after a family gathering and I remembered that this place wasn't very good, but I was wrong they tend to have pretty good service and large portion sizes. read more

Spoiled macaroni & cheese. Wondered if it should have a sour twang. Later I knew that was not the correct flavor.

I come here often enough to finally give them a fair review. The food is okay, on a lucky day it's even good. Wings are over breaded and overfried, and far from the best ones ever conceived. The bar is bad. Real bad. I've ordered several standard drinks, and they come out incorrectly almost every time. Avoid mixed drinks at all costs. On a recent trip I ordered a Tom Collins. What I got was a cup of lemon juice in a highball glass. Hardly a Tom Collins, who's name implies both the glass and the alcohol, not to mention there wasn't a bit of soda water in it. Food: 3 out of 5 Bar: 1 out of 5 Ambiance: 3 out of 5 Service: 2 out of 5 Overall: 2 out of 5 read more

Burned, dried out and overly salted. The pepperjack steak wrap was nuked! I understand food that is not real good but this was destroyed. My daughter's cheeseburger was tough as nails. Really disappointed in just about everything to do with this place. My stomach is hurting. read more

We ordered food just a few minutes ago and when we got to pick up the food, our bill was covered by the restaurant because of some technical problems they had... we offered to leave the card number and they refused so grateful... awesome place to go watch sports and spend time with friends and family!!!! Thank you read more

You need to check your order every time they don't know the difference between traditional wings and boneless. Nothing worse getting home with your order to find they gave you the wrong wings!!! read more

Good wings and good selection of draft beers and you name the sport and it's playing on one of the many big screen tv read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

I walked in to the place and it looked pretty clean and there was a good atmosphere. Then the waitress seated us in the farthest back booth in the corner. We had saints jerseys on and she seated us where we couldn't see the saints game. Anyway when we went to order drinks and I asked for a coke. She then said "Is Pepsi ok?" Other than that the food was good and the service was ok. Except for the fact that my drink was empty half of the time and she didn't ask if I wanted a refill. I know I should probably just ask but it's just customer service to ask someone if they need a refill. Overall the food was good it was a clean place the only complaints are customer service. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Received wrong order and the manager agreed I was given the wrong order but the manager refused to correct their error. Received 5 wings but ordered10. This is the worst business ever! read more

Ordered two salads and a wrap with two bottled drinks, delivered via door dash. Door dasher had to remind the restaurant about the drinks, neither salad came with dressing nor was there utinsels or napkins. I had also paid $2 extra for avocado on one salad, they forgot that too. Employees need better training. read more

I ordered 10 traditional, 10 boneless, cheese curds, potato wedges, and 4 ranch through grub hub. I received 20 traditional wings and potato wedges. I didn't receive the cheese curds or ranch. I also received the wrong flavor of wings. read more

Wow, worst margarita I've ever had. They tried to fix it but it was the same as the first. We bought extra shots to try to fix it. Took forever to get the bill and it was wrong. They corrected it and it was wrong again. Took forever just to get out of there. When we told our complaints to the hostess he was rude and told us to come back again, what a fool. Never again. Save your money. read more

Well I'm pretty sure my teenager can make a better meal than this place. It was straight outta the freezer to the fryer and the fries were soaked in grease and not freshly made. They have a ton of managers checking in on each table but they need to focus of their kitchen, yikes! read more

Thursday night is wings night .60 cent boneless wings. Come about 545 pm and they are fresh and hot. If not you get left overs from last night. Still good but just not hot. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Table setting. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

I love a lot of their food and I get the same things over and over but it is rare that they stay consistently good. Sometimes it's cold in the middle, other times they forget my sauce. We order and pick it up most of the time and they almost always forget something. The kids they have working there are always standing around, talking and laughing, and it feels that the business is suffering because of that. Perhaps new management would give the restaurant what it needs. read more

