Great team with amazing and fun fans. Got to see the game against the Chiefs just in the middle of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour concerts and while we were rooting for the Chiefs it was fun to see the Bills fans stopping the undefeated streak of the Chiefs. Highmark Stadium is a fun environment and it is likely more cost effective to build a new stadium than keep this one and it's not historic like Lambeau, so hopefully the new one is even better. Tailgating is so much fun too with all the wonderful food and merch stands. Bloomfield's Pub was amazing. There were plenty of local express busses to the game but we chose to stay in Niagara Falls, Canada and take Rally which was fun and crazy except the long ride back getting through traffic and then customs but well worth it. read more

The Buffalo Bills have always been one of my favorite AFC teams. I can't explain all the reasons why, but some include: 1. I like underdogs. The Bills are one of 12 active NFL teams to never win a Super Bowl. The Bills made it to four consecutive Super Bowls from 1991 to 1994 (Super Bowls XXV, XXVI, XXVII, and XXVIII) and lost all four times. The Bills are tied with the Minnesota Vikings for the most Super Bowl appearances (4) without a win. 2. One of the former head coaches at my alma mater Georgia Tech (2002-2007), Chan Gailey, was head coach of the Bills for the 2010 through 2012 seasons. "CCG," as he was often referred to on Georgia Tech message boards, went a disappointing 16-32 (.333) in Buffalo. Oh well. While Gailey never led the Bills to the NFL playoffs, he did lead Tech to a winning season and bowl game appearance in all six of his seasons in Atlanta. He was Calvin Johnson's college coach. 3. One of my good friends has roots in the Buffalo area and is a Bills fan. 4. Bills fans, a.k.a. #BillsMafia, is a fun group to watch on social media. Their tailgating shenanigans are funny. After going 0-4 in the Super Bowl in the first half of the 90s, the Bills would continue qualify for the postseason under head coaches Marv Levy and Wade Phillips. Then came a 17-year playoff drought (2000-2016) that saw 10 different head coaches roll through Buffalo, including the aforementioned Gailey. Enter Sean McDermott in 2017 and exit Tom Brady from New England after the 2019 season. The McDermott-era Bills have made the playoffs all seasons but one (2018) and they've just won back-to-back AFC East Division Championships (2020 and 2021). These modern-day Bills, led by 2017 draft pick Tre'Davious White (corner) and 2018 draft pick Josh Allen (QB) plus the 2020 addition of Stefon Diggs via trade, have been fun to watch. The Bills ended their last two playoff runs against the Kansas City Chiefs. In 2021 (2020 season), the Bills got off to a 9-0 start in the 1st quarter, but then sputtered to a 38-24 loss in the AFC Championship Game. In 2022 (2021 season), the Bills and Chiefs played one of the most memorable NFL games in recent memory, a 42-36 Chiefs win in overtime. I had Stefon Diggs on multiple fantasy football teams when he was in Minnesota. The trade from the Vikings to the Bills has worked out well for both him and Buffalo. In 2020, Diggs was the NFL receptions and receiving yards leader and he was named to the All-Pro First Team. His two Pro Bowl appearances have come as a Bill (2020, 2021). read more

Buffalo is a true football town. Win, lose, or draw they go hard for their team and right now the future is bright. This football team is stacked with young talent, that will be a problem for the foreseeable future. I was lucky enough to get out to a game this season, and though they didn't win, it was probably the best game I've ever seen live. read more

What do you call dollars that are printed in Buffalo? Buffalo Bills, of course. And what do you call the beaks of ducks that live in Buffalo? Buffalo Bills! And what do you call it when you get letters from your credit card company or the electric company, based in Buffalo, telling you how much you owe them? A nightmare is what you call it! I've seen the Bills play live in person probably 15 times. A few times on the road, and a whole bunch of times at home. They make an intense amazing noise and are one of the best fan bases of any sport anywhere in the world. I love this team even though they need to remember how to run a team. Hopefully the new owner will figure that out. So far so good. My old review was a bit negative. With the new excellent coach, and the new owners injecting some hope, I am raising my homeawayfromhometown team to a 5. I still like the Chiefs a tiny bit better though... Here's my old review. I have to give the Buffalo Bills a 4/5 just because I would feel guilty if I didn't. However there is far more negative to say than positive. (1) The constant rumours that they are leaving town are hard to take. It hurts to lose 4 Superbowls in a row, but it's worse to constantly think that the team will leave. They should come out and say that as long as we get X support that we need to survive here, then we will not leave. Otherwise it's hard not to be a bit down about them. (2) They are hiring very poor coaches, over and over again. The new one might be different, actually, but previously, some of the worst hires in the NFL. This has always been done to save money. It just makes the team stagnate and costs the team more money in the long run. I mean seriously... Dick Jauron? (3) Not enough is done to pack the stadium. In Buffalo, such a passionate sports town, the stadium should always be packed. There are ways to make sure it is packed. (4) More exciting players should be brought in. I know that costs money, but the team is also making a lot of money and should try and give the fans some excitement in return. The one good thing I can say is, the way the team was run in the early 90s was amazing. To go to 4 Superbowls for such a small provincial town team is incredible. I am still impressed by that, and even though they didn't win anything, they deserve all the credit in the world for that. read more

