If I was treating her poorly that would be one thing, but I was respectful and just asked questions on how to get the cream since I have zero clue. Despite my pleasantness, it sounded like everyone in the office eats too many bear claws that inflame their poor attitudes. Frankly, I wouldn't go back here even if you paid me to. I will be filing complaints with GCHB and BBB.

I was hoping to be able to return to the store and have them replace the 1 earring at no additional charge. However, I was told that my only option would be to purchase a 2 piece set of earrings for $30 since they do not sell single earrings and they would put the new earring in and "make sure it won't fall out this time." I called while she was already in bed, but she felt so bad about my situation that she made the trip late at night to come to my apartment and give me an IV to make sure I didn't get dangerously dehydrated. I have very hard to stick veins and often have phlebotomists or nurses try to stick me upwards of 5 times to find a vein before a successful attempt, but she got it on the first try despite being very dehydrated and therefore making the veins harder to find! She was also a lot of fun to talk to and told me stories from her life while we waited for my body to absorb all the fluids. I felt much better after and can't thank her enough for her help.