The service was beyond horrible. I have never been to such a horrible BWW. We waited so long to even get a drink order then waited double that time to get our food. Our waitress spoke to rarely, we had to go ask for refills on our beverages. The other waitresses/waiter were running around laughing and playing. It was unacceptable. As we sat there waiting forever another family walked in and ended up leaving because they had not been waited on and had sat for a while. The manager was just as bad as the teens running around yelling. Not happy at all. read more

The restaurant in general sucks. The food can be good depending on the day. Each time I try to go back the service is always so bad I want to leave or actually do leave before I even order. This is the last one in the Tulsa area I've tried and so far I haven't been to one that has good service. Good luck to anyone who comes here. If your in Tulsa your way better off to head over to hooters even if the screw something up your food ends up being free to make up for it. read more

Okay, so I don't know where this location is finding these employees, but I've never received better service anywhere else in Tulsa. Last time we had Dmario and he blew us away, and tonight we had David (aka eyelashes). Seriously, two of the most attentive servers I've ever seen in my life. This is service I would respect from a 5 star place downtown. I could go on and on, but I'll spare you. Amazing people! read more

I love the food and atmosphere here .... but the last TWO times I had a problem there (it didn't involve the food or service.) The problem was that I was unable to get use my Blazin' Rewards points while I was there because the network was not working! This is a small proble, BUT still needs to be addressed by management! read more

Staff sucks, managers don't care, cold food and hot beer. First time being to this location and will never go back.

Me and my wife just walked in the bar and sat down. Waited for 15 mins and the girl never even acknowledged we were there. Construction going on. What a joke. Not even busy in the middle of the day and she can't say I will be with you guys in a minute??? read more

I love their mango habanero wing the best and the asian zing wings would be my second favorite. Also they sell them for 60 cents a wing on Tuesdays for traditional and Thursday for boneless. read more

I don't know why I continue to come here and expect different results. Isn't that what they call insanity? Every. Single. Time I come to B-dubs in BA, it's guaranteed that the service will be bad, the food will take forever to come to the table and it'll be luke-warm. I hope I have learned my lesson after a trillion times of coming here to disappointment after disappointment. Surely I can find good wings somewhere else. read more

Food was pretty good and this was one of the only locations that had the wrestling semi finals (for my husband). Service was pretty slow and there was a very obnoxious low humming sound. I have no idea what it was - maybe a generator?- but it drove me crazy! read more

We were seated quickly upon arrival and got great service all night. We got an appetizer and then split wings (medium and parmesan garlic) and an order of potato wedges. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. If you're craving wings, this is a good place to go. As we were sitting there, I couldn't help thinking that it might not have the best layout if you wanted to go watch a game here. The section we were seated in didn't have a good view of any of the TV's. You'd have to be lucky and get in the big open area if you wanted to be able to see the games. read more

Love the bar here. There aren't very many nightlife spots in Broken Arrow, so we like to come here. You can watch a game and grab a bite and/or a drink. Great service at this location. Like to play Texas Hold Em too. read more

Service seems to be slow. Food is just ok. Only time we got a refill on drinks was when the manager came by. Seems like the servers socialize more than help the customers. read more

Food was good. I liked the jalepeno bbq wings. Service was eh

Typical BWW - young staff that doesn't know about the beers, but alot of them and attentive at that. Don't have to wait for a refill, good wings, football on TV. Solid place to go. read more

Always go here for the Blazin' wings. Also love Vanessa, who is awesome! It's pretty much my happy place.

They have great service and the staffs are super nice. They always have great food and I love their specialty drinks. We always get their ultimate nachos and they are delicious! It's our favorite hangout during the weekend nights. read more

Horrible horrible BWW! It's better to avoid this place and stay at home and serve yourself as the staff are extremely lazy and could care less to serve you. We left at half time and went to Fox & Hound to receive A+ service and great wings! Don't have this problem with BWW's in Texas but when we visit parents in Tulsa at this location service is awful! read more
