But when they put it back together it was horriblely done, it wasn't put together properly at all. The fence section is crooked and not nailed in securely at all. I called back get information on my tank size, and date of pumping and they said they never pumped it, which is obviously not true. I have pictures from when it was dug up. It shows the lid being pried up. So they are missing information in their documents on the work that was done at my property. They also buried a busted up dog pool I had in my yard down in the hole that was dug for the septic to be pumped. I'm not very happy with the over all service. Yes my tank was pumped, and yes they fixed the pipe, which was needed and appreciated. But other than that I'm extremely displeased.

This company DELO DRAIN & SEPTIC SERVICE came to my house on Tuesday morning on 1/5/21 because my…read moresewer line in the basement backed up and flooded an area there. After 2 hours of work, that we paid $443.70, we were told the problem had been fixed as they cleaned out these sewer lines inside and outside the house. We thanked the young man profusely and paid in full with a check. Well, the problem returned 2 days later, 1/7/21 around 6 PM and the water/waste was worse this time. I called Bob at DELO right away , left a message that the problem returned. Bob called back an hour later and just cursed me out with profanities so intimidating , I had to report him to the East Aurora Police Dept. which I did. The police told me not to stop payment on the check as that would be stealing services, however that I should take him to Small Claims Court in Holland,NY , that I will be doing. I have also contacted the NYS Attorney General Consumer Affairs Dept.and the BBB department regarding this company and their services. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DELO DRAIN & SEPTIC SERVICE because other research has shown me this Bob has intimated other customers back in 2014 as well. Another firm fixed and explained our problem on Friday, 1/8/21 at half the cost !

We have used this business for over a decade and they are reliable and cost effective. They also send out postcard reminders which is a nice touch. In addition to septic pump out, they offer Port-o-potties, which for outdoor events or home construction projects are a great option. It is relatively easy to get a quick appointment for septic pumps and the staff is very friendly and accomodating.
