I have a generator…read morethat dates back to 2007, so when I was informed by the installing company that it had bitten the dust I hardly questioned the verdict - it was 18 years old! Today Mr. Hoffman from Gen-Tech came to do an estimate for a new generator. When he saw that I have a generator he advised me it was possible it could be repaired rather than replaced. He then diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and ran a test to demonstrate that the generator does work! So now I have a working generator again, and at a fraction of the price it would have cost to replace it with a new one! Many thanks to the company, and they will have my business in the future.

This company DELO DRAIN & SEPTIC SERVICE came to my house on Tuesday morning on 1/5/21 because my…read moresewer line in the basement backed up and flooded an area there. After 2 hours of work, that we paid $443.70, we were told the problem had been fixed as they cleaned out these sewer lines inside and outside the house. We thanked the young man profusely and paid in full with a check. Well, the problem returned 2 days later, 1/7/21 around 6 PM and the water/waste was worse this time. I called Bob at DELO right away , left a message that the problem returned. Bob called back an hour later and just cursed me out with profanities so intimidating , I had to report him to the East Aurora Police Dept. which I did. The police told me not to stop payment on the check as that would be stealing services, however that I should take him to Small Claims Court in Holland,NY , that I will be doing. I have also contacted the NYS Attorney General Consumer Affairs Dept.and the BBB department regarding this company and their services. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DELO DRAIN & SEPTIC SERVICE because other research has shown me this Bob has intimated other customers back in 2014 as well.
