Came here on a Monday about 5pm, was pretty quiet. I definitely think the place needs to be updated a bit as the booth and tables were worn out. Good service from our waitress. Mozzarella sticks were bomb. My bfs food came out good he says (Parmesan Garlic boneless wings). My fries were seasoned good and fresh. Unfortunately, my chicken was overcooked :( barely ate it. It was $1 per tender tho so that was very nice. Bf got 20 pieces of his wings which was $22. Overall, meh. Don't hold your expectations too high when you come here. read more

I mean honestly if you order wings and fries, you would think at least you would get the god damn fries with it! what in the hel! is wrong with these restaurants charging outrageous prices for half ass service. read more

Food cold, took forever, waitress was terrible could,nt even get such right drinks. Don't go there

Sierralyn was not an attentive server. Not only did my food come prepared incorrectly and had to be sent back, they drenched my wrap in buffalo sauce with little chicken, and then never returned to refill my drink. The place wasn't busy, so I don't know where the disconnect was. Very unimpressed and will likely not return. Also got charged for beer cheese she never gave us despite obviously asking for it. I asked for the game to be put on a tv that I could see, only to be told they'd see what they can do and never tried or returned to let me know why they couldn't pull the game up. You'd think going into a place with 20+ TVs, you'd be able to see a game from where you're sitting. Overall, not a good experience. Do better. read more

9/13/2025 2:00 pm, 15 customers in the restaurant. After seated it took 23 mins before I was asked drink preference. Then another 20 mins before taking my order. The kitchen crew brought a plate of wings with no silverware or napktins and dropped it at my table. Stopped my server passing by and asked for these items. Not once did my server come check on me and my empty drink the whole time. Its was like this the whole time I was there and this is not the worst on the list that happened. The whole time I sat in the booth I smelled old carpet saturated food like in a old cafeteria. I wished I would have relised my mistake when I walked in because I should have just walked on back out. Never again. read more

Luke did an exceptional job serving us today, he was attentive and had a great attitude. Layout was kind've strange. Food was good and at a reasonable price. Beers were cold as F*** it was awesome. All in All, 10/10, Thanks Luke, you made my week. read more

The staff has no idea what they are doing. Absolutely no communication between staff members. I called in an order to be picked up and when we got there they said it will only be a couple minutes. We had waited an extra 25 minutes in the lobby waiting for our food. 3 different people came up to us to tell us the exact same things. Clearly hadn't talked with each other. Very short attitudes, not happy to be there at all. Food tastes good tho read more

Really good service at the local B-Dubs. Waitress told us it's her last 2 weeks on the job so she was giving us free stuff left and right. It was boneless Thursday which me and the boys love. However the new menus are really confusing. The new trays that the wings are served on do make it easier to eat though! Tried the new Chile queso and was a big fan. Been here countless times and will continue to come back with the great people that work here read more

There are literally two reasons Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) exists: wings, and televised sports. Someone needs to tell it to the employees of this BWW. Went there on Sunday at peak NFL game time. Was a little worried we wouldn't get a table, but no problem there. Suspiciously no problem. In fact, very few of the people there on a Sunday seemed to be actually interested in the NFL games being played at the time. Which, come to think of it, makes sense. Most of the customers seemed to think of this as just another restaurant to have lunch at. My waitress seemed to have the same impression. She kept stopping by our table asking if we needed something, when our beers were still half full. Sorry, we wanted beer, appetizers and to watch the game. But apparently, the wait staff was trained to expect on game day that I'd be coming in and ordering appetizer-meal-check, LIKE I WASN'T AT A SPORTS BAR TO WATCH THE FUCKING GAME. Which brings me to the subject of wings. Buffalo Wild Wings' wings FUCKING SUCK. You'd think when wings were in the name of the restaurant they'd b semi-competent at them, but I'd swear these wings were microwaved they were so lacking in everything that wings were supposed to be. The sauces were okay (Caribbean Jerk, is recommended). But the whole goddamn point of wings is that nice crispy, chewy, skin. BFF decides to fucking nuke them, toss them in sauce and figure you idiots don't even care). The "boneless wings" are even worse; second-rate chicken mcnuggets. Hell, I will go ahead say I'd rather have chicken mcnuggets than either of the wing options. But hey, swap in the caribbean jerk sauce for the McD sweet & sour, sure. The only thing I actually enjoyed were the mac and cheese bites, which may only be a temporary menu item. Go to literally any other bar to watch the game. EVERY. OTHER. PLACE. I've been to to watch a game has been better. Food, service, better. The only thing BWW has going for them is sheer number of TVs you can be surrounded by. Or, I don't know, maybe you're one of the weirdos who enjoys eating at a shitty chain restaurant with obtuse servers surrounded by TVs blasting things you don't care about. read more