The Buffalo Bills the AFC East Yelp Challenge 74/100 I reviewed all the NFL teams whoop whoop. The best positive has to be the hiring of Rex Ryan. The next best thing is trading for "Shady". Let's be honest you guys need a QB. I was really surprised Mark "Butt Fumble" Sanchez didn't sign with you guys. Give the fans the offensive power of the 90's. You have your Thurman Thomas and Andre Reed. All you need now is a Jim Kelly. Too bad you guys got rid of Stevie Johnson, he was wasted on the 49ers last year E.J Manuel and Matt Castle, ugh me no like it. Add a rookie to the mix and make those clowns earn their money. I'd be worried, if I was you guys. You have Matt Cassel a has been and EJ Manuel a guy who never was. Can you tell me Bills fans, are you guys okay with that? Well it's going to be a fun season with Rex Ryan regardless. I'm looking forward to watching the Bills play four times this year 2 x vs Pats and 2 x vs Jets. Average NFL Franchise since the AFL days. Showed major promise in the late 80s, early 90s when they went to four straight superbowls. Had one of the biggest comeback games in playoff history vs the Oilers in 92! Great, loyal fans in Western & Upstate NY. I feel they are getting a bad deal with having one of their games played in Toronto, Ontario. Staduim is outdated, hope it doesn't jeopardize their stay and makes them relocate. I do like their red, white & blue jerseys. They always have talent, just need the right coaching staff to put it together. Issue is to be consistent while jumping to good starts and finishing bad (some due to major injuries) Grade: C read more

What is there to say about the Buffalo Bills? As a team they provide me with a great opportunity to watch football live at a more than reasonable price compared to other teams. In the interest of full disclosure - I'm a Steelers fan. Born and raised in Pittsburgh. So if I have a chance to watch the Steelers in person without paying an arm and a leg to watch the game, then I'll jump at that opportunity. The Bills provide that and for that I'm thankful. I do try to go to a Bills game regardless of who is playing at least once a year. It's a fun experience waking up in the morning, taking a drive down to the stadium, tailgating for a bit and watching football. The team itself has seen better days, but there's a chance they'll turn it around next season. read more

It's the BILLS man!! You gotta love 'em. Been a season ticket holder for since '06. My buddies and I drive out to games from Hartford 4-5 times a year. We're probably crazy and wasting our money, but it's a blast every time we go. Wouldn't trade game day for anything. If you ever get a chance to hit Ralph Wilson Stadium, do it. It's an old school stadium and there isn't a bad seat to be had. The Bills have been on a bad run for about a decade. They are going to turn it around soon. The odds are on our side. They're my team, and I do love them, but they stink. They will always have my loyalty, 'cause in Buffalo, football is our religion. Our cheapskate owner, Ralph Wilson, is still alive and kicking. They had another useless draft this year, so once again, our QB will be getting nailed frequently. Thing is, he graduated from Harvard, so has the ability to think on his feet, unlike JP Losman (some team actually took him on as their back-up). I used to have the NFL Sunday Ticket on DirecTV, but got rid of that. I figure it's better to be miserable in public than at home. The Bills are the reason I drink on Sundays from September-January. I'd be happy if they just broke even this year, while beating the Patriots and Jets. read more

I'm not a Bills fan, but I saw them in action against the Dolphins this season with nothing to play for while the Dolphins had a playoff spot on the line and the Bills whooped the fins. That is playing with pride in my book and that is a great sign for a young team. read more
