DO NOT USE! We had a backup at our home, he came out and ended up having to leave multiple times due to not having the proper tools. He quoted us $500 to empty the tank (which we knew was not full) and snake the pipes. He ended up finally emptying the tank when he came back the next day and then never snaked the drain because he said he could hear water coming in, still charged $500 plus tax. Three weeks later we had a backup again.... we had the filter cleaned out, $100 and didn't fix it, so we called Roy's, they came out and put a camera down the pipe, it was clogged. Roy's ended up having to snake it costing us an additional $500 plus tax. We ended up having to pay almost $700 additional and had more damage to our finished basement because they could not do the job they told us from the beginning they were going to do. read more

Our septic broke during the November storm in Hamburg. We reached out to Josh for help, my husband felt compelled to give his small business a chance. Josh was slow and hard to get a hold of. It took over 6 months to complete replacing our septic. Josh would show up an hour here and and our there. The wrong sand was delivered, ruining our lawn and turning it into a pond. He left tools scattered about. He never filled in the old septic which later caved in. We have 4 children and many animals, luckily no one was injured. We gave Josh several calls to come fix. Our backyard looked like a war zone. And pipes sticking put, no clean up, he didn't salvage any topsoil so we had to order dirt, dig up area where the wrong sand created a pond, fill in old septic, remove mounds of shale and rocks, regrade our back lawn. Josh was asked to make it right. He took 700 dollars of which didn't even cover the cost of dirt. After notifying the County, we decided to fill in the tank, grade our lawn, dig up bad sand, fix protruding pipes and reseed our lawn. Thankfully we have friends that were able to help. I pity the people who he does work for that don't have friends with heavy equipment. The County has been notified and will be watching when he comes for future permits. I regret leaving this review, my husband gave Josh every opportunity to do the right thing. I hope Josh grows and learns from these mistakes and no one gets hurt. read more

This has been the worst experience! This guy was lie after lie, excuse after excuse! He said it would take about 5 days. Took 6 months. Yard is destroyed, fence was ruined. Had a Bobcat repossessed out of our yard. He was asking the neighbors to borrow their equipment. I called Buffalo Septic on 11/19/18, I spoke with Josh. He was very professional and answered all of my questions, this was a relief after speaking with another company. Josh stated that he could be here on Wednesday. Well, he called me this morning (11/20) and asked if he could come a day early! He arrived and he and his crew got right to work. He inspected my entire septic system, cleaned the filters and pumped out both sides of my tank (previous company didn't even open the second lid).