I just wish I could give 0 Stars as this was the worst Damn food we have had. And we eat at allot of BDubs around the country but I gotta say do not go to this one as they don't care to take care of you at all. We were driving threw Bemidji on Saturday night on our way home from Wisconsin to get some supper to eat on the road to TRF. So we ordered our food on the app acouple hours before close and so I thought let's just go in and wait 15 minutes before we where suppose to pick the food up thinking we want it fresh as possible. Well that was so untrue it was thrown in the trash at the next gas station and wasted our $35. Plus after getting back on the interstate my wife said they didn't even give us our sauces or our celery. We opened the fry's right when we got out of the parking lot. They were so soggy they were like mashed potatoes to be honest. The chicken was under the warmer so long that it was stringy and uneatable. We are so disgusted with this place as it's not the first time from this location. We go to bemidji acouple times a year to race cars and we went here once and it was just as bad. Covid has nothing to do with food being cooked like crap! When we turned around to go get our sauces so we weren't eating sauce less chicken. Well when wife went into get the sauces she said our fries are uneatable the girl just ignored her completely. Got the sauces and still was wrong. So my wife said let's just go get gas station food so we did. When we got to the gas station my wife said she's got a place for the food and I watched her throw it all in the trash. STAY AWAY CHICKEN TENDERS AT GAS STATION AND MICROWAVE FRIES ARE BY FAR BETTER THEN THIS PLACE. Reviews are gonna be left in as many places as we can find as we went out of our way to get to the location and then had to go back to get items again as well as uneatable food. My wife told the girl I hope everything is there because we are on the road eating. Of coarse it wasn't complete. One thing I will say is the bottled sauce we got for our homemade pickle chips "Should be Good"! read more

I' m trying to eat at local Restaurants during the COVid-19 crisis. Sadly, I ordered 10 Asian Zing & 10 dry Buffalo wings for takeout. I arrived on time that my order was supposed to be ready & had to wait 16 minutes for my takeout. Instead of 10 asian Zing & 10 dry Bufflo I received 30 Spicy Garlic & 10 Hot BBQ. wings. I headed home which is 15 minutes away, to watch the Twins with 3 buddies..... None of the items we ordered were in the package except carrots & blue cheese..... I called the restaurant & asked for the Manager on duty. Sarah said she was the Mgr. on duty. She was somewhat sympathetic yet defensive and offered me a refund or a credit for 10 Asian Zings & 10 Dry Buffalo. I took the 20 future wings. It still doesn't make up for the fact that we got the wrong wings and the restaurant met our expectations.... It's not that hard to ensure the Customer gets their right order.... I imagine the person who ordered 40 wings was not too pleased either. Please do a better job next time. The wings are good. Service hit or miss.... And this was a slow Tuesday night..... read more

3 of us went there and ordered food, we ordered an appetizer and soft drinks. our appetizer and drinks came our right away. our waitress never came back to our table, we had to go to the hostess and get our own drink refills. only 2 of the 3 meals were brought to us, finally we asked the hostess where the other meal was and she got our waitress, she brought our bill and said she won't charge us for the missing meal! I wish I could rate this ZERO. The service was terrible. We never received napkins or plates. The waitress didn't come around a lot. There was another waitress we asked for napkins who looked at my husband, tucked her head looking away, and walked off. The food was subpar. When we asked for the manager, Adrienne came over with no name tag and TONS of attitude. She was super rude to multiple members of our party. We watched her also be rude to other guests in a separate party when they complained. It was terrible. My husband and I were visiting from out of state, and it was a terrible experience. read more

