Then the beef with fries or green beans. That's it for food! There are three sizes basically small, medium and large. It ranges from $30-50 dependent on size of steak. The sauce is a salty with a hit of sweetness. As someone described in my party, kind of like the sauce on the Swedish meatballs from IKEA. I think better but similar taste profile. Several colleagues ordered the fillet de perch and it was so well presented and flavored. I ordered the Red Deer fillets, cooked on the open chimney fire. It came with root vegetables and a salad. It was an absolute incredible flavor and presentation. One of our party ordered the rabbit stew and that, too was incredibly done. Oh and the homemade shoe-string french fries that accompanied the filet de perch was truly a work of art--they arrived in these wonderful, small, silver cups. La Huchette will not disappoint you and will be in your top ten restaurants--that is a fact and you'll have to try it to believe it. Make a reservation. We arrived when it opened at 7PM for our reservation and by 8PM the place was packed. I will definitely return when I'm back in Geneva.
