Every time I visit Amarillo I end up going to this Buffalo Wild Wings. The first time I went, I had never been to one before. Now I'm on my fourth time. Every time I visit it has been very good. The service was quick as they weren't busy. I haven't had any problems with my order and left feeling full and satisfied. This time I ordered the Dubs Tater Tots which sound crazy when you read the menu. It has Hatch chili queso, bbq sauce, onions, brisket and pickled peppers which sounds like too many flavors but they combine to make a delicious meal. I think it's on the app menu but I got it for myself. I treated myself to a pineapple mojito. First time with that. I usually just get a normal mojito. He didn't refill drinks, he forgot to put in our order of potato wedges so they were not ready until we were done with our food. He charged us a large when it was a small on those wedges. I was completely shocked at the terrible experience here. We've gone to Buffalo Wild Wings all over the country and this one should be ashamed it even has the Buffalo Wild Wings sign on the building. Service would be negative stars. When you enter the door there are literally at least 15+ people working and maybe 6 tables total in the entire building filled. Our server, I am unsure of where she was in the building, however she was not overseeing her table or checking back in within a timely manner. The food- the food took over an hour to come out! THERE WERE SIX tables filled, there were more staff in the building than customers and the wait for food was over an hour?? I heard the table behind us who came in before us, their server said "sorry the kitchen lost your ticket" as they clearly waited over an hour for their food. If the server was doing her job she would have checked in multiple times with the table and the kitchen, she never did. The food came out COLD! So we wait for an hour and then the food is cold? You had to wait forever to get a refill or the server to even acknowledge you. I had to wave down other servers for assistance multiple times, they refused to help and said they had to get our server and once again unsure of where she was however she wasn't tending to her table. Overall, if I was the manager here I would be ashamed of poor training and management. Do not spend your money here, it's a waste of time. Go to another establishment until they learn to train their staff on how to wait tables or change management. Also, they had the air on full blast every table was freezing, no one did anything or really even cared to notice. At that point, we decided that for some reason, we were not going to be served. We could have demanded service, but I would never eat in a place where the staff isn't happy with us for whatever reason! We got up, found the manager and explained what happened. She asked who it was and we explained everything that had happened. She acted disappointed in her staff, apologized, but offered us no compensation or any kind.