I don't know what happened here. When they first opened it was so good. Food would be hot service was good. Now the last times we have gone we have had cold chicken wings?! So gross and if cold wings wasn't bad enough how about fatty meat. The meat was so fatty it was inedible. Also when you pay for extras and they don't include them really makes a person upset. Soggy fries, it's sad that this establishment has gone so far down hill but I spose the salmonella outbreak they had at their Burger King locations is taking its toll on their bdubs location. I will not be back I can't stomach cold fatty chicken. read more

So, let me start by saying we never seem to have any issues when we dine-in. That being said, out of 12 take-out orders, they have only managed to get 1 correct. That's right. 1/12. They even have the freaking yellow carbon copy receipt attached to the bag that is ALWAYS missing parts of our orders. The problem continued despite ordering online or ordering takeout while standing in the building. It also happens even when they're not busy. Apparently staff isn't required to be literate?? Otherwise, I'm not sure how you can't compare what's in the bag to the listed items literally stapled to the bag... read more

So I moved here from California and it's unfortunate that because of the service bww provided I will never be returning. I placed and order and pickup would be ready in 25 minutes I got there before and then the app said my order was ready. I walked in and they could not find the order and said it was still being made. Well 20 minutes and 5 customers later I asked what happened and the employee walked in the back and immediately walked out with the order and did not say anything she just handed it to me. When I got home everything was luke warm, the ice cream was completely melt and half of the wings were so hard I could not even bight into them, really disappointing and terrible service. On top of this I had other food in the car I picked up for roommate and that sat out forever also. When l contacted bww all they said is they would look into it, well they lost me and my household as regular customers and I already found out lazy jacks has great wings and better service and its worth checking out. Updated 6/8: The manager of this store contacted me and tried to replace the whole order with about a 1/3 of the items I ordered and I laughed and refused and sent her a message saying that I do not want a credit because I will never be returning. Today my bank contacted me about the reversed charge and bww told them that the manager resolved this issue, now that bww is lying on top of bad service is shocking but now they just escalated the situation to another level and a solution is in the works. read more

I've always had good food here. Service has been a little hit or miss, but generally good. The biggest problem I have is the noise. I usually don't mind a sports bar, but this place seems really loud. read more

Their service is always horrible. Both dine in and take-out is a minimum 30 minute wait for the food. Waitress/waiters/bartenders/hosts are never in a good mood, they seem grouchy and unwilling to help or even enjoy life. They seem to rely on sporting events to maintain business, rather than their food and hospitality to help bring customers back. read more

Went to eat with our entire family. They said that the wings were on sale so we ordered wings. It seems like they charge for everything that they can. They are really not that on sale when they charge for every and all items. Sauce for the wings, extra charge, sauce for the Pulled Pork sandwich, extra charge, order celery, extra charge. But, if you just order the wings that are not on sale, you at least get sauce with them. Don't strip things down and then call them on sale. Unless you need all the TV's, there are better places to go..... read more

Here is the deal, I used to go there every Thursday with my family. We love the environment and on $.60 wing night we can feed our family pretty cheap. The issue is when certain management works. I have noticed when Matt the Manager works things are getting done. Peoples needs are being met, he runs around talking to tables, guiding his staff and making sure food comes out right and if it doesn't it gets fixed on the double. Nights without Matt working are seriously not worth going. We always have over cooked chicken, drinks we wait on forever, and we never have napkins or utensils. My recommendation is go when Matt is working and thankfully its nearly every night. Also advertise your specials better, this would get more people in for Happy Hour, I've been in there after 9pm and they have great specials, but no one in Bemidji seem's to know this, lost money in my mind. read more

