As I'm sure many of you know you make calls looking to get an estimate for work and you don't even receive the courtesy of a call back. That's not the case with John. After we receive the estimate we decided we wanted to go with JMK after reading the fantastic reviews. However, we did not have the funds and did not want to pay an additional charge to put the deposit on my credit card. When I reached out to John and explained the situation he put me on the schedule in good faith until I sent in the deposit. The work started on the day we were told it would start and ended on the day we were told it would end. Partway through the work I realized that John and I may have had a communication error with what I wanted and what he thought I wanted and when we discussed it he immediately corrected and promptly addressed my concerns.
