She took the time to look at the fabric, worked her magic, and was able to move the material around to fix the hole. It made me so happy because I had been loving that top from the moment I saw it and she found a perfect solution. The rest of the staff was just as kind and accommodating. One of the girls even went out of her way to search the store for another top in the same style just in case. The store itself was very clean, well organized, and a pleasure to shop in. I enjoyed my time here so much that I felt compelled to leave this review. Meera's exceptional service along with the friendliness of the entire team turned what could have been a disappointing shopping moment into a wonderful experience. A Buccaneers item caught my husband's eye (lifelong fan and yes, he'll be celebrating until the next Super Bowl) so we decided to pop in. - TLC - One man was holding down the shop. He greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. The item that caught my husband's eye was the Buccs logo on a wooden board in the shape of the state of Florida. They had a small one but we noticed that there were much bigger boards with other teams so we asked him about it. He said the empty space in the wall was the Buccs one and that he had ordered more and was expecting some the following week. He gave us a postcard sized flyer and said when we came back, to present the card to get 10% off. Well, thank you, Sir! We will be back because the husband has been celebrating since February 7th and has been accumulating all this Buccs stuff. Not sure where he thinks he's going to put all this stuff, but the man is happy! - The Goods - The store is not very big, but they seem to have a little bit of everything. There were other things like tumblers and traveler mugs to team totem poles to car accessories. I think they also have a website with even more stuff. I mentioned to the man about being impressed about actually finding some Buccs items outside of Florida and around these parts and to sum up what they carry, the man said, "We carry the best teams, the worst teams, everyone in between and everyone elses' teams" LOL. Everything had adequate spacing and the clothes were displayed with thought and care. There isn't a million items in a small space, articles of clothing are treated as individuals. Nonetheless, I came in looking for the sales. So I headed to the back. The back right corner and a small portion of the right was the clearance section. All items in the clearance section were appropriately labeled and pricing was clearly marked. No questions necessary. One of the employees offered me a dressing room to try on clothes and the dressing room carried the same clean and spacious theme as the front of the store. After I tried on my items I walked around the store one last time and then I headed to the register. With the sale items I picked up I was throughly impressed and happy with the purchase. Loft carries reliable clothing that is durable and long lasting. Overall the store deserves a B. The store is spacious and clean, the store isn't cluttered so items are displayed for the ease of the customers shopping experience, clothing is durable and fashionable, clothing can be worn at work or on the weekends, and the sales are great. Pitfalls, without the occasional sales you will spend a fortune on a new wardrobe and a couple of the employees seemed to watch customers more carefully than other stores in this area.