I have ordered food for take out a few times and it's usually disappointing when I get home to see that something was left out or severely under sauced. Once I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap and could not even taste the buffalo sauce (and this is Buffalo Wild Wings, right?). read more

Feathers in my wings.. not just on one but many and one large clump of feathers on one wing made me lose my appetite for this place. I told the manager Mario and he said, "oh you found a feather?" ..that was it.. no apologies, no offers of new order. Order your wings without the sauce on them... you might find that the "delicious wings" look ready to fly still. Our waitress was nice but she was busy, and place had several un-bussed dirty tables the whole time we were there. read more

Glad Bemidji is getting some restaurants like this; successful specialty chains, bring in traffic and more businesses! I have eaten here five times since their opening and must say the food has been satisfying; less "salty" then other BW3s I have been to, love the boneless garlic Parmesan wings and salt and vinegar fries. read more

Just spent $90 on a meal, three beers and two margaritas. The food was awful. Boneless wings so overcooked, they were impossible to chew. The sampler platter is a joke. The nachos were basically chips and jalapenos. None of the wings were very good for a place that supposedly specializes in wings. The skin on the bone-in wings was pale and flaccid. Obviously the cook either doesn't care or was never trained. The worst part of the entire experience was Taylor, our server. Rude, arrogant and condescending. One example was when we were done trying to eat and she finally came to the table. We mentioned that the sampler platter was disappointing. Her comment in a snotty tone was "why didn't you say something before?" We were so shocked none of us thought to reply with the truth which was that she had never come to ask how our meal was. Not once. The Bemidji BWW is definitely the worst. Will never return. Taylor should be working on an assembly line with no human interaction. read more

Nothing out of the ordinary. Slower service initially but my waiter was very good after the initial wait. I love wings and will often seek them here or anywhere! Your burgers are completely bland. They taste raw. I'd suggest removing them from your menu until you can make them correctly

We went to lunch today at around 1 pm and the place was packed! But we had an amazing experience. The food was fast the service nice, could have been a little faster but for as busy as it was it was within range. The only drawback to our experience was our draft beers were skunky like the kegs were old.;( otherwise a great visit read more

So I went to Bemidji Buffalo Wild Wings last night with a group of buis to watch the Paul vs maywhether fight because we saw they were promoting it. (I always go in there with the mindset the service will be below average because it always is at this location) We arrived early to ensure we'd get one of the larger tables. Took 10 minutes for someone to even approach our table. Keep in mind there might of only been 20 customers there at this time. After our waitress finally brought us our first talk Busch lights she turned into a ghost (I referred to her as "Casper") any time after that we pretty much had to physically chase her down to get any other beverages or food. She would bring us a beer, not ask how we were doing and just leave emptied handed when there was over 25 empty glasses and endless trays of our finished meals. They also were on the wrong channel causing us to miss the first fight because we couldn't even find another employee to tell them to change it. There was a playoff hockey game on one tv in the whole establishment and the rest of the TVs had WNBA or dirt car racing on them. If they are under staffed it's one thing but don't promote a pay per view event when you don't have the employees to come close to keeping up with the service. I would rate this experience a 0 star if it was an option read more

Another disappointing night at BWW. We wanted wings the problem with their menu is that it really doesn't explain sizes and neither do the servers. You have a snack, small, med, large but they don't tell you how big each is. They also leave out that you can get two different flavored in a single order so I could have ordered a medium and paid about $13 but the waitress didn't bat an eye when we ordered two snack sizes because we wanted two flavors. For 12 small boneless chicken chunks we paid 18.79! I can get better chicken elsewhere thank you. read more

My wife and I are frequent visitors of BWW's and yesterday was a tough day, especially for my wife who had found out there a death to a very close loved one. Even though it was super busy since there was a Wild game, our waitress, Cyndi, was awesome and very attentive. The managers of the restaurant, if somehow sensing that we were not our normal selves, to our surprise comped our meal. Thank you to Travis and Chelsea as you helped make our night bearable considering the circumstances. Your generosity last night touched our hearts when we needed it the most. read more
