I was completely shocked at the terrible experience here. We've gone to Buffalo Wild Wings all over the country and this one should be ashamed it even has the Buffalo Wild Wings sign on the building. THERE WERE SIX tables filled, there were more staff in the building than customers and the wait for food was over an hour?? I heard the table behind us who came in before us, their server said "sorry the kitchen lost your ticket" as they clearly waited over an hour for their food. If the server was doing her job she would have checked in multiple times with the table and the kitchen, she never did. The food came out COLD! So we wait for an hour and then the food is cold? You had to wait forever to get a refill or the server to even acknowledge you. I had to wave down other servers for assistance multiple times, they refused to help and said they had to get our server and once again unsure of where she was however she wasn't tending to her table. Overall, if I was the manager here I would be ashamed of poor training and management. Do not spend your money here, it's a waste of time. Go to another establishment until they learn to train their staff on how to wait tables or change management.
